The services is very good, hotel is clean, equipped w good facilities. Location need to reach by car, no shuttle bus to Genting mid hill, please come w car. Its more convenient for driving.

Excellence service apartment on Genting highlands.  High floor good view, prompt services from the front desk. Good amenities and shops at the first 3 floors to meet the needs of the families in terms of food, groceries, souvenir, massage for a relaxing trips, getaway. Covered link bridge up and down the highlands to the attractions.

I had a wonderful stay at Geo38 Premier Suites Genting Highlands. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Genting Highlands. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was soft, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. The suite was also equipped with useful amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and washing machine, which made the stay feel just like home. The location is very convenient, only a short drive from Genting Highlands. There are also restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby, so it was easy to find food and anything I needed during my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the check-in and check-out process. They responded quickly whenever assistance was needed, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful mountain surroundings. It was the perfect place to relax after a busy day. Though we went in July , there was no rush but still Check in was time taking . Hotel is attached to the adventure area, mall, sky avenue (cable car) . So no cabs are required to reach adventure park. Only the breakfast was not included so we had to search for good breakfast options. We took room in the 1st tower which did not had the valley view but the front view from our room was amazing , & we loved getting up in the morning with a view of moving gondolas .

Cleanliness - The unit is clean. But found that toilet rug was not changed as it looked dirty and partially wet. Towels with stains. Otherwise, it’s a pretty good stay. Good location - walkable distance to restaurants and convenience stores Good and fast service from service crew - no long q for checking in and out Swimming pool - so many people in swimming pool on weekends, looks like soaking in water instead of swimming, the water didn’t look clean (abit yellow/greenish), recommend to skip swimming ya

Es gibt ein paar Kaffee zu wählen, und Einzelhandelsgeschäft wie The News und KK Mart Outlet. Es gibt Grundstücke wie Eisen- und Eisenböden, Schleifen, Zahnbürsten, Seife & Shampoo, Kettle, Kaffee & Tee, Schmuck, TV, Safe und Haartrockner, aber es gibt kein Mineral-/Trinkwasser, kleine Kühlschrank oder Mikrowelle. Die Eincheckung ist jedoch ziemlich schwierig, da Sie die Person, die die Eincheckung in der Nähe des News Outlet finden können, finden Sie keine geeignete Empfangskonttore. Der Kundenservice wird Ihren Anruf nicht beantworten. Sie beantworten nur über das, was ist App so nicht stören, Sie können von der Dame, die antwortete. Dies kann als nicht Hotelservice gesagt werden, so warten Sie nicht auf diese Art von Dienstleistungen von diesem Anbieter. Es ist mehr wie AirBnB-Stil. Aber es war ein schöner Aufenthalt gerade in der Nacht, ich weiß nicht, warum es seltsam schreien und schreien und störende Klang einmal in einer Zeit kam aus irgendwo. So ist es ziemlich störend, dass mein Schlaf ein paar Mal wach in einem Schock hören etwas Unweltgefälliges Geräusch. Aber wenn Ihr Ohr während des Schlafes ein Geräusch beweist, dann wird es für Sie kein Problem.

Ich war nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Ich glaube, es war mehr als dreimal. Aber nach langer Zeit kam ich zurück, um hier zu übernachten, und war ziemlich überrascht, so viele Veränderungen vorzufinden, insbesondere die Lobby im 3. Stock. Eigentlich ist es ziemlich kompliziert, aber ich bin immer noch zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe. Eine kleine Warnung an die Sicherheitskräfte dort, damit sie nicht unhöflich sind und unser Auto wegfahren, das auf Anweisung der Hotelleitung eine Weile am Straßenrand stand. Wir akzeptieren das unhöfliche Verhalten nicht, an unser Autofenster zu klopfen. Wir haben Anweisungen vom Hotel gehört, das unser eigener Chef ist. Nur weil wir Einheimische sind, werden wir anders behandelt. Zum Glück sind wir keine Familie, die gerne viral geht. Unsere Würde bleibt weiterhin gewahrt.

First time self check in. Overall the room is cleaned. New design. But got smelling at toilet and quite noisy from others room coz the talking so loudly.

Die Wohnung war für unsere Familie von 7. Die angebotenen Einrichtungen sind auch ausreichend. Die Check-in-Verfahren war jedoch ein wenig ineffizient. Der Gastgeber hätte mich früher kontaktiert/WhatsApp und mir erfahren können, wie genau einchecken. Statt ich hier und dort von den Leuten im Hotel geschickt wurde. Eine andere Sache, die Wohnung ist im 10. Stock, so kann ich hören, die Autos rutschen entlang der Straße. Es war sehr 2 laut die ganze Nacht.
