"The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality.
We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)"

"Overall stay it was brilliant! Here are some important tips I’d like to share :
1. The check-in for this Windmill Homestay it is managed at Swiss Garden Hotel. We went to the Windmill Hotel counter just to be asked to reroute to Swiss Garden Hotel.
Check-in was seamless and very quick.
2. We were given Block A, so parking is next to Bila-Bila Mart. It is FREE but you have to call the hotel lobby everytime you exit.
3. The room comes with 1 tube of shampoo and 1 tube of body shower. Either you ask for extra tubes in advance or bring your own.
4. The 2 bedroom apartment provides basic kitchenette facilities which was very convenient. Microwave and a stove and even a laundry machine.
The only downside of the place was, it was next to a construction area so you’ll be woken up by the sound of the construction works."

"Wir hatten ein Studio-Apartment gebucht, bekamen aber ein Upgrade auf ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, groß und erschwinglich. Einige Geschäfte und Cafés sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Genting Resort/Casino ist etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Insgesamt war es für uns in Ordnung, da wir die Grundbedürfnisse erfüllten.
Ein Problem war, dass wir nicht vorher darüber informiert wurden, dass die Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort abzuholen sind. Daher war das Ein- und Auschecken etwas umständlich, da wir zu einem anderen Ort/einer anderen Rezeption fahren mussten, die ein paar Kilometer vom Apartment entfernt ist."

"We had a pleasant stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic, Bentong. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a stunning mountain view from the balcony that made the stay extra memorable. The bed was comfortable, and the simple yet elegant design created a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchenette and amenities provided were practical, making it convenient for short stays. The bathroom was well-maintained, with good shower pressure and clean facilities.
Location was good, slightly away from the hustle and bustle, which made it peaceful, but still accessible to Bentong town within a short drive. Service was friendly and helpful, though there is still room for improvement in attentiveness.
One downside is that the facilities and restaurant looked a bit rundown compared to the polished images shown under Wyndham branding. It would be great if improvements were made in these areas to match the overall hotel standard.

"Das Zimmer im Genting View Resort (GVR) war sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Die Einrichtungen, das Personal und die umgebene Aussicht waren auch gut.
Nur eine Sache, die ich wirklich von der Verwaltung Aufmerksamkeit brauche, um sofort zu handeln. Bitte ersetzen Sie alle Toilettentüren mit dem anderen Türpatern, um Besucher in der Badezimmer gefangen zu vermeiden, besonders gefährlich für die Kinder. Ich habe die Erfahrung, aber glücklicherweise nimmt das GVR’s Personal sofort Maßnahmen, um mich aus dem Badezimmer zu entkommen. Tqvm.
Abgesehen davon waren alle Einrichtungen in GVR gut.
Hoffentlich wird der GVR-Cafe bald wieder mit mehr Sorten von großen Menüs geöffnet,

Die Angestellten sind höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Wir mögen die Umgebung dort. Sehr entspannend."

It’s about a 20-minute drive up to Genting First World (about 10 minutes drive down from Genting to the hotel). The location is a bit far and secluded. The reception, parking, and hotel entrance are quite far apart. Every time you go out, you need to get the parking waived, change elevators, and walk quite a bit. After getting our room card and parking ticket, we had to go to the 7th floor, exit the lift, and switch to another elevator just to get to the one that leads to the rooms. We noticed it wasn’t just us — everyone seemed lost and confused. The directions and signage were really unclear. Every time we went out, someone was asking for directions.

I also requested the management to decorate the room as that was my boyfriend’s birthday trip and they made us some simple decorations and towel cake. I really appreciated that. But the only issue was the noise of water flushing from the upper level is keep us waking up and we didn’t sleep well at night. Hope the management can take note on this.

GGastnutzerWe recently stayed at Magtree Genting hotel, in room 2004, tower 4, and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel is generally okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement.
Firstly, the bunk bed in our room seemed to be broken. When our children slept on it, the bed shook quite a bit, which was concerning. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, either by repairing or replacing the bunk bed to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests.
Secondly, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It was not cleaned thoroughly, and this was quite disappointing. A higher standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in the bathroom area.
As for the breakfast, it was just so-so. The selection was quite limited, with options such as fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak, soup noodles, small sausages, fried eggs, roti canai, curry chicken and bread. However, there was no milk, cereal, or cake for the children. Additionally, we found that the creamer seemed to have been bitten by either a cockroach or a mouse, which was quite unappetizing. We have photos to support this observation.
Overall, while the hotel is generally okay, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly with the bunk bed, bathroom cleanliness, and breakfast quality. We hope these issues will be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Ssxfea __Dies ist meine zweite Buchung in diesem Hotel. Meine erste Erfahrung war besser 🤣 Die neue Aufteilung des Hotels ist zunächst ziemlich verwirrend. Der Service war mittelmäßig. Die Lage war auf dem Gipfel der Genting Highlands. Ich wünschte jedoch, der Transport-/Shuttleservice könnte verbessert werden. Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel bin ich mit dem Auto angereist. Daher habe ich keine Probleme mit dem Transport. IIceExcellent stay with my husband and enjoy our stay in genting. Especially there was hot water in the had wash area as the weather is pretty cold.
