這家酒店真不錯，房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，睡得很香。前台服務態度特別好，説話客氣又熱情，辦入住很快。早餐種類挺多，味道也不錯。位置方便，去景點和商場都很近。就是停車位有點緊張，其他都很滿意，下次還會來住。

I booked 3d2n for family events, and the place was fully booked as it was school holiday and PH at the same time. Service staff were really nice and friendly, we felt immediately welcomed upon checked-in. The deposit has to be paid in cash ONLY upon check-in, so make sure you have some cash ready in your wallet. They provide buggy service to the hotel room, however many were broken so there’s only one operating so waiting time is prolonged but manageable. My kids love riding the buggy so that is also an attraction by itself. It’s cheaper to buy breakfast on Trip apps than at the receptionist. The location is very remote and food delivery apps will not deliver here. There’s also no lunch and dinner service available unless you book way ahead before coming. So for lunch and dinner time we have to go out, it has become very inconvenient as we planned to stay longer inside and enjoyed the facility than eating outside. The overall facilities are nice, it is a very spacious place where we could conduct a lot of activities for the kids, from swimming to badminton to indoor games and not to mention hike in the morning - mind you the hiking is not-beginner-level. However there are some challenges we faced during our stay. One of the rooms that we booked has water issue, at night the water just stopped flowing. And on the second night, there is an unfortunate power outage caused by faulty electrical equipment that resulted to about 6 hours of blackout in few rooms and also the clubhouse. It is understandable and commendable that they tried to fix the issue a quick as they can, and service staff on the ground handled the communication well by keeping us updated with the repair progress, and even accommodate us as best they could. However it is still very unpleasant experience to stay in the dark and also our program has to be cancelled due to this unfortunate event. Overall the kids enjoyed their stay here. And the staff are also very helpful. With the price we pay it is worth the stay and hope this place can improve further, especially when handling full house booking during peak season.

Had a night stay at this place. The check in counter quite funny as it is not at the property itself. It is at the opposite building. Parking very convenient. Little disappointed with switch as you do not know if the switch button is for on or off. Toilet little bit smelly. My first experience book during the peak period is I have to wait for more than 1/2 hour to get the lift to go down to the parking. In the end I have to squeeze in and went every floor up and go down again..

The room is clean, the condo facilities is good. However, the check in process was a bit complicated as it had to be done at a different condo.

Wie üblich, wenn ich zu Genting komme, werde ich bei Ion Delemen bleiben...Liebe die Aussicht...aber das Zimmer war nicht zufrieden (so viele Hexenhaha) müssen sauber sein, bitte! tq

Our trip to Genting is by car, we are just right outside of the hotel entrance. Open space road side parking, plenty of vacant after 6pm. Check in is fast, front desk staff is very politely and helpful. So does the security officer. Nothing much to talk about the room, just a twin queen sized bed, toilet is small, hot shower is provided. No TV is a surprise to us, but it's doesn't matter becauee we came back to room after 10pm, just bath and sleep for the next day. Level 13 viewing deck has good sunset view of the pagoda. When there is thick fog, Genting looks like a cyberpunk city at night under camera. Level 12 outdoor seating has good morning view too. Our room comes with breakfast, though the breakfast is a bit disappointed. Overall experience of the stay is surely above average.

Zimmer ist größer als Erster Welt. Zimmerreinigung und Hauspflege sollten besser angesichts des Preises gezahlt werden. Das Zimmer ist ruhig, aber w/o Aircon, nur ein Fan. Wenn das Wetter kühlt, wird es ok sein. Ein offenes Rauchenbereich neben der Einfahrt. Lage: 10min zu Fuß zum Genting Grand Casino/ Kaffeeterrasse; 15min zu Fuß zum Himmel Casino/ Innenthema Park/ Sky Avenue. Ausstattung: nehmen Sie einen weiteren Aufzug auf B5 für eine Kantine und Café.

Lilla Resort Janda Baik is a peaceful and refreshing getaway, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busy city. However, because the resort is close to nature, ants can sometimes appear in the rooms and even get into the beds and toilets. It’s recommended to bring some insect repellents just in case. Overall, it’s still a pleasant stay with good service and a beautiful natural setting—great for a peaceful break if you don’t mind a bit of nature coming indoors.

Die Wohnung war für unsere Familie von 7. Die angebotenen Einrichtungen sind auch ausreichend. Die Check-in-Verfahren war jedoch ein wenig ineffizient. Der Gastgeber hätte mich früher kontaktiert/WhatsApp und mir erfahren können, wie genau einchecken. Statt ich hier und dort von den Leuten im Hotel geschickt wurde. Eine andere Sache, die Wohnung ist im 10. Stock, so kann ich hören, die Autos rutschen entlang der Straße. Es war sehr 2 laut die ganze Nacht.
