Es gibt keine Aussicht auf den Ta*** Tay Lake, aber für den Preis ist es sauber und das Personal ist freundlich~ Dies ist ein Hotel, in dem ich das nächste Mal wieder übernachten möchte.

Das war eine letzte Minute für mich und ich war froh, dass sie ein verfügbares Zimmer hatten. Die Eincheckung war gut. Ich wurde von zwei sehr freundlichen weiblichen Frontservice-Personal unterstützt. Ich wünschte, sie könnten mir auch über das Zimmer beraten, das sie mir angeboten haben, das offenbar eine Tür ins Haus hatte, die mit einem anderen Zimmer verbunden ist. Sie erklärten später, dass keine Gäste dort angemeldet wurden. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und hatte keinen unerwünschten Geruch. Es gab einen Balkon, nicht viel Aussicht. Die A/C funktionierte nur gut. Die Fitness-Ausrüstung ist ziemlich neu, obwohl ich sie nicht während meines Aufenthalts versuchen konnte. Pool war groß und sauber!

Das ist das erste Mal, dass wir übernachten in Laiya und wir haben eine gute Wahl getroffen, um The Henry zu wählen. Es ist ein Boutique-Hotel, obwohl einige Bereiche getaucht und renoviert werden müssen, vor allem weil die Zimmer oft von den Gästen besetzt/hammert wurden. Aber der Service des Personals kompensiert mehr als die etwas erschöpften Immobilien. Check-in und check-out war eine Brise. Zimmer waren grundlegende, aber alles, was Sie brauchen, ist geliefert. Das Frühstück angeboten war mehr als ausreichend. Das Wetter arbeitete nicht bei unserem Aufenthalt zusammen, so freue ich mich auf das nächste Mal auf sonnigen Tagen hier bleiben!

Hello, I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation. We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for. From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday. Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building. As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10 Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical. Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones. Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel.

First time to visit a resort and beach in Batangas, and I must say that Altamare exceeded my expectations. I love the activities you can do, though it is limited, but still worth it. The vibe of being so peaceful and calm, since it is away from the noise, is the best thing of this resort. The services and foods are very good. You just need to be prepared of the stairs, it is very challenging! Overall it was really really good experience.

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig - sehr zentral gelegen in Mauban richtig, was für uns einfach war. Das Personal war hilfreich und mehr als untergebracht. Ich würde mir vorstellen, hier noch einmal zu bleiben, wenn ich in Mauban bin.

When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!

they prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay

At first i was disappointed because it's a long walk from the parking area to the room assigned to us plus the steps that you need to walk through. Then i realized i needed to walk and release some sweat. The hotel's facade is quiete tricky. It looks small but when you enter it's big. The swimming pool is very clean the staff spent a long time cleaning the area. There's a safe and cute hanging bridge and the spa and jacuzzi are also available. The staff are very accomodating. Their patience is remarkable. Thank you for your kindness. God bless you all. If i'll get the chance i will surely coming back.
