they prepared a greeting for my parents’ anniversary. ty! some confusion in the room booked tho, added few hundreds for the deluxe room king bed or 2 twin beds because it looks new but only the premier deluxe is new. enjoyed playing pickleball. playroom enjoyed by kids but only til 7pm. could add TV there also for movie nights. annoying calls prior to checkout should be stopped. great view. overall good stay

Staff are great, friendly, respectful, responsive, and accommodate reasonable requests. Any issues that arise are quickly addressed. Parking is available, pool is clean, and gym has the right equipment available. The hotel itself though is showing its age, and in dire need of maintenance.

Meine Freundin und ich hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Via Appia, ich liebe den Ort, die Mitarbeiter sind toll, sie haben auch einen komplimentären Getränk, den Sie mit speziellen Turon für 150 aktualisieren können, es schmeckt einzigartig mit einem Dreh. Es ist ein Muss zu versuchen. Und sie haben nicht erwähnt, dass der Ort am Abend romantisch wird!!! Diese ist perfekt für Paare, die in einer ruhigen, romantischen mit einer tollen Landschaft entspannen wollen. Vergessen, Pick zu nehmen, aber sie haben auch den besten Sonnenuntergang 🌅 Ich liebe alles über diesen Ort, wir werden sicher zurückkommen 🥰

Komfortables Bett, heiße Dusche und ein schönes Buffet. 💯 Wir hatten in diesem Hotel einen tollen zwei Tagen. Das Essen in ihrem Emerald Cafë und Kimsuy chinesischen Restaurant war ausgezeichnet. Die Mitarbeiter waren wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Die Nachteile sind, dass das Hotel zwei Jahrzehnte alt ist und einige seiner Komponenten zerstören. Vielleicht werden die Renovierungen das herrliche Fassade des Hotels wiederherstellen und machen es wie gewohnt. Überall schätzen wir das Personal, und der Zimmerpreis war es sehr vernünftig für eine Suite. 💖

We recently stayed at Family villa 1 and was thoroughly impressed with everything—from the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials (and more!). I especially appreciated the attention to detail—the comfy bed, free use of karaoke. The hotel’s location is perfect. Overall, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful staycation here! The ambiance of the entire place was fantastic—very relaxing, clean, and beautifully set up.Most importantly, my daughter really enjoyed every moment of our stay, which made the experience even more special for our family. Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich ein, wenn auch nicht weiter und liefern nur, was wir beispielsweise gebeten haben, den Kuchen zu holen, und sie haben keine Werkzeuge oder Überlegungen angestellt, wann immer wir es für den Geburtstag meines Partners verbrauchen würden, Das Zimmer hat einen Kühlschrank, der vielleicht ein Bedarf sein könnte. Es gibt nur einen Pool.
