We had a blast playing pickle ball, shooting hoops on the basketball court, and kicking around a football on the spacious field. It was wonderful to have so many activities just steps from the door – perfect for keeping everyone active and entertained. And let’s talk about the private pool – it was the crown jewel of the villa! Clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a refreshing dip anytime we wanted. The kids practically lived in it, and we adults enjoyed the luxury of having it all to ourselves. Inside, the villa was immaculate. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with fresh linens and a cozy ambiance. The living room was beautifully decorated – elegant yet inviting, with plenty of space for the whole family to relax together. Every corner of the villa reflected thoughtful care and high standards of cleanliness. My entire family absolutely loved every moment of our stay. From the serene natural surroundings to the fantastic sports facilities and the luxurious private pool, Rimbara Janda Baik offered the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. *Excellent Stay - An Unforgettable Experience* My family and I had a wonderful experience at your luxurious apartments. The apartment features a balcony with a breathtaking mountain view, where you can see the fog and clouds up close. The location is also excellent, with all essential services available right below the hotel, including restaurants and a grocery store, all within easy walking distance. The apartment is also just a 5-minute by car from Premium Outlet, which is the entrance to the cable car to Genting Highlands. The apartment consisted of 2 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, washing machine, and a dining table. I would especially like to thank the management for their quick and helpful service. Upon arrival, I mentioned that I needed a 2-bedroom apartment instead of 2 separate rooms, and within just 5 minutes they arranged the perfect apartment for me. This level of service and professionalism is truly appreciated. I will definitely book with you again. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for this amazing experience.

Villa is spacious and well maintained, equipped with both washing machine and dryer (wine chiller too). Two queen size bed just nice for family of four, just loved that balcony glass door can open entirely giving unblock view to the trees. Service was great, they provide small treats daily (steam purple potatoes with butter and kampung coffee) that was just so welcoming. The big plus was the nature surrounding us, totally enjoyed the view and relaxed. Package included a Clearwater walk to further admire the nature and the effort/passion they have in caring the animals and young forest.

Diese Einheit ist wie eine doppelte Schlüsseleinheit, wodurch eine der Königsbettzimmer mit Toilette vollständig von der anderen Art Bett und Einzelbettzimmer getrennt ist. Es verfügt über 2 Schwimmbads, einen im Erdgeschoss und einen im 17. Stock und kommt mit einem ausgestatteten Gymnasium im 18. Stock. Gesamtwert für Geld.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a beautiful design, and both the morning views and the night scenery were amazing. It’s a great place for a family trip or a gathering with friends. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness and smell of the bathroom. Since the hotel is located in the highlands, the humidity is quite high, and there was some moss-like buildup on the floor as well as a slightly musty smell. It would be great if some dehumidifying products could be placed in the bathroom to help with this. One thing we really loved was the washing machine. Having a washer and dryer in one was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere and design of the hotel.

Der Eincheckungsprozess wurde uns nicht im Voraus mitgeteilt. Wir erhielten die entsprechenden Informationen erst nach Kontakt mit dem Kundendienst und forderten sie. Wir hatten auch ein Problem mit dem Jacuzzi, da es kein heißes Wasser gab. Wir haben mehrere Male Kundenservice kontaktiert, aber sie haben uns nur ein Video geschickt, das unsere Frage nicht wirklich beantwortet oder gelöst. Wir baten danach jemanden, ins Zimmer zu kommen, um den Jacuzzi zu überprüfen. Die Antwort war jedoch sehr langsam. Wir wurden schließlich informiert, dass jemand ins Zimmer kommen würde, um zu überprüfen. Jedoch kam niemand. Um 10:15 Uhr am Abreisedatum kontaktierten sie uns erneut, um unsere Zimmer-Key-Foto für die Überprüfung zu zeigen. Obwohl sie wieder versprach, jemanden zu schicken, um die Frage zu überprüfen, kam niemand, bevor wir abreisen. Insgesamt waren die Zimmer und die umliegenden Einrichtungen gut, aber der Kundenservice, die Antwortzeit und die Nachfolge auf die Jacuzzi-Frage erfordern eine erhebliche Verbesserung. Das Problem wurde nie während unseres Aufenthalts ordnungsgemäß geprüft oder gelöst.

Die Eincheck-Erfahrung war schrecklich, wurde von der Immobilienverwaltung informiert, dass der Raum noch nicht um 4:30 Uhr (chk in sollte 3:00 Uhr) bereit war. Trip.com muss insteigen, aber die Kommunikation zwischen Trips.com und Immobilienmanagement ((Stonez7) scheint nicht gut zu gehen. Ich konnte irgendwie nach einigen Runden engen Nachfolgen in die Einheit zu kommen bei 5.00pm. Das Zimmer war freundlich, aber die Sauberkeit konnte verbessert werden. Staub noch auf dem Boden gefunden. Die Duschetemperatur ist schwer zu kontrollieren. In den meisten Fällen müssen wir mit kaltem Wasser baden. Wir wurden gebeten, die Einheit am letzten Tag um 11:00am zu verlassen. Obwohl wir während der Kontrolle informiert wurden, dass sie unsere Abreisezeit um weitere 2 Stunden verlängert haben. Dies ist eine große Enttäuschung, da hier und da offenbar Misskommunikationen stattgefunden haben. Und dennoch ist es auch so, dass die Einheit mit Balkon und Aussicht schön ist. Wir sind froh, dass wir einen doppelten Regenbogen aus unserem Balkon sehen.
