Love it Har brugt hotellet flere gange og kommer tilbage i til sommer. Ligger centralt for indkøb osv. Yder altid en god service, rene værelser og er meget fleksible.

Anscheinend hatte am Vortag eine Party stattgefunden, aber einer der Angestellten kam morgens betrunken ins Zimmer. Als ich morgens in den ersten Stock ging, um eine Zigarette zu rauchen, hatte ich nicht damit gerechnet, dass jemand hereinkäme, Also schloss ich die Tür ab, weil ich ausstieg, ohne aufzulegen, aber als mein Partner mich zum Gehen aufforderte, kam ich heraus, kam aber gleich wieder hinein und berührte die Schulter meines Partners, und mein Partner kehrte nach Hause zurück und sagte, dass er nicht wütend bleiben konnte, nachdem ich nach Hause zurückgekehrt war, verbrachte ich 8 Tage allein, bis ich am 5. auscheckte. Ich habe mich beim Hotel beschwert, aber der Manager hat sich nicht entschuldigt.

Very basic breakfast No restaurant (only a basic set breakfast) Basthroom is small and full of mould Single beds are narrow and pillows are slaps of foam No bottled water (you are supposed to get purified wtaer from a dispenser in the corridor The corridor is very noisy (doors slamming) Two lifts but only 1 working (cost savings?) On the positive side: a very reliable and high speed internet. Overall, a very basic local hotel not really reflected in the name.

Sauberes Zimmer mit kompletter Grundausstattung. Da es sich um eine Eigentumswohnung handelt, teilen Sie sich den Wohnbereich und die Küche, wenn Sie nur ein Einzel- oder Zweibettzimmer buchen, haben aber Ihre eigene Privatsphäre. Es verfügt über eine gute WLAN-Geschwindigkeit. Das einzige Problem sind zu viele Mücken in meinem Zimmer, die sich in der Schublade, im Fernseher und in der Dusche verstecken. Es ist auch ein bisschen weit von der Innenstadt entfernt, aber für mich ist es in Ordnung, da es in der Nähe des Hotels ein Metro-Einkaufszentrum und Fast Food gibt.

Location is great - just beside robinsons Tacloban mall and also relatively near the airport. Room is clean and just right for solo travellers or if you are just staying in for a night. Hot shower is available. Staff are friendly. Service is okay. Would have been great if early check-in was allowed. Most were asked to wait for the 2pm check-in time. But overall, the room and service is okay for the price.

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

Location is accessible to market, shopping centers and beautiful spot. Hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating. Food needs to improve a bit.

The staff is very accomodating with a smile on their faces. The breakfast buffet has a few selections. But overall, i enjoy my stay.

Meine letzte Nacht mit meiner Freundin nach einem Monat Urlaub mit ihr. Und ich hätte mir keinen besseren Ort wünschen können. Wirklich große Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht. Und der Poolbereich ist einfach unglaublich. Ich bedauere nur, dass ich nicht länger bleiben konnte ;)

This is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.
