Had a nice and relaxing stay at Quest Hotel Tagaytay. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a short getaway. However, I do hope the bathroom cleanliness can be improved a bit more. Also, it would be great if the lobby had more comfortable seating for guests waiting to check in. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would consider staying again.

Our stay in Tagaytay was overall very enjoyable. The hotel offers absolutely stunning views of the lake, which was the highlight of our visit. The spaces are comfortable and well laid out, with a large pool perfect for relaxing. The staff at the front desk were welcoming and attentive, and the bell service was a very nice touch. We also appreciated the play area, which makes the property especially convenient and family-friendly. On the downside, some of the furniture felt a little dated, and the response time when calling reception was not always as quick as expected. Still, these were minor issues compared to the overall positive experience. A great option in Tagaytay if you’re looking for comfort, beautiful views, and a family-oriented atmosphere.

Staffs are friendly and professionals. However rooms need to be disinfected. Our first room has lots of small cockroaches. Second room, after we requested for replacement, is better. Still we noticed small cockroach in the bathroom…

I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained.

Es gibt keine Aussicht auf den Ta*** Tay Lake, aber für den Preis ist es sauber und das Personal ist freundlich~ Dies ist ein Hotel, in dem ich das nächste Mal wieder übernachten möchte.

We booked a Superior Room via Trip.com, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bed—there is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading. We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, the TV wasn’t working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given. Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weak—I had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection. While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience.

Ich hatte während meines dritten Aufenthalts im Hotel Microtel South Forbes eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, begrüßte das Personal mich warm ( dank Frau Marj und Frau Aimerie ) und ging oben und darüber hinaus, um mich und meine Frau sich wohlfühlen zu lassen. Der Eincheckprozess war reibungslos und effizient, und jedes Personal, das ich getroffen habe, war höflich, professionell und aufmerksam zu Details. Das Zimmer war spotless, gut vorbereitet und mit allem ausgestattet, was ich für einen entspannenden Aufenthalt benötigt hatte. Hausaufbewahrung hielt die Sauberkeit unerwartet, und ich schätzte wirklich die kleinen Touchs, die große Pflege zeigten.

Very family friendly and we enjoyed our stay in here. Near all the tourist attraction in tagaytay and we will comeback again

We stayed here, and it was excellent, great layout, lovely and clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. We ate in the restaurant and it was excellent quality and value for money. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
