Good, but not without issues. The hotel is perfectly located - just a 10-minute walk from the airport. That's the main advantage. Ideal for early flights. There's also a shuttle from the hotel (for those with luggage), which is another plus. But the service was disappointing. Upon check-in, we had two connecting rooms (with 2 people in each), but only one set of towels was provided. We had to ask for extra ones. About breakfasts: In other Hampton hotels in Krakow, even with more guests, everything was always replenished on time and the buffet was fully stocked. But here, the staff couldn't keep up. People were queuing, waiting for omelets and other hot dishes. The selection is already smaller than in the other Hampton in Krakow - and when it runs out, it's quite frustrating. In the evening, there was a small incident at the restaurant, but the staff member apologized and gave us a discount - thank you to her for that. Otherwise, everything was fine: clean, comfortable beds, friendly reception staff. Conclusion: For an overnight stay before a flight, it's a good option thanks to its location. But the service and breakfast organization need to be improved to match the standards of other Hampton hotels in the chain. ::: Хорошо, но не без нюансов. Отель расположен отлично — 10 минут пешком до аэропорта, это главный плюс. Для ранних вылетов идеально. Также есть шатл от отеля (для тех, кто с чемоданом), это тоже плюс. Но обслуживание разочаровало. При заезде в двух смежных номерах (по 2 человека в каждом) положили всего один комплект полотенец. Пришлось просить дополнительно. Завтраки — отдельная история. В том же Кракове в других отелях Hampton при большем количестве гостей всё всегда было вовремя и столы полные. А здесь сотрудники не успевали пополнять блюда. Люди стояли в очереди и ждали омлет и другие горячие блюда. Ассортимент итак небольшой, меньше, чем в том же отеле в Кракове и когда пустует — это неприятно. Вечером в ресторане случилась неприятная история с нашим заказом, но сотрудница извинилась и сделала скидку — за это ей отдельное спасибо. В остальном всё хорошо: чисто, кровати удобные, персонал на ресепшене приветливый. Вывод: для ночёвки перед вылетом — вариант хороший благодаря локации. Но сервис и организацию завтраков стоит подтянуть до уровня других отелей сети Hampton.

A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt! Saubere, geräumige Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und eine hervorragende Lage. Der ideale Ort zum Entspannen – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr gutes Hotel, nicht weit vom Zentrum von KRAKAU entfernt. Das Zimmer ist groß, mit zwei großen Betten. Es ist in Ordnung, wenn zwei Personen auf Geschäftsreise sind und sich gegenseitig nicht stören, wenn sie schnarchen. empfehlen. Nebenan befindet sich das DOUBLE TREE, ebenfalls im Besitz des Hilton Hotels, mit großem Parkplatz. Das Restaurant am Fluss auf dem Foto ist köstlich und die Landschaft ist atemberaubend👍.

The positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice. The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage. The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

Das Columbus Hotel ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof Grzegorzki entfernt, der nächste Halt nach dem Hauptbahnhof Rynek, der vom Flughafen kommt. Ich war in einem Zwillingszimmer mit Balkon, Bad, Kühlschrank, Komplimentarwasser, Toiletten. Liebe, hell und sauber, komfortable Betten und schöne Betten. Das Frühstück war lecker. Die geschroteten Eier und kleine Sauce waren so schmackhaft. Die Kuchen waren mit Kaffee nachher wunderschön. Auch Getreide, Fleisch, Käse, Obst, Joghurt und Brot und Saft. Liebe und ruhig, nie hörte man von anderen Gästen in ihren Zimmern ein Geräusch. Eine wirklich ruhige und entspannte Vibe. Es gibt auch einen Außensitzplatz und einen Shop über die Straße. Die Zugstopps sind nur an der Seite und sind so einfach und häufig. Ticketmaschinen sind am Halt, oder Sie können an Bord bezahlen. Vergessen Sie nicht, Ihre Ticket zu validieren. Große Basis für die Erforschung des jüdischen Viertels und Ghettos, Schindler Factory Museum und verpassen Sie nicht die Plaszow-geführte Tour, ein Highlight bislang. Tram 3 und 24 nehmen Sie von außerhalb des Hotels und Coats 4 PLN. Sie bauen dort ein Museum, so dass es in Zukunft viel geschäftlicher wird. Gehen Sie jetzt, während es nicht so gut bekannt ist. Ich würde definitiv zurück zum Columbus Hotel, eine ausgezeichnete Wahl, genießen!

PROS *Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms. *The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection. *Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room. *Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops. CONS *The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression! *The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights. Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.

Modernes Hotel etwas abseits des Zentrums, allerdings mit Straßenbahn-Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Zum Hauptbahnhof und zur Altstadt gelangt man so in wenigen Minuten. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber modern eingerichtet und verteilen sich auf sechs Etagen. Auf jeder Etage gibt es einen Wasserspender, auch heißes Wasser für Tee und Kaffee. Die modern gestaltete Bar in der Lobby ist leider wenig zweckmäßig für das Frühstücksbuffet (ab 6:30 Uhr). Die wenigen Plätze, auf denen man aufrecht an einem Tisch essen kann, füllen sich schnell. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Das junge Personal empfand ich auch bei meinem zweiten Besuch als eher kühl und reserviert.

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

Das Hotel ist ideal gelegen, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von der Altstadt und den meisten der wichtigsten touristischen Attraktionen. Das Personal war warm, willkommen und sehr angenehm während meines Aufenthalts. Das Zimmer war schön gestaltet, mit Dekoration, die den Zeitraum, in dem das Hotel gegründet wurde, widerspiegelt, hinzufügen viel Charakter und Charme. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und überstieg meine Erwartungen, mit einer großen Auswahl und Qualität. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt wirklich genossen und würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Ich würde sicher wählen, bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Kraków wieder hier zu bleiben.
