El hotel está en excelentes condiciones, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas, el baño es amplio, cuenta con amenidades y agua caliente. Me gustó el servicio de cafetería 24 hrs. que incluye la estadía, el desayuno es simple pero estaba bien. Solo como punto negativo es que elegí este hotel por estar cerca del estadio Akron pero no es accesible caminando, caminando no está accesible a nada, ni siquiera el oxxo que esta cruzando la avenida.

I absolutely love this place perfect location nice rooms hot water ac friendly staff everything is close by u go to the right there’s stores u go to the left there’s stores with. Great prices there’s lots of food nearby large waiting area. And once u leave they hold ur suitcase for u so u can finish shopping around n when ur ready to leave they help u get a cab I have no complaints

Es gibt ein warmes mexikanisches lokales Frühstück. Ich esse nicht gerne nur Brot und Milch. Der Parkplatz ist unterirdisch. Das Bett ist sehr groß. Das Duschwasser ist zu klein. Ich habe immer das Gefühl, dass es nicht sauber ist und der Klang nicht gut ist. Das Trinken mitten in der Nacht ist sehr laut. Mit Kopfhörern schlafen!

I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10

郭郭Wir waren für zwei Nächte hier, das Ganze war sehr hygienisch, das Restaurant schmeckte gut und der Preis war nicht hoch, aber es gab nicht viele Möglichkeiten. Die äußere Umgebung ist gut, es gibt zwei Swimmingpools, WiFi ist im öffentlichen Bereich verfügbar, aber das Zimmer ist nicht und es ist sehr einfach. Es gibt keine anderen Einrichtungen außer Bettwäsche und einfachen Badezimmern. Natürlich ist der Preis auch angepasst, wählen Sie also, wie Sie möchten .

GGabrielaMedranoThe hotel is super close to the beach. I had one of those rooms where you can see the beach partially. The bed was good and big. The closet also big. I had balcony. There was no AC at the room but if you leave the AC from the living room ON and the fan ON the fresh air comes to your room too indeed. There is a big security box. The kitchen has cups, plates, silverware, wine opener, big fridge, coffee maker, pans, etc. They give you soap for dishes ONLY if you ask for it. Only one toilet paper in the bathroom.The room can be cleaned ONLY in the 3rd day after you arrived. There is a little room where you can put trash close to the stairs. I really got super annoyed internet could ONLY work in the room. So if you need internet in the balcony, living room or kitchen FORGET IT. As a solo traveler internet was very important to me because I needed to stay connected with people. All my phone data finished in the 2nd day at the beach. This hotel really need to work to fix this internet issue. It is not fun to be there alone with no internet during a super HOT day.

GGabrielaMedranoI didn't take photos but I will give my review from my point of view as an experienced traveler. I think this hotel is very good. They clean your room every day, give you water every day, give you inroom coffee package every day (each one is for 4 cups and they have a coffee maker) they have a sofa, AC, security box, restaurant (you eat at the restaurant or order by phone) the toilet is big enough. Internet is okay. They have a big closet, a desk and a bar (like a long table) next to your bed so you can put whatever you want. They give you soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels, hot water. The hotel is clean, not noisy and the staff is friendly. It is already good but if you asked me what would you do to make it more than perfect, it would be to have a small fridge. Also next to the bed I didn't see a lot of plugs. But I was more than happy to stay there and I will stay again here. Thanks for your good service!

GGastnutzerWe arrived for our 10 day stay and at the check in we were informed that the Family pool was closed for renovations and that all guests were using the Adult Only Pool. (which is considerable smaller. Needless to say the pool was packed with children with water toys etc, jumping splashing ( having lots of fun) It was difficult to sit by the pool as all the chairs were taken very early in the day and getting into the pool to relax was not possible. If we had known we would have booked somewhere else as this really affected the enjoyment of our vacation. Also the front lobby staff tried to tell us on our last day lunch was not included. I showed them the email that you had sent. They were not very accommodating and reluctantly let us have lunch. Left a bitter taste

The internet is fast and reliable, which is a must for me when working remotely. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure guests are well taken care of. One of my favorite features is the hot tub, which is the perfect way to unwind after a long day. The location is also fantastic, close to everything you might need, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, it’s a great choice for both business and leisure stays!

To stay for longer, you would want to book one of the junior suites for sure. The beach is lovely, and the location can't be beat. QQweebGute Lage, wenn Sie zum Flughafen gehen, es ist nur sechs Minuten zu Fuß von Ihrem Zimmer zum Terminal für Abreisen. Sehr Grundzimmer war es klein. Das Badezimmer Toilette würde nicht aufhören zu laufen. Der Klimaanlage Fan war sehr laut und jedes Mal, wenn es aufhörte, klang es wie ein Metall auf dem Metall, so dass wenn Sie schlafen, es würde Sie wachen, Verkehrslärm von außen, die Straße gegenüber war ziemlich bemerkbar, so wenn Sie eine Straße gegenüber Raum, Get it changed to the back of the hotel ... you could even feel vibrations when heavy trucks went by so if you're going to stay at this hotel, I would suggest you have earplugs for sure.

GGuest UserWir waren geplant, in einem anderen Hotel zu bleiben (durch Trip.com), das endlich geschlossen wurde. Anstatt einfach unser Geld zurückzuzahlen, war Trip.com VERY hilfreich und bot uns einen anderen Ort zu sichern, auf eigene Kosten. So, wir endten am Hacienda Chichen. Ich habe keine Worte dafür. Die ruhigste, andere Welt, zurück zur Natur, klassische, historische Orte, denke ich habe je besucht. Exquisite ist das beste Wort für sie. Die Grundstücke, die Zimmer, der Pool, das Essen; es war wirklich ein heiliger Ort. Wenn Sie einen Ort wünschen, um Ihre Seele und Verstand vollständig wiederherzustellen, wählen Sie Hacienda Chichen. Nichts anderes vergleicht.
