I especially appreciated the dry and wet separation in the bathroom—a small detail that makes a big difference in daily convenience. Service: The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr modern ausgestattet.  Wir konnten uns hier gut von der bunten Stadt erholen. Die Mitarbeiter sind professionell und freundlich.

Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und schön, jedoch so ultratechnisch ausgestattet, vom Wasserkochen, Licht, Fernseher, dass wir zu Beginn nicht wussten wie es zu bedienen war, und doch fehlten essenzielle Dinge wie Handtuchhalter, ein angemessener Tisch auf dem das Frühstück möglich war! Leider wurde uns das Frühstück in Plastikbehältern ins Zimmer gebracht, nicht umwerfend und das Essen auf dem Minitisch war kaum möglich! Alles in allem ist Luoyang eine Reise wert! Die Unterkunftgeber waren sehr freundlich, die Lage am Fluss sehr angenehm mitten in der Altstadt! Wir würden es mit kleinen Anpassungen in jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank!

Ein großes Einkaufszentrum (Wanda Plaza) ist neben der Tür mit einer großen Reihe von chinesischen franchiseierten Lebensmittelgeschäften neben KFC und Starbucks. Eine gute Verbreitung von erschwinglichen zu prestige Kleidung Marken. Viele leere Geschäfte zeigen jedoch wirtschaftliche Stresse auf diesem Markt. Die Abwasserleitung ist Sehr langsam und die Rezession füllt schnell mit Wasser. Der Boden ist flach, so Wasser fließt nicht natürlich in den Abwasser, so dass die Dusche Rezession immer nass und eine potenzielle Formgefahr. Keine Beschwerden von mir über den Mangel an Mitarbeitern, die Englisch sprechen. Dieses neue Hotel ist vor allem für chinesische Reisende zu verpflegn. Während ich einige Bedenken hinsichtlich des Standards der Bauendefindung habe, kann ich das Personal nicht wegen ihrer Aufmerksamkeit und Freundlichkeit schuldig machen. Wenn die Lage passt Ihnen der Wert ist offensichtlich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Gästezimmer auf den Etagen 18 und 19 liegen, so dass Sie eine Zeit warten, bis der langsame Aufzug stattfindet.

Da ich als Familie unterwegs war, habe ich mich für die größte Zimmerkategorie entschieden. Sie war sehr geräumig, mit großen, vom Boden bis zur Decke reichenden Fenstern, und die Lage war großartig, mit bequemen Transportmöglichkeiten. Unten gibt es ein Einkaufszentrum und einen Supermarkt. und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen in der Nähe. Museen und Zoos sind nicht weit entfernt. Ich werde dieses Hotel trotzdem wählen, wenn ich nach Zhengzhou fahre. Der Service ist auch sehr gut. Alle beim Einchecken aufgeworfenen Fragen wurden umgehend gelöst.

Das Comic Star Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, sehr nahe der Zhuzhou-Bahnstation und besonders bequem zu reisen. Diese Pension verfügt über einen großen Innenhof und geräumige Zimmer. Sie liegt am Fuße des Berges und ist daher ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der Besitzer hat eine sehr brave Katze. Die Pension ist ihren Preis wert, und ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt.

This hotel really made my trip to Anyang. I went Anyang to visit the Yinxu Museum to meet the mighty female general/ consort/ oracle Fu Hao and her massive treasures in her tomb and I was not disappointed. Junhao Hotel gave me an upgrade and the room was very lux. The heating was really good and the room felt toasty in the cold cold winter. The room was super spacious, great beddings and even memory foam pillows. Toilet and toiletries were premium, extremely new and lux. Room was for smoking but there were no remnants of smoke smells, which is a huge achievement for hotels of China. Decor in general is very Japandi / Scandi. Love it so so so much. Rooms are on high floors and the full length windows are a vibe. Instead of TV, there's a projector over a cool projection screen, best part about it was that the TV subscription was premium. The hotel is really new, some parts are still renovating (only about 3 months old) but they are good to operate. Didn't hear any constructions because I'm mostly out in the day time. Hotel is overall very clean, staff are all very sweet and helpful, very pleased to have foreign guests. I have a few feedback for the hotel to work on: - many hotel guests were smoking in the lobby which I think it's common in China but good hotels normally don't allow common area smoking anymore. - room sink drainage was blocked but I was too lazy to inform, but small issue for me.
