The room is clean and location is nice. Walking distance to many restaurants. The drawback for the unit is that their parking is at B5 which you have to turn for so many rounds down to park your car and there is no bidet shower in the unit which will be a bit troublesome to shower my 11 months baby. However, the host responded fast and get me a pail to shower. Very helpful.

Hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt hier. Mir gefällt alles an dem Zimmer. Besonders das Bett und die Dusche. Das Zimmer ist sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist großartig, wenn es keinen Nebel gibt. Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Sky Avenue. In Bezug auf den Service gab es einen Fehler und der Rest war ein Volltreffer. Das Personal beim Einchecken/bei der Schlüsselübergabe kann geschult werden, um einen besseren Service zu bieten. Das Reinigungspersonal war großartig. Sie haben uns immer begrüßt und uns mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Es gab auch einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der uns beim Auschecken mit unserem Gepäck half.

If you're visiting with family, bring a picnic mat, some snacks, a kite, and bubble toys for the kids. There's a big field for children to run around and play while you relax and enjoy the surroundings. The beautiful greenery and fresh mountain air make it a perfect spot for a simple family picnic and a relaxing day outdoors. Overall, Awana Genting Resort is a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with easy access to Genting Highlands. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to families, couples, and anyone seeking a quiet retreat in nature.

The services is very good, hotel is clean, equipped w good facilities. Location need to reach by car, no shuttle bus to Genting mid hill, please come w car. Its more convenient for driving.

Wir blieben zwei Nächte und der Ort war groß für das Geld, das wir bezahlt haben. Die Kontrolle im Prozess ist einfach und schnell, aber man muss sie früher kontaktieren, um die Kontrolle im Prozess zu setzen. Das Zimmer ist groß und kommt mit schönem Bergblick. Wird dieses Platz nächstes Mal wieder reservieren, wenn der Preis noch niedrig bleibt.

Wir haben immer noch 5 Sterne bewertet, da unser Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen großartig war. Ich wollte nur sagen, dass, obwohl das Zeichen ”NICHT ZUR VERWAHREN” auf war, mein Freund sah das Personal und der Manager öffnen ihr Türzimmer. Nichts fehlte. Der Klimaanlage konnte auch nicht eingestellt werden, aber alles andere war in Ordnung.

First to compliment about cleanliness, it is very clean. However, there are too many downsides: ~It was a very noisy night, as located badly next to the road, midnight cars and motorcycles were racing all the night with super loud exhaust clearly heard very bad soundproof. Window must be kept open as no aircond. ~Next is the price, walk in is alot cheaper than booking anywhere online. ~Shower is not hot at all, bad quality. No hair dryer provided. ~No WiFi is provided. Hence be prepared to use your own mobile data. ~Toilet door is badly built can’t close.

My experiences stay at Midhills.First night worst, because the aircond not working properly every 1 an hour or 30 minutes shut down. Cannot sleep very well. The next day I had inform receptionist to check then Mr Azim come to check he said censor problem and he is suggest me to change because its to hot and my spouse is pregnant and cannot sleep. The service is very good he know my situation and then Ms Mashitah direct call me to change room. she give me two option which room is suitable for me and wife. Thank you for the good service keep it up!
