The hostel is located in the downtown area, which is very convenient for traveling. They also offer activities such as Historical Jail Tour, walking to bars with other travellers (I cannot remember what they call it), and cookies decoration (during the Christmas season). Friendly and helpful staff. Affordable price.

The Pod Inn Hotel is strategically located in the heart of Toronto, and the place is clean with amenities suitable for a quick overnight stay. However, it was my first time sleeping in a pod-style space, and it really creeped me out. My claustrophobia kicked in, the ventilation felt poor, and the pod itself was much tighter than expected. Even my wife was shocked at how squeezed the space was, and the clip fan didn’t make the experience any more comfortable. For the sake of convenience and to avoid being late for an early morning appointment, it served its purpose. I would still recommend it to backpackers or travellers who just need a simple place to sleep. But if you have extra budget, a conventional hotel or motel is definitely better for a proper night’s rest. Overall, it’s not for me, I’d only consider staying here again if I needed a last-minute stop without bringing any luggage.

Weil es Ihnen bequem ist, am Flughafen morgens zu gehen, bleib in diesem Hotel. Im Hotelzimmer gibt es einen Mikrowellenschrank, die Lobby hat Wasser und warmes Wasser, um es selbst zu holen, nur das allgemeine Hotel, es gibt keine Einrichtungen, die zu sagen sind, ich finde, der Preis ist nur allgemein. ー Erhebt sich früh und fährt zum Flughafen, muss die Straße fahren, viele Autos, braucht 20 Minuten, bis zum Flughafen

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time was 7 mths ago, and oddly enough the pool was ”closed” then also. Parking is good. You can find an early type of breakfast in the hotel for free. We also found a buffet in the attached Huskey station for supper, which was reasonably priced. It is a dated building, but clean. The staff is super, on both visits! . .

Checkinn ist das neue High-Standard-Hostel... Ich habe alle Hostels in Toronto bereist und dieses frisch renovierte Hostel ist der Cadillac unter den Hostels. Ich war früher Mitarbeiter des alten Parks. Dies ist natürlich eine ernsthafte Renovierung mit seinen Hongkong-Hostel-Standards... Checkinn ist zwar etwas weit vom Hauptgeschehen entfernt, aber die Gegend ist voll von Supermärkten und echtem Torontoer Straßenleben. Ein paar Lerntische wären nicht schlecht, aber die Zimmer sind sauber und es gibt einen 24-Stunden-Wachdienst. Privatzimmer sind meine Empfehlung, vergessen Sie Hotels. Ein paar Verkaufsautomaten, besonders nach Feierabend, wären nützlich. Der Fernseher ist etwas zu groß und niemand benutzt ihn. Es gibt Terrassen, wenn man das richtige Zimmer wählt. Es gibt keinen Kochbereich, aber es gibt automatische Heißwasserspender. Kühlschränke gibt es reichlich. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es keine festen Handtücher gibt. Der Ort wird sauber gehalten, was wichtig ist.

Das Personal ist so willkommen und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und eine nette Größe. Das kontinentale Frühstück hat eine große Vielfalt. Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier und ich empfehle es sehr.

Es ist ein zweisternes Hotel, hat aber das Komfort eines 4-sternes Hotel. Nicht viel zu sagen, wir hatten einen zwei-Nacht- Aufenthalt und es war wirklich großartig und ohne Probleme zwei Tage. Der erwärmte Poolbereich und das erwärmte Poolwasser waren großartig. Danke für das Personal und den Besitzer. Die Lage ist großartig, alles ist perfekt. Blätter, Dusche, Handtücher sind unglaublich sauber. Sie können Kaffee im Lobby 24 Stunden am Tag erhalten. Es ist ein großes Beispiel für ein Team, das seine Arbeit von oben bis unten liebt.

Mein Freund und ich waren im letzten Moment durch und brauchten etwas. Wir waren so froh, diesen Vertrag zu finden. Wir hatten jeweils unseren eigenen Raum und eigene Betten. Der Ort war sehr sauber und ruhig, und es war nett, in der Nähe eines bewaldeten Gebiets zu sein. Es gibt kein Fernseher oder Mikrowelle, aber es gibt ein vollgrößes Kühlschrank, volles Badezimmer, AC.

The housekeeping service was disappointingly bad. The room has no towels when I checked in at 3pm and I called the reception to inform the problem and requested for the towels, but it took more than 2 hours for the towels to be delivered to my room. Moreover, the hotel requires a deposit of CAD200.00 when you checked in, which is not a common practice in most hotels.  Although the hotel will refund to you the deposit upon check out if your deposit is in cash but if you use a credit card, you have to wait for 5 to 7 working days before you will receive your refund.
