Die Parkplätze ist ziemlich schwer zu finden, weil sie in einem Eck weggefangen ist. Oben davon, Menschen aus den nahe gelegenen Häusern manchmal bewusst glänzen grüne Laser an Ihnen, die ziemlich unbehaglich und irritierend sein kann. Die Rückgabe des Schlüssels ist auch ziemlich problematisch und nimmt einige zusätzliche Schritte. Insgesamt, wenn Sie jemand sind, der wirklich Komfort schätzt und eine einfache, hartnäckige Erfahrung will, kann dieser Ort nicht die beste Wahl für Sie sein.

We enjoyed the stay. There is a small indoor playground and cartoon for the children at the lobby. The kids love it. No mozzies and it was actually quite cold at night. Sufficient beds for a family of 4. Mattresses are on the floor so not worried young children will fall off the bed. Everything was good, it is just 2 mins walk to theme park. The only down side is there’s no dedicated parking area for SkyWorld Hotel, we actually parked at Highlands Hotel parking area (opposite road to SkyWorld Hotel).

Hi, everthing was smooth and nice. Unfortunately , had a disappointing experience during my stay. Although a toothbrush may seem like a small matter, it was listed as an available amenity, so I did not bring one as I was travelling from out of town. When I realised it was missing, I called the staff and was asked to look for it. I explained that I had already checked but could not locate one. I was then told that it would be brought to me the following morning because there was no staff available to deliver it that evening. I understood the situation and agreed to wait until the next morning. Unfortunately, no one followed up, and the toothbrush was never delivered before I checked out. I am not usually a critical guest, but when an amenity is listed, I believe it should be provided or the guest should be informed beforehand. I hope the management can improve its communication and service in the future. Thank you

Overall, our stay was quite pleasant, and the accommodation was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. We stayed in two rooms, both of which were spacious and well equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dining table, and four chairs. The overall environment was also nice, comfortable, and relaxing, making it suitable for a family stay. However, the check-in experience was unfortunately quite troublesome and time-consuming. We were required to pay an additional RM200 deposit before the check-in instructions could be provided. We tried contacting the management by phone, but no one answered. We also sent emails and WhatsApp messages, but did not receive any response. As a result, I had to contact another agent and ask her to help us get in touch with the person in charge. Only after that did we finally receive a response to our WhatsApp message. Due to the lack of communication and the complicated check-in process, our family ended up spending more than two hours waiting and trying to complete the check-in process, which was quite frustrating, especially after a long journey. Apart from the check-in issue, there were no major problems with the accommodation. The only minor issue was a slightly unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which was noticeable and could be improved. Overall, the rooms and facilities were good, and we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend that the management improve the check-in procedure and, more importantly, ensure that guests can reach someone promptly when they need assistance. A smoother and more responsive check-in process would significantly improve the overall guest experience. The hotel does not provide parking facilities for guests. The parking rate is RM1 per hour, with a maximum daily cap of RM19.

It located at Genting Permai (mid hills). Check in is only allowed at 3pm and not early or a S$50 surcharge will be applied. Check out time is 11am on the next day. The biggest problem in staying at this place is that the check-in office is at Windmill upon hills, and you have to walk across the street to get into GEO38, which is very much inconvenient.

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr jedem, der nach Komfort, hervorragender Service und gutem Preis für Geld sucht. Wenn Sie es wünschen, kann ich es auch mehr willkürlich, luxuriös oder auf Ihrer tatsächlichen Erfahrung basieren.

I am very disappointed that the pillowcase smells bad—it seems unwashed. I couldn't sleep until midnight because my neck and back are very itchy.The most important thing for us when we travel is to get enough sleep. Wie üblich, wenn ich zu Genting komme, werde ich bei Ion Delemen bleiben...Liebe die Aussicht...aber das Zimmer war nicht zufrieden (so viele Hexenhaha) müssen sauber sein, bitte! tq

Die Wohnung war für unsere Familie von 7. Die angebotenen Einrichtungen sind auch ausreichend. Die Check-in-Verfahren war jedoch ein wenig ineffizient. Der Gastgeber hätte mich früher kontaktiert/WhatsApp und mir erfahren können, wie genau einchecken. Statt ich hier und dort von den Leuten im Hotel geschickt wurde. Eine andere Sache, die Wohnung ist im 10. Stock, so kann ich hören, die Autos rutschen entlang der Straße. Es war sehr 2 laut die ganze Nacht.
