"penthouse 4rooms 3bilik dlm 1 rumah. 1 bilik lg luar rumah. means sebelah jela. privacy sikit mana yg x suka bising2 dgn family lain. living hall only have fan. siang panas bahang. rooms semua besar katil queen.incl aircond. okay✅ only master bedroom je yg ada meja makeup inc cermin. bilik lain semua xde cermin. kena harap kan toilet mirror je👎🏻 toilet size okay.tapi air tersumbat. spoil.tuala berbau ye. busuk gila. dah boleh tukar tuala lain. please note. iron board mcm gampang kaki rosak.dah boleh tukar baru. swimming pool open sampai pukul 10malam. x sesuai utk yg bawak stroller & wheelchair. sbb ada tangga then kena naik lift yg berlainan 2x.kena pakai baju renang sahaja. baju jersey tak boleh. guard halau. kolam ada byk. air suam✅ repeat? tak kot. lift lembab. sekian."

"It was a pleasant stay for families with budget. Kids can enjoy swimming pool and parents can enjoy hot water pool. Breakfast was good even with limited variety. Lunch & dinner need to go to Bentong town as ala carte choice very limited. Staffs very helpful and friendly especially at the kitchen. Lift broken on our second day of stay and we’re at the third floor 😅"

"Room spacious and clean. Need to prepate your own toothbrush and toothpaste. 1 free parking lot. The unit at 09-07 common toilet's door once close can't open from inside, must get someone to open from outside. Management team please fix it."

"Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Dusche hat starken Druck und die Wassertemperatur ist warm genug. Das Personal ist freundlich und erklärt alles in detail. Einige Unannehmlichkeiten mit dem Park, da wir jederzeit ausgehen müssen validieren. Der Schwimmbad ist ziemlich sauber, aber der Jacuzzi ist von den Kindern überfüllt, die dort spielen. Die Sauna ist nicht heiß genug und kommt nicht mit Wasserspalte."

"Das Zimmer im Genting View Resort (GVR) war sehr geräumig, sauber und komfortabel. Die Einrichtungen, das Personal und die umgebene Aussicht waren auch gut. Nur eine Sache, die ich wirklich von der Verwaltung Aufmerksamkeit brauche, um sofort zu handeln. Bitte ersetzen Sie alle Toilettentüren mit dem anderen Türpatern, um Besucher in der Badezimmer gefangen zu vermeiden, besonders gefährlich für die Kinder. Ich habe die Erfahrung, aber glücklicherweise nimmt das GVR’s Personal sofort Maßnahmen, um mich aus dem Badezimmer zu entkommen. Tqvm. Abgesehen davon waren alle Einrichtungen in GVR gut. Hoffentlich wird der GVR-Cafe bald wieder mit mehr Sorten von großen Menüs geöffnet, Ich werde in Zukunft wiederholen, um bei GVR zu bleiben. Tqvm GVR☺️"

"The check-in process was frustrating and poorly managed. While the email mentioned the check-in location at Windmill and the stay location at Geo38, the information was not clearly highlighted. This caused confusion, leading me to queue for 20 minutes at the wrong counter (Maplehome at Geo38). Attempts to contact Flash Suites’ hotline went unanswered, adding to the inconvenience. Once I arrived at Windmill, I had to queue another 30 minutes due to the staff’s lack of experience in handling and explaining the check-in process. The unit itself had both pros and cons. It was clean and well-equipped with towels, showering tools, a water boiler, microwave, and cooking equipment. However, the unit lacked a balcony, limiting the enjoyment of the fresh weather outside. The toilet sink was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the parking arrangement was inconvenient, as the parking space was on the highest floor, requiring multiple rounds to reach it. Unfortunately, the unit also lacked a nice view. The provided TV box was functional, but most apps required subscriptions (like Netflix), so I could only use YouTube. On a positive note, the apartment was quiet at night, and amenities like the gym and swimming pool were available. However, scanning the access card to use the lift was difficult and needs improvement. Overall, while the unit’s cleanliness and amenities were satisfactory, the disorganized check-in process, clogged sink, and other inconveniences made the experience less enjoyable. Improvements in communication and facilities would make a big difference."

"Das Hotel war gut gelegen circa 10 Minuten zum Sky Casino. In 5 Minuten war man sofort bei allen Ess und Trink Lokalitäten. Parkhaus war direkt gegenüber inklusive einem kleinen Supermarkt einer Cafeteria und weiteren kleinen ständen."

"Quite a distance away from Genting Highlands but is comfortable for family stay as it comes with dining and living area in an apartment settings. Check in process is easy but bear in mind the parking fees per night is Rm20. Overall good stay."

"Everything is good except the floor. Is dusty as you step into it . That isn't much issuebover it. The only CONs is the Whatsapp customer hotline will never get to respond or answered to your messages even after 3days when I checked out."

"The room & toilet are clean. If you are going to book rooms at Midhills, remember to bring your slippers and toiletries because they don't provide that stuff. It's quite far from Genting Highlands and markets. I suggest you bring everything you need like food, drinks and snacks before you check in. The lights are grounded the reason when you turn it on, there will be a sparkling sound. There is also no cable on TV. The Aircon is not cooling. The smell of the room is some kind of weird. Please don't take my review as negative. By this, you can have room for improvement in the future."
