It was a pleasant stay for families with budget. Kids can enjoy swimming pool and parents can enjoy hot water pool. Breakfast was good even with limited variety. Lunch & dinner need to go to Bentong town as ala carte choice very limited. Staffs very helpful and friendly especially at the kitchen. Lift broken on our second day of stay and we’re at the third floor 😅

Chempaka 7 bathroom water pressure is high, water super hot. The only setback is the mirror fixed at a corner behind shower screen which is difficult to use.
There are no aircon the room. During our stay the weather is hot even in the evening. Inside the room is unconfort able even with ceiling fan switch on.

The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times.
There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future.
Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.

Ein schöner Ort, um dem eintönigen Leben eine Abwechslung zu bieten. Das kühle Wetter ist ein Ort, an dem viel los ist. Trotz der Lage gibt es einige Mängel, die das Management prüfen sollte. Wir hatten eine Deluxe-Suite, die sehr geräumig war, aber es gibt einige Punkte, die ich erwähnen möchte: Es gab Blutflecken auf dem Bettlaken, die Toilettenspülung war laut, das Wasser lief die ganze Zeit, die Fensterschlösser waren nicht gut. Heutzutage ist eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer ganz normal, aber die fehlte. Meiner Meinung nach ist es gut, den alten Charme zu bewahren, aber man sollte den Renovierungsbedarf im Auge behalten.
Wie auch immer, uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen.
Das Resort bietet seinen Gästen einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Japanischen Garten.
Die abendlichen Musikshows und der Zumba-Tanz haben Spaß gemacht, und wir hatten sogar das Glück, einen Löwentanz zu sehen.

We enjoyed the room, great escape from the town during our raya break.
Downside: many plugpoints were not working. Swimpools water can get too cold in the morning. Monkeys like to come to visit. No bidet in the washroom, only one toilet had it. The card access keeps losing the right access to the room door, had to approach counter twice. Restaurant could benefit by installing more fans in the outdoor seating for ventilation. The rest are great.

Best location as it’s close to theme park. Check in process is easy and breezy as they provide many self check in service kiosk. However downsides are the room is too small for the price, not too clean, no drinking water provided, no ac only fan. When the weather is hot, the fan is not sufficient. They have many charging plugs which was good. Check out process was very efficient though. U just insert cards into the machine and done.

From start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

Der Eincheckprozess ist Selbstbedienung über eine Maschine, die bequem war, aber bedeutete, dass Zimmeraufgaben zufällig waren leider, unsere überhaupt keine Ansicht.
Das Zimmer selbst war geräumig und umfasste eine kleine Küche, die ein schöner Kontakt ist. Es gab jedoch keine Werkzeuge, Platten oder Kegel, die die Küche etwas unbrauchbar machten. Die Sauberkeit war auch enttäuschend. Der Boden war sichtbar schmutzig, mit vielen toten Insekten verstreut. Ich habe um 3:06 Uhr eine Beschwerde eingereicht, aber Hausaufsicht kam erst um 9:30 Uhr nachdem ich ein zweites Mal aufspürte.
Ein weiteres wichtiges Problem war das Toilette, das während unseres Aufenthalts einen starken und unbehaglichen Geruch hatte.
Vor der Ankunft rief ich das Hotel an, um zu bestätigen, dass sowohl die Erwachsenen als auch die Kinder’ Pools offen sein würden. Allerdings wurde mir bei der Ankunft die Kinder’ Pool unter Wartung informiert und würde in einer Stunde wieder öffnen. Wir prüften am nächsten Tag wieder, und es war noch geschlossen. Ein anderer Mitarbeiter sagte uns dann, dass es die ganze Zeit unter Wartung war. Diese Unstimmigkeit war ziemlich enttäuschend, vor allem, weil wir vorab geprüft hatten.
Auf einer positiven Anmerkung, die Lage ist hervorragend in der Nähe von vielen Attraktionen und bequem für Familien. Ich habe auch die Qualität des Shampoo und Körperwasch geliefert.
Insgesamt, während das Hotel Potenzial und eine große Lage hat, müssen die Reinigung, Kommunikation und Wartungsfragen ernsthaft verbessert werden. Ich hoffe, das Management nimmt die Rückmeldungen ernst, um die Erfahrungen der zukünftigen Gäste zu verbessern.

RRachellseThe L8 triple room has many good points, and I enjoyed my stay overall. To help improve the experience further, I’d like to share a few suggestions.
Raising the shower curb or adjusting its height could help prevent water from spilling out. It would also be helpful to have a couple of hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes while showering. Adding a lock to the toilet door would provide more privacy, especially since not all guests may be family or close friends.
In terms of housekeeping, I noticed that the bin in the coffee-making area wasn’t emptied. Overall, I’d rate the cleanliness as 7 out of 10.
Lastly, it would be great if the buffet breakfast menu changed daily. One day of breakfast was enough as only the coffee and omelette appealed to me, and I wouldn’t have opted for it again on the second or checkout day.

Children playground at L1. Suitable for young kids.
Friendly staff: Staff are helpful and approachable , helping on check in and gave us instructions towards location we need.
Need improvement:
Cleanliness is a big no no. The bed sheets are smear with large surfaces of yellowish stain.
Gotten bedbugs bites over a night stay.
Noisy: We can hear clear door bell ringing, singing, children crying, footsteps, door knocking, speaking from along the corridor and surrounding rooms same level as us. No peace of sleep at all.
My family check out at 9am as we all didn’t get any sleep throughout the night!
Space:
We booked a Family room that can fit up to 6 person with 3 queen bed. But the room are very small and the toilet is just one walk path😓.
To be honest this is not the worst stay. However, i won’t recommend neither return for a stay after this experience.

I’d recommend wearing slippers indoors, as walking barefoot isn’t very comfortable. The dining table had some leftover cleaning residue, so it’s worth wiping down again before use. The toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Also, while I didn’t use the air conditioner, the room felt a bit stuffy — adding a fan would help improve ventilation.
After all it’s a comfortable and spacious place. With a few minor improvements, it could be an excellent stay.

GGastnutzerWe recently stayed at Magtree Genting hotel, in room 2004, tower 4, and had a mixed experience overall. The hotel is generally okay, but there are a few areas that need improvement.
Firstly, the bunk bed in our room seemed to be broken. When our children slept on it, the bed shook quite a bit, which was concerning. This issue needs to be addressed promptly, either by repairing or replacing the bunk bed to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests.
Secondly, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. It was not cleaned thoroughly, and this was quite disappointing. A higher standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in the bathroom area.
As for the breakfast, it was just so-so. The selection was quite limited, with options such as fried noodles, fried rice, Nasi lemak, soup noodles, small sausages, fried eggs, roti canai, curry chicken and bread. However, there was no milk, cereal, or cake for the children. Additionally, we found that the creamer seemed to have been bitten by either a cockroach or a mouse, which was quite unappetizing. We have photos to support this observation.
Overall, while the hotel is generally okay, there are significant areas that need improvement, particularly with the bunk bed, bathroom cleanliness, and breakfast quality. We hope these issues will be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requested for wheelchair friendly space/area, but lucky enough to get a unit closest to the main walkways not far from our vehicles parked. The wooden Chalet is nice and clean giving you a kampung vibes abit. No refrigerator ya. Outside of the unit is a bbq pit with sink right in front of each chalet. Love the morning breeze here. Quiet and serene. May take a drive along the road to pack some outside foods from cafes or foodstalls not far from the place too. One of our family members needed to check out later than 12, contacted admin and Mr Raymond, within seconds its sorted. Yes they are very attentive to their whatsapp and other medium of communication. Contact them 3,2 days prior to your arrival just to double check and confirmation process. Not necessarily to do so, its just me, i will do that every time.
Overally, we enjoyed our stay there. The only thing that cut the fun part is the no-fridge-thing, we are with babies and kids, so they have full cream milk and stuff that we bring along. But thats okay. We managed, we actually brought an ice box..

AAnonymer BenutzerIch war nicht zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel. Ich glaube, es war mehr als dreimal. Aber nach langer Zeit kam ich zurück, um hier zu übernachten, und war ziemlich überrascht, so viele Veränderungen vorzufinden, insbesondere die Lobby im 3. Stock. Eigentlich ist es ziemlich kompliziert, aber ich bin immer noch zufrieden mit dem Zimmer, in dem ich übernachtet habe.
Eine kleine Warnung an die Sicherheitskräfte dort, damit sie nicht unhöflich sind und unser Auto wegfahren, das auf Anweisung der Hotelleitung eine Weile am Straßenrand stand. Wir akzeptieren das unhöfliche Verhalten nicht, an unser Autofenster zu klopfen. Wir haben Anweisungen vom Hotel gehört, das unser eigener Chef ist. Nur weil wir Einheimische sind, werden wir anders behandelt. Zum Glück sind wir keine Familie, die gerne viral geht. Unsere Würde bleibt weiterhin gewahrt.
