Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Der Ort war genau wie beschriebenrein, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. Die Lage war bequem, und der Gastgeber war freundlich, responsiv und machte die Eincheckung sehr einfach. Wir haben hier wirklich unsere Zeit genossen und würden diesen Ort definitiv jedem besuchen, der das Gebiet besucht. Danke für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Room and furnishing was nice and amazing view from balcony. However, we didn't enjoy our stay largely due to our interrupted sleep. The fan is the master bedroom was so noisy that it seems like there is ongoing renovation rom the unit above. The aircon in the master bedroom kept turning off intermittently during the night that we had to wake up to turn it back on.. Woke up like about 6-7 times just to turn it back on. The hot water also ran out after filling the tub and none left for the overhead shower. For a place like genting and Malaysia, this shouldn't happen. Constant supply of hot water is a common amenities is most kl and Selangor household.

Es gab keine Antwort ab 8:00 Uhr, und wir konnten nur um 17 Uhr eine Antwort erhalten und einchecken. Während unseres Aufenthalts war der Aufzug für etwa eine Stunde ungenügend funktioniert, der Klimaanlage leckte Wasser, und der Wasserheizer hält zwischen heißem und kaltem Wasser wechselnd. Trotz all dieser Fragen haben wir eine Entschädigung beantragt, aber keine erhalten. Insgesamt war es eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, die unsere Urlaubsgefühle völlig vernichtet. Nicht empfohlen.

Wir haben immer noch 5 Sterne bewertet, da unser Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen großartig war. Ich wollte nur sagen, dass, obwohl das Zeichen ”NICHT ZUR VERWAHREN” auf war, mein Freund sah das Personal und der Manager öffnen ihr Türzimmer. Nichts fehlte. Der Klimaanlage konnte auch nicht eingestellt werden, aber alles andere war in Ordnung.

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, die Lage ist mit allen Einrichtungen verbunden und kann zu allen Attraktionen, Casinos und Restaurants gehen. Hoffnung und Empfehlen Sie sehr.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting. Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked. We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason. Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra. To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out. Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay,

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The unit itself is quite good – spacious with a nice renovation, and the amenities are generally sufficient. The location is also convenient with many shoplots nearby, including restaurants and convenience stores. However, the check-in arrangement could be much better. I had asked for the check-in details earlier but was informed they would only be provided at 3pm. Unfortunately, the instructions were only sent around 3.30pm, which meant we had to wait outside with our kids after arriving on time. The children were crying as they needed to use the toilet, so it was quite a stressful start to the stay. The host later offered a 1-hour late check-out as compensation, which we appreciated. During the stay we also noticed several remote controls were not working, likely due to missing or drained batteries. Overall the unit is decent, but better communication and basic maintenance would improve the guest experience.

First time self check in. Overall the room is cleaned. New design. But got smelling at toilet and quite noisy from others room coz the talking so loudly.

Zuerst in diesem Bereich bleiben, würde nicht sehr empfehlen, da das Gehen der Cab ist schwer, es sei denn, Sie fahren. Gesamtwohnung ist angemessen, gut für kurze Aufenthalte.
