"The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality.
We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)"

"Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Dusche hat starken Druck und die Wassertemperatur ist warm genug. Das Personal ist freundlich und erklärt alles in detail. "We had a pleasant stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic, Bentong. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a stunning mountain view from the balcony that made the stay extra memorable. The bed was comfortable, and the simple yet elegant design created a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchenette and amenities provided were practical, making it convenient for short stays. The bathroom was well-maintained, with good shower pressure and clean facilities.
Location was good, slightly away from the hustle and bustle, which made it peaceful, but still accessible to Bentong town within a short drive. Service was friendly and helpful, though there is still room for improvement in attentiveness.
One downside is that the facilities and restaurant looked a bit rundown compared to the polished images shown under Wyndham branding. It would be great if improvements were made in these areas to match the overall hotel standard.
Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for couples looking for a short getaway with relaxing views and comfortable rooms. Definitely worth coming back once facilities are upgraded."

"The location is good, about 15 minutes to Genting. The hotel cleanliness could be improved, but the room is quite spacious. They are currently giving out E-vouchers as well. The hotel is convenient, and there is a shuttle bus service available with additional charges."

"The hotel is good to stay at, we enjoyed the Onsen and the environment of the hotel. It’s near to the sky avenue too. I also requested the management to decorate the room as that was my boyfriend’s birthday trip and they made us some simple decorations and towel cake. I really appreciated that. But the only issue was the noise of water flushing from the upper level is keep us waking up and we didn’t sleep well at night. Hope the management can take note on this."

Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords."

"Insgesamt nicht empfohlen für eine impatiente Person, die Überprüfung im Prozess war miserabel (sie verzögerten uns für eine Stunde, dann müssen wir unsere Zimmerschlüssel von ihnen Haushalter von uns selbst?????(KUNST ALL)), Der Aufzug in der Windmühle auf dem Hügel war auch während der Auscheck-Stunden krank.
Zugangskaart für Aufzug kann nicht verwendet werden und Kundenservice forderte uns auf, mit dem Hotelsicherheitsschutz zu arbeiten (HELLO WIR KANN WE WE WE WE WE CAN WE WE WE WE WE WE WE WE GO GO TO GO AND MEET THE GUARD), danke Gott einige gute Leute haben uns bei der Auffahrt geholfen.
Nur das Zimmer war komfortabel, aber bei 1.30am riechen wir Zigaretten aus einem anderen Zimmer."

Fernseher war nicht arbeiten esp das Fernseher im Toilette hat keine Fernbedienung, die funktioniert. Dusche Gel war nicht genug, um das Badezimmer auch zu füllen. Das Zimmer und der Service von Personal waren außerdem großartig. Aussicht war auch schön

Room was inaccessible during check-in due to weak battery in digital lock. Additional bottled water was chargeable at RM5 per bottle despite staying for 3 nights.
Victor and Zara were both patient and helpful during our stay.

Ssxfea __Dies ist meine zweite Buchung in diesem Hotel. Meine erste Erfahrung war besser 🤣 Die neue Aufteilung des Hotels ist zunächst ziemlich verwirrend. Der Service war mittelmäßig. Die Lage war auf dem Gipfel der Genting Highlands. Ich wünschte jedoch, der Transport-/Shuttleservice könnte verbessert werden. Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel bin ich mit dem Auto angereist. Daher habe ich keine Probleme mit dem Transport. Bei meinem zweiten Besuch habe ich beschlossen, den Shuttleservice des Hotels zu nutzen. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel für seine Lage und Sauberkeit mit 4/5 bewerten.
