The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times. There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future. Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.

We enjoyed the room, great escape from the town during our raya break. Downside: many plugpoints were not working. Swimpools water can get too cold in the morning. Monkeys like to come to visit. No bidet in the washroom, only one toilet had it. The card access keeps losing the right access to the room door, had to approach counter twice. Restaurant could benefit by installing more fans in the outdoor seating for ventilation. The rest are great.

From start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special. Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night. The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

Die Sauberkeit war auch enttäuschend. Der Boden war sichtbar schmutzig, mit vielen toten Insekten verstreut. Ich habe um 3:06 Uhr eine Beschwerde eingereicht, aber Hausaufsicht kam erst um 9:30 Uhr nachdem ich ein zweites Mal aufspürte. Ein weiteres wichtiges Problem war das Toilette, das während unseres Aufenthalts einen starken und unbehaglichen Geruch hatte. Vor der Ankunft rief ich das Hotel an, um zu bestätigen, dass sowohl die Erwachsenen als auch die Kinder’ Pools offen sein würden. Allerdings wurde mir bei der Ankunft die Kinder’ Pool unter Wartung informiert und würde in einer Stunde wieder öffnen. Wir prüften am nächsten Tag wieder, und es war noch geschlossen. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter sagte uns dann, dass es die ganze Zeit unter Wartung war. Diese Unstimmigkeit war ziemlich enttäuschend, vor allem, weil wir vorab geprüft hatten. Auf einer positiven Anmerkung, die Lage ist hervorragend in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen und bequem für Familien. Ich habe auch die Qualität des Shampoo und Körperwasch geliefert. Insgesamt, während das Hotel Potenzial und eine große Lage hat, müssen die Reinigung, Kommunikation und Wartungsfragen ernsthaft verbessert werden. Ich hoffe, das Management nimmt die Rückmeldungen ernst, um die Erfahrungen der zukünftigen Gäste zu verbessern.

Nice spacious room and very clean as well. Beds and pillows comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom got nice shower and spacious. Only comment is not enough noise barrier can hear noise outside like cars on the road and people walking in the hallway or corridor outside the room. Thank you.

Ich war nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Ich glaube, es war mehr als dreimal. Aber nach langer Zeit kam ich zurück, um hier zu übernachten, und war ziemlich überrascht, so viele Veränderungen vorzufinden, insbesondere die Lobby im 3. Stock. Eigentlich ist es ziemlich kompliziert, aber ich bin immer noch zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe. Eine kleine Warnung an die Sicherheitskräfte dort, damit sie nicht unhöflich sind und unser Auto wegfahren, das auf Anweisung der Hotelleitung eine Weile am Straßenrand stand. Wir akzeptieren das unhöfliche Verhalten nicht, an unser Autofenster zu klopfen. Wir haben Anweisungen vom Hotel gehört, das unser eigener Chef ist. Nur weil wir Einheimische sind, werden wir anders behandelt. Zum Glück sind wir keine Familie, die gerne viral geht. Unsere Würde bleibt weiterhin gewahrt.

This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.
