3-Sterne-Hotels in Eastern Visayas, Philippinen

Das Hotel ist großartig und kommt den Gästen entgegen. Die Lage ist auch in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Had four nights in this hotel was it was a pleasant stay . Staff were good and accommodating . Rooms are nice .

The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

Nice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

the bad thing we stayed for 3 nights,we had the Matrimonial room, the worst hotel room we ever stayed, no window,no refrigerator the room have smell like sewage, and its feels like we are in isolated room, we have to open the door day and night because of the smell,we told the receptionest when we left hoping they.ve done something about it,so no one else can experience, what we had experienced, the room has no lift so i suggest don't bring lots of luggage. the good thing, location is great, just walking distance to almost everything, service with the smile, free breakfast, we wont be coming back though.

Location is great - just beside robinsons Tacloban mall and also relatively near the airport. Room is clean and just right for solo travellers or if you are just staying in for a night. Hot shower is available. Staff are friendly. Service is okay. Would have been great if early check-in was allowed. Most were asked to wait for the 2pm check-in time. But overall, the room and service is okay for the price.

Our family had a wonderful time here. Everything we needed—from laundry to shopping and great food—was just a short distance away. It’s rare to find a place that is so family-friendly and truly accessible; my grandfather felt completely at ease in his wheelchair, and my brother was equally happy as this was a gift for his graduation. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We stayed at Hotel Estrella for one night before our flight to Boracay, and everything was smooth. The room was clean, and the staff were very accommodating. My son even forgot his wallet in the hotel — we didn’t call them about it, which was our mistake.
