Our room was okay. Soft bed and pillows. The problem was the air conditioner, we can't adjust to make it bit warmer, we end up turning it off but the result was moisture on the floor and on the wall..thank you to the staff specially the manager they answer our problem. Most appreciated. I think the windows of the hotel need cleaning from the outside as there's green molds on the windows.

Anscheinend hatte am Vortag eine Party stattgefunden, aber einer der Angestellten kam morgens betrunken ins Zimmer. Als ich morgens in den ersten Stock ging, um eine Zigarette zu rauchen, hatte ich nicht damit gerechnet, dass jemand hereinkäme, Also schloss ich die Tür ab, weil ich ausstieg, ohne aufzulegen, aber als mein Partner mich zum Gehen aufforderte, kam ich heraus, kam aber gleich wieder hinein und berührte die Schulter meines Partners, und mein Partner kehrte nach Hause zurück und sagte, dass er nicht wütend bleiben konnte, nachdem ich nach Hause zurückgekehrt war, verbrachte ich 8 Tage allein, bis ich am 5. auscheckte. Ich habe mich beim Hotel beschwert, aber der Manager hat sich nicht entschuldigt.

The room feels like your a VIP guest. Everything is already provided. The room has a nice scent. The hotel staffs are very accommodating and friendly. When you stay in Copenhagen, it feels just like home. Will book again a stay soon!

Ich und meine Familie haben unseren Aufenthalt hier genossen. Das Personal ist nett. Das Zimmer ist sauber und groß, die Einrichtungen sind komplett. Das Hotel erlaubt uns, unsere Gepäck zu verlassen und zusätzliche Gäste zu einem angemessenen Preis zu ermöglichen. Das Personal ist leicht zu erreichen und sehr bequem zu bleiben. Es ist nahe am U-Bahnhof. Das WLAN ist zu schnell und wir hatten eine erinnereliche Nacht mit meiner Familie. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel wirklich. Perfekte Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten für die Familie.

Location is great - just beside robinsons Tacloban mall and also relatively near the airport. Room is clean and just right for solo travellers or if you are just staying in for a night. Hot shower is available. Staff are friendly. Service is okay. Would have been great if early check-in was allowed. Most were asked to wait for the 2pm check-in time. But overall, the room and service is okay for the price.

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

Location is accessible to market, shopping centers and beautiful spot. Hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating. Food needs to improve a bit.

Die Einrichtung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das einfache Frühstück war jeden Morgen kalt. Das einzigste was warm war ist der Kaffee und das Trinkwasser. Auch der Service hat gegenüber den letzten Jahren nachgelassen. Zu dem Preis gibt es deutlich bessere Unterkünfte in Tacloban.

Die Kontrolle im Personal war erstaunlich! Andere Mitarbeiter am Resort waren freundlich und unterkunftsfähig. Sie haben sogar ein Sicherheitspersonal, das sichtbar ist. Der Resortraum ist riesig. Wird sicherlich wieder buchen und meine Familie bringen. Groß für Kinder und Kinder im Herzen. Vielen Dank für Ihre herzliche Begrüßung.

This is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.
