The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room. The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off. Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.

Das Hotel ist schön und sehr komfortabel. Ich wurde ein Zimmer mit Balkon mit Blick auf die ruhigen und ruhigen Hügeln zugewiesen. Dieses Hotel hat jedoch keinen normalen Parkplatz, so dass die Gäste in jedem anderen Parkplatz frei zu parken mit einem Höchstpreis von RM11 (Wochentage; ich bin nicht sicher, obwohl über Wochenenden). Wenn Sie sich entscheiden, Ihre Taschen nicht zuerst im Lobby zu entfernen, müssen Sie für eine lange Reise bereit sein, die Ihre Gepäck vom Park zum Hotel transportiert (Ich parkierte im Resort Hotel Park, da es eine Brücke mit SkyWorlds Hotel hat). Außerdem wurde mir ein Zimmer im Valley Wing, das das Flügel über dem Lobbygebäude ist, so dass die Layout des Hotels etwas kompliziert ist, vor allem vom Lobby bis zum Zimmer. Von der Lobby (Ebene 1) muss ich daher auf Ebene 3 hochsteigen und dann eine ”offset-Verbindung” überqueren, um Valley Wing (Ebene 7) zu erreichen. In jedem Fall ist das Personal unglaublich willkommen und wünschenswert, Besucher zu unterstützen, insbesondere bei der Eincheckung. Dieses Hotel ist das Geld wert, weil es ziemlich komfortabel ist. Ohne Zweifel werde ich zurückkommen.

This is the place for relaxing, reading a book at Starbucks, walking around to enjoy the fresh air and well groomed landscape, taking photo with the colourful buildings and the lovely lake with ducks and swans swimming gracefully.  Simple breakfast included. Downside - u can finish exploring the whole place within few hours, so must plan ur own program, example, driving down to bukit Tinggi village 1/2 hr away, for local food and coffee, and buy local fruits and vegetables.  The room was clean but could be better, the balcony was not sufficiently cleaned and dried. The receptionist who checked us in and out was friendly and helpful 👍

Sehr gute Erfahrung für mich und seine erste Besuche in Berjaya Hill. Auch war meine erste Garten-Hochzeit in meinem Leben. Sehr empfehlenswert für meine Freunde für diese Unterkunft 😍 Ausgezeichneter Service für insgesamt.

The hotel hardware is all correct but staff is a bit lacking. We had a super late check in. The first night we stay on first floor only hear the furniture dragging around from mid night till early morning. Hotel manager cannot explain but they found me another room. I suspect noise is from casino platinum club. Don't get me wrong. The staff are helpful trying their very best but hotel is just short of manpower in peak season in terms of housekeeping. We stayed in Junior Suite. We had breakfast but food doesn't match up to a five stars hotel. I supposed it is hard to get staff to work in Genting highland. Until we checked out. I dunno how the Crockford exterior looks like and it remains as a mystery. Renovation is on going so one has to be careful to pick the right room. We pay a lot for two nights of stay. Late check in and early check out that actually make us lose out quite a fair bit. Shuttle bus is provided to Genting Grand but we figured a lot of outsider are using that service without approval because driver won't check and the bell boy also care less. That is what I mean by hardware is right but staff are not quite right. Hotel staff also can hop in for a free ride without queuing. I doubt if anyone really care.

I recently stayed at Awana Resort World Hotel and overall, it was a good experience. However, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our stay. During check-in, one of the reception staff seemed distracted, chatting with colleagues while attending to guests. It made it difficult for us to get his attention, and we had to strain to hear him over the loud music from the private event at the swimming pool. To improve, I would suggest that the staff focus on their tasks during check-in and checkout, ensuring guests receive the attention they deserve. Additionally, perhaps the music levels during pool events could be adjusted to allow staff to better communicate with guests. Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities and amenities were great. With a bit of attention to these details, Awana Resort World Hotel could provide an even more exceptional experience for its guests.

Everything is Good.. But only Friendly reminded is Water Heated is not function.. Hopefully Managment can focus on this coz Genting Highland is cool Wheather in this area if dun have Water Heater is too BAD to us...

Für: - 4 Personen mit großem Wohnzimmer und Küche. Es ist eher wie ein Service-Apartment-Stil anstatt Hotel. - Nice onsen Erfahrung und öffentliche Sitzung war nicht überfüllt, obwohl wir am Sonntag gingen. 1 Stunde freie onsen ist mehr als genug. - Im Zimmer ist ein Klimaanlage. - Hausaufbewahrung ist gut. - Wasser mit guter Wärme und Druck. - Kein Telefon im Zimmer, aber sehr schnelle Antwort vom WhatsApp Rezeption Service. Unzulänglichkeiten: - Parkplatz ist nicht einfach. Kein klares Zeichen und schwer zu finden. schwer zu finden, unseren Weg nach dem Parkplatz zurück zum Hotelturm. - Die Sofa ist zu klein für 4pax. - Eine begrenzte Auswahl an Lebensmitteln in dieser Lage kann man jedoch immer wieder nach Genting Erster Welt fahren, wenn Sie ein Auto haben oder einen Shuttlebus nehmen. - Enttäuschend Pool. Klein und laut. Es ist auch sehr besetzt, weil es eine gemeinsame Anlage unter den 4 Turmen ist. Nicht so schön wie es angekündigt. Das gleiche für den Fitnessraum. - Aufzugtüren offen und schließen Mechanismus ist seltsam. Sie müssen das Front-Gesichtspanel drücken, um die Front-Lebenstür zu öffnen. Erlebnis es dann wissen Sie, schwer hier zu erklären.
