AAnonymer BenutzerFühlen Sie sich modern, neue aber gemütlich für die Familie. Kinder schliefen auf dem Sofa mit dem kühlen Hochland Brise aus dem Balkon. Aircon redundant! Superb Aussicht auf die Hügel und kühle feuchte Luft. Küchenzeile gut mit Werkzeugen gespeichert. Kann Licht reisen, da es einen Waschmaschine/Trockner für Waschbecken. Es tut mir leid, nicht länger als nicht genug Zeit zu bleiben, um alle verfügbaren Einrichtungen zu erkunden. Von heißem Innenpool, Bowling, Arcade, Darts, simuliertem Golf, Zigarettenraum, Trampolin. Geeignet von Toddlern zu Senioren.
Link zu Genting sky ave ist bequem 15-20 Spaziergang, aber müssen passen, da der Spaziergang fr Antara bis Sky Ave ist hoch. Trotz des Aircon Klimas schwitzten wir. Spaziergang zurück nach Antara ist ein Brise, da es unten ist. Insgesamt lieben wir diesen Ort.

MMystery solvedDer Aufenthalt war gut, sauber und leicht zugänglich zum Mall, Casino und Himmel Avenue. However be prepared for a 100m run from the entrance to your hotel room, it is actually wide enough and quite a nice walk 🤭 staff were well trained and attentive to any needs or questions you may have, not sure what facilities the hotel has as there wasn’ t jemand, der Orientierungspunkte für Gäste hatte, so dass ich schätze, gibt es keine? Ich könnte falsch sein

Incomplete Check-In & Luggage Handling: I reached the hotel lobby around 11:00 AM to check in and provided my NRIC and phone number to the receptionist for verification. Because the room was not ready yet, I told her it was fine, left my baggage with her, and requested her help to bring it up to the room once it was ready. I then rushed to catch the shuttle bus to the theme park.
Delayed Evening Check-In & Unsecured Baggage: When I arrived back at the lobby around 10:00 PM expecting to simply collect my room keys, a different receptionist took more than 15 minutes to process my check-in all over again. During this time, he also faced a printer failure while trying to print my breakfast vouchers for the next day. Furthermore, I noticed my baggage was still left out in the open area of the lobby.
Lack of Urgency at Front Desk: While waiting for my late check-in, the phone at the front counter rang continuously for more than 10 seconds. Only one staff member finally answered it, while three other staff members just stood there daydreaming. As a waiting guest, I personally felt quite irritated watching the front desk phone ring for so long without being answered.
Poor Staff Attitude: When I asked what time breakfast was served, the staff member replied, ”It's standard lah... 7:30 AM till 10:30 AM,” as if I were a barbarian who had never stayed in a hotel before asking a dumb question. Their attitude felt like I don't care.
Disregarded Guest Request: Because I was too exhausted to continue waiting for the breakfast voucher to print, I requested that the staff deliver it to my room later by simply slipping it under the door. However, when staff member came to deliver it, he still pressed the doorbell, unnecessarily disturbing my rest.
Confusing Service Design & Layout: The hotel room lifts are quite complicated to reach from the lobby. The receptionist merely pointed and told me to ”go straight and turn right.” Carrying my own baggage, I went straight, turned right, had to make a U-turn, and kept asking around before finally finding the room lift. It felt like a treasure hunt, banging around here and there until I finally reached it. I am not sure if your service design is intentionally meant to handle customers this way.
Room Cleanliness Issues: The room itself was quite dusty. I could clearly see hair and dirt on the bedsheets. There was also some black substance inside the fridge, to the point where I did not dare put any of my drinks inside.
Overall, the hotel is quite nice physically considering the age of the hotel. It just really needs to improve its service culture, staff training, and cleanliness standards.

AAlexis Tan kit manAntara Hotel is relatively new, and we were genuinely impressed with our stay. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. As both my husband and I are light sleepers, we always hope for a quiet environment when traveling, and the room we booked exceeded our expectations in that regard.
One of our favorite features was the balcony with a lovely view. We spent the evening enjoying some beer and snacks while taking in the cool breeze, which was a wonderful way to unwind. The bed was comfortable, and I especially liked the bedroom layout. Having a separate bedroom with a door helped reduce noise and made the stay even more restful.
The bathroom was another highlight. It was spacious, clean, and the bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day.
That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. At a room rate of around RM400+ per night, it would be nice if hand towels or face towels were provided in addition to bath towels. Also, bottled drinking water is not provided. Instead, the hotel uses a water filtration machine that dispenses purified water directly from the tap.
The location is connected to Genting via a link bridge, but be prepared for about a 15-minute walk. Younger guests will likely find it manageable, but I would not recommend the walk for elderly visitors. Fortunately, the hotel provides buggy rides to the escalator area, which helps save energy and is probably one of the most convenient services offered.
Overall, the rooms are cozy, comfortable, and offer good value for the price. If you prefer being just a few minutes away from your room while exploring Genting, you may want to stay at Genting Grand or First World Hotel instead. However, if you don’t mind a short stroll and prefer a quieter, more relaxing environment, Antara Hotel is definitely a good choice.

GGastnutzerGreat! A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were friendly and we got a room with a nice mountain view. The room was spotless, comfortable and there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby. Drawback was a few cancelled trips from Grab, who were not willing to go up Genting, but nevertheless we still managed to get a ride.

KKarinongDas ist das zweite Mal, dass ich in Antara durch Schlafen Löwe verbleibe. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich, deshalb bin ich wieder zurückgekommen.
Schlaflöß Lion Rezeption befindet sich im Tower D, daher bevorzuge ich im Tower D zu bleiben (nahe dem Chin Swee Tempel) wenn Sie den Kabelwagen nehmen möchten, ist die Verbindungsbrücke zur Sky World im Tower A.
Da es also keine Zimmerservice gibt, aber sie bieten Toilettenrollen, in Zimmerschuhe, die üblichen Zahnbürsten usw., Handwasch, Dusche, Shampoo.
Der schwierige Teil ist die Müll, so dass entweder Sie ihre Kundenservice-Line zu verlangen, sie um die Mülltote zu leeren, für mich würde ich die Mülltote selbst auf Ebene 1 bringen und um mehr Kunststoff zu ändern. Insgesamt ist es noch ein großes und komfortables Wohnzimmer für meinen Familienaufenthalt in Genting, der Spaziergang von links Brücke bis Skyavenue ist ziemlich schnell, zwischen ihnen haben viele Aufstiegsschalter, die längste Strecke ohne Aufstiegsschalter haben sie diese kleine Buggy, die 3-4 holen kann Passagier, von dem und nach dem Sie eine ganze Menge Spaziergang sparen können.

GGastnutzerOur trip to Genting is by car, we are just right outside of the hotel entrance. Open space road side parking, plenty of vacant after 6pm. Check in is fast, front desk staff is very politely and helpful. So does the security officer. Nothing much to talk about the room, just a twin queen sized bed, toilet is small, hot shower is provided. No TV is a surprise to us, but it's doesn't matter becauee we came back to room after 10pm, just bath and sleep for the next day. Level 13 viewing deck has good sunset view of the pagoda. When there is thick fog, Genting looks like a cyberpunk city at night under camera. Level 12 outdoor seating has good morning view too. Our room comes with breakfast, though the breakfast is a bit disappointed. Overall experience of the stay is surely above average.
