Hatte einen schönen Aufenthalt hier. Mir gefällt alles an dem Zimmer. Besonders das Bett und die Dusche. Das Zimmer ist sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist großartig, wenn es keinen Nebel gibt. Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Sky Avenue. In Bezug auf den Service gab es einen Fehler und der Rest war ein Volltreffer. Das Personal beim Einchecken/bei der Schlüsselübergabe kann geschult werden, um einen besseren Service zu bieten. Das Reinigungspersonal war großartig. Sie haben uns immer begrüßt und uns mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Es gab auch einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der uns beim Auschecken mit unserem Gepäck half.

Wir hatten hier eine herrliche Aufenthaltsunterkunft im Geo Resort & Hotel. Startend mit einer reibungslosen Kontrolle, leicht zugängliche Parkplätze, gab es Mini-Ställe direkt außerhalb der Hotellobby bis 10 Uhr, das Hotel liegt sehr nahe an vielen Speisen und bequemen Geschäften. Wir hatten unser Abendessen bei Mohd Chan nur einen Spaziergang vom Hotel entfernt. Das Hotelzimmer war gemütlich und sauber genug. Die angebotenen Einrichtungen waren gut, ich liebe das Duschegel und Shampoo, weil sie so erfrischend geräuchert haben. Das Frühstücksangebot war begrenzt, aber geschmackvoll! Bitte versuchen Sie ihre roti canai, so gut! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel jedem, der nach Genting Highlands kommt. Wir freuen uns auf unsere nächste Aufenthaltsbewohnung hier.

Villa is spacious and well maintained, equipped with both washing machine and dryer (wine chiller too). Two queen size bed just nice for family of four, just loved that balcony glass door can open entirely giving unblock view to the trees. Service was great, they provide small treats daily (steam purple potatoes with butter and kampung coffee) that was just so welcoming. The big plus was the nature surrounding us, totally enjoyed the view and relaxed. Package included a Clearwater walk to further admire the nature and the effort/passion they have in caring the animals and young forest.

I really liked how clean our room was. The breakfast was also satisfactory. I would definitely stay here again in the future, as long as the service remains consistent. The only downside was the road leading to the hotel, which was not in very good condition. There are new hotel or apartment still under development in the area, so the road is currently poorly maintained.

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has a beautiful design, and both the morning views and the night scenery were amazing. It’s a great place for a family trip or a gathering with friends. One area that could be improved is the cleanliness and smell of the bathroom. Since the hotel is located in the highlands, the humidity is quite high, and there was some moss-like buildup on the floor as well as a slightly musty smell. It would be great if some dehumidifying products could be placed in the bathroom to help with this. One thing we really loved was the washing machine. Having a washer and dryer in one was extremely convenient, especially for a longer stay! Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the atmosphere and design of the hotel.

I arrived with a lot of excitement and high expectations, but unfortunately, the overall experience towards the end was not as good as I had hoped. For the accommodation, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and there seemed to be some drainage issues. There were also small insects, which I believe may have been related to the cleanliness of the drainage area. The swimming pool also did not seem very clean. When I entered the pool, I noticed some white, mucus-like substance floating on the surface, which was quite unpleasant. The service experience was also disappointing. One of the female Malay staff members at the customer service counter did not seem very friendly or patient. I simply asked one more time to clarify the parking procedure after check-out — whether we only needed to provide our car plate number at the counter — but her response came across as rather impatient. There was also an inconsistency regarding the gym rules. I wanted my parents to come in and have a look while I was working out, but they were not wearing sports shoes, so the staff told them they could not enter. I completely understand and respect this safety rule. However, I noticed that there were guests inside the gym exercising on the equipment while wearing slippers. I asked the staff about this, and I was told that slippers were not allowed and that they would contact the person in charge to handle it. However, I stayed in the gym for about 45 minutes, and the guest wearing slippers eventually finished their workout and left without anyone coming to address the issue. Later, another three people also entered the gym wearing slippers. I understand that rules are necessary for safety, but they should be applied consistently to all guests. Overall, I really wanted to enjoy my stay, but these experiences unfortunately affected my impression of the property. I hope the management can take this feedback seriously and improve the cleanliness, customer service, and consistency in enforcing the facilities’ rules.

I booked 3d2n for family events, and the place was fully booked as it was school holiday and PH at the same time. Service staff were really nice and friendly, we felt immediately welcomed upon checked-in. The deposit has to be paid in cash ONLY upon check-in, so make sure you have some cash ready in your wallet. They provide buggy service to the hotel room, however many were broken so there’s only one operating so waiting time is prolonged but manageable. My kids love riding the buggy so that is also an attraction by itself. It’s cheaper to buy breakfast on Trip apps than at the receptionist. The location is very remote and food delivery apps will not deliver here. There’s also no lunch and dinner service available unless you book way ahead before coming. So for lunch and dinner time we have to go out, it has become very inconvenient as we planned to stay longer inside and enjoyed the facility than eating outside. The overall facilities are nice, it is a very spacious place where we could conduct a lot of activities for the kids, from swimming to badminton to indoor games and not to mention hike in the morning - mind you the hiking is not-beginner-level. However there are some challenges we faced during our stay. One of the rooms that we booked has water issue, at night the water just stopped flowing. And on the second night, there is an unfortunate power outage caused by faulty electrical equipment that resulted to about 6 hours of blackout in few rooms and also the clubhouse. It is understandable and commendable that they tried to fix the issue a quick as they can, and service staff on the ground handled the communication well by keeping us updated with the repair progress, and even accommodate us as best they could. However it is still very unpleasant experience to stay in the dark and also our program has to be cancelled due to this unfortunate event. Overall the kids enjoyed their stay here. And the staff are also very helpful. With the price we pay it is worth the stay and hope this place can improve further, especially when handling full house booking during peak season.

Hi, the price was great and included breakfast. However, the breakfast menu was quite disappointing. The front office service was excellent—there was a staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) who was especially helpful. The maintenance team was also superb. However, it was quite frustrating when we were already tired and the room’s electricity kept tripping repeatedly, and we eventually had to change rooms. Initially, there were no towels provided as well. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Lilla Resort Janda Baik is a peaceful and refreshing getaway, perfect for anyone looking to escape the busy city. The resort is surrounded by nature, with clean and spacious rooms that feel cozy and well-maintained. The environment is quiet, relaxing, and suitable for families, couples, or small groups. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere is calm and enjoyable. However, because the resort is close to nature, ants can sometimes appear in the rooms and even get into the beds and toilets. It’s recommended to bring some insect repellents just in case. Overall, it’s still a pleasant stay with good service and a beautiful natural setting—great for a peaceful break if you don’t mind a bit of nature coming indoors.
