Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist das zweite Zuhause, das sich jeder auf Reisen wünscht. Es ist brandneu und alles im Hotel ist von höchster Qualität. Die Sauberkeit ist perfekt. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten jeden Tag hart, damit alles blitzblank ist. Unser Zimmer war einfach wunderschön, mit einem riesigen und unglaublich bequemen Bett und den besten Kissen, die man sich vorstellen kann. Meine Frau Carrie und ich reisen aus Australien auf einer 7-wöchigen Vietnamreise. Wir besuchten das wunderschöne Delat, das kleine Paris und die Blumenstadt, und waren vom La Thong Boutique Hotel absolut begeistert. Die Besitzer sind so herzlich und die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiter sprechen hervorragend Englisch, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Neil war unser Ansprechpartner für alle unsere Fragen und Wünsche. Wir sind ihm unendlich dankbar. Wir hatten das Glück, zur Eröffnung eingeladen zu sein, und es war ein wunderschöner Tag für so viele Familienmitglieder und Freunde. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt – das haben wir in keinem anderen Hotel in Vietnam erlebt. Wasser, Tee und Kaffee stehen auf den Zimmern bereit, sodass Sie sich entspannt zurücklehnen können. La Thong bietet jeden Morgen ab 7 Uhr ein großartiges Frühstück. Der Koch ist fantastisch und seine Gerichte sind einfach köstlich (10/10). Es wird auf alle Gästewünsche eingegangen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Nach fünf Nächten fühlen wir uns hier eher wie Familienmitglieder als wie Gäste. Buchen Sie dieses tolle Hotel unbedingt, wenn Sie in Delat sind, das acht Busstunden nördlich von Ho-Chi-Minh-Stadt liegt. Sagen Sie dem Hotel, dass Sie von Herrn Aaron und Frau Carrie empfohlen wurden.

The hotel has a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and bright, with large windows. In my room, the window faced the sunset, and the sunlight warmed the room throughout the day. This made the room pleasantly warm, even in the evening. It was nice to return to a warm room after a long day, thanks to both the sunlight and the view of a beautiful sunset. The placement of power outlets was convenient, and the room included a kettle, which allowed me to make tea easily. The hot shower was also a plus. The parking area was secure, closed, underground, and very spacious—perfect for both bikes and cars. Overall, the hotel gave me a sense of safety and coziness. However, there was one downside I encountered. The bathroom was extremely small, and the shower kept flooding the room. On the first day, I reported this issue to the staff. They responded promptly by wiping the floor with dry towels and removing the water. Unfortunately, the problem persisted. The next day, I asked them to fix it again, and they removed the floor filter, which was blocking the water drainage. While this improved the situation, it did not completely resolve the issue. It seems the shower area wasn’t adequately sealed, as water continued to seep out into the room. This made it impossible to take a long shower, limiting me to very short ones. Despite this, my overall impression of the hotel is positive.

Bombo Hotel is in a fantastic location - close to everything. You can easily walk down to the night market, the lake, and other attractions, yet it remains quiet because the hotel sits slightly uphill. This was especially important during the holidays, when people were celebrating all night. The hotel is right on the road, so it’s very easy to reach by car - no need to drag heavy suitcases up or down narrow paths. The room looked exactly like in the photos - clean, cozy, and very pleasant. The facilities were new and everything worked well. The breakfast was truly delicious! What I didn’t like as much: - something in the shower was leaking, so there was often water on the floor; - for two guests there was only one pair of rubber slippers and just small single bottles of shampoo and shower gel; - on our last morning we discovered the windows faced a school, and we were suddenly woken at 7 AM by the morning assembly; - there was no heater in the room, and hot water came from a small water heater that didn’t last very long (although this may be typical for the region). Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel!

Ich kam vor 6 Uhr morgens im Hotel an, da mein Bus früher als geplant abfuhr und das Tor bereits geschlossen war. Nachdem ich das Hotel per WhatsApp kontaktiert hatte, erhielt ich umgehend eine Antwort und durfte mich sogar noch frisch machen. Obwohl die offizielle Check-in-Zeit 14 Uhr ist, durfte ich freundlicherweise schon um 12 Uhr einchecken. Beide Rezeptionisten waren überaus höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war geräumig, makellos sauber und sehr komfortabel. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, und der Xuan-Huong-See sowie der Nachtmarkt sind nur 10–15 Minuten entfernt. Insgesamt ein hervorragender Aufenthalt – ich würde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Dalat definitiv wieder buchen!

Great location right in the city center, and the staff was super helpful. However, the Wi-Fi kept dropping in my room, which was annoying since I needed to work. Good place for a short stay, but they really need to fix the internet connection

Service: I would like to give a major shoutout to front desk Lam who was very accommodating to change our room location due to difficulty accessing the given room due to a leg injury. His service was with a big smile and was attentive to offer me to view 2 rooms before selecting the final room. He also arranged for our belongings to be transferred to the new room. Great service attitude. THANK YOU SO MUCH LAM! Cleanliness: Our stay was for two nights but the toilets were not properly cleaned after our first night stay. Other than that, it was OK

Die Rezeptionistin war freundlich. In der Zimmerbeschreibung stand jedoch „Fenster mit Blick auf den Innenhof“. Mir war klar, dass es keine Aussicht geben würde. Aber ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass man von einem Fenster auf die Rohre blicken würde. Das gesamte Hotel roch stark nach Abwasser oder vielleicht nach Kakerlakenabwehrmittel. Es roch auch stark nach Schimmel. Es war unmöglich, in dem Zimmer zu wohnen. Ich glaube, ich habe mir sogar eine Lebensmittelvergiftung durch den starken Geruch zugezogen; mir war den ganzen Tag danach übel. Wir checkten sofort am Morgen aus und stornierten die restlichen zwei Tage. Das Hotel erstattete uns den Betrag zurück.

My friends and I stayed here for 6 days for a wedding. The room itself is spacious, with a beautiful view outside. The bed was comfortable, and big. Really appreciated that. The cleaning staff were so helpful and quick to any requests I had. The request I did have often was to clean my bathroom floor as the water comes out the drain in the shower and to the whole floor of the bathroom, going to the drain by the toilet. The staff said this is a common issue as the hotel is old. So they mentioned that it can be cleaned when I needed it and it was so problem averted, however it can be inconvenient if you don't have the patience for this. Esp at night if you want to have a late shower, you will walk on a wet floor after that in the bathroom. My friends however in the 3 other rooms, did not have this issue. It was only my room. The hotel is very beautiful and the aesthetics do make you feel like you are in some olden royal venue. Note, there is no conditioner in the bathroom, which is common in Vietnam, ensure you carry this, it is not easy to find outside quickly. There are local coffee shops, restaurants and laundry services in and out the hotel. At the hotel they were quick and affordable for laundry. There are no other facilities at the hotel.

Расположение в конце узкого и длинного переулка. Парковка на 2 машины всего. Виды на теплицы) Завтрак делают под заказ: не наешься как в привычном шведском столе. Полотенца нормальные можно попросить - принесут. Кондиционер только охлаждает, отопления нету никакого. Одну ночь было +6, нам принесли доп одеяла по просьбе.
