LLMOOLMHatte einen schönen Aufenthalt hier. Mir gefällt alles an dem Zimmer. Besonders das Bett und die Dusche. Das Zimmer ist sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist großartig, wenn es keinen Nebel gibt.
Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Sky Avenue.
In Bezug auf den Service gab es einen Fehler und der Rest war ein Volltreffer. Das Personal beim Einchecken/bei der Schlüsselübergabe kann geschult werden, um einen besseren Service zu bieten. Das Reinigungspersonal war großartig. Sie haben uns immer begrüßt und uns mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Es gab auch einen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der uns beim Auschecken mit unserem Gepäck half.

Incomplete Check-In & Luggage Handling: I reached the hotel lobby around 11:00 AM to check in and provided my NRIC and phone number to the receptionist for verification. Because the room was not ready yet, I told her it was fine, left my baggage with her, and requested her help to bring it up to the room once it was ready. I then rushed to catch the shuttle bus to the theme park.
Delayed Evening Check-In & Unsecured Baggage: When I arrived back at the lobby around 10:00 PM expecting to simply collect my room keys, a different receptionist took more than 15 minutes to process my check-in all over again. During this time, he also faced a printer failure while trying to print my breakfast vouchers for the next day. Furthermore, I noticed my baggage was still left out in the open area of the lobby.
Lack of Urgency at Front Desk: While waiting for my late check-in, the phone at the front counter rang continuously for more than 10 seconds. Only one staff member finally answered it, while three other staff members just stood there daydreaming. As a waiting guest, I personally felt quite irritated watching the front desk phone ring for so long without being answered.
Poor Staff Attitude: When I asked what time breakfast was served, the staff member replied, ”It's standard lah... 7:30 AM till 10:30 AM,” as if I were a barbarian who had never stayed in a hotel before asking a dumb question. Their attitude felt like I don't care.
Disregarded Guest Request: Because I was too exhausted to continue waiting for the breakfast voucher to print, I requested that the staff deliver it to my room later by simply slipping it under the door. However, when staff member came to deliver it, he still pressed the doorbell, unnecessarily disturbing my rest.
Confusing Service Design & Layout: The hotel room lifts are quite complicated to reach from the lobby. The receptionist merely pointed and told me to ”go straight and turn right.” Carrying my own baggage, I went straight, turned right, had to make a U-turn, and kept asking around before finally finding the room lift. It felt like a treasure hunt, banging around here and there until I finally reached it. I am not sure if your service design is intentionally meant to handle customers this way.
Room Cleanliness Issues: The room itself was quite dusty. I could clearly see hair and dirt on the bedsheets. There was also some black substance inside the fridge, to the point where I did not dare put any of my drinks inside.
Overall, the hotel is quite nice physically considering the age of the hotel. It just really needs to improve its service culture, staff training, and cleanliness standards.

GGastnutzerGreat! A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were friendly and we got a room with a nice mountain view. The room was spotless, comfortable and there are many eateries and convenience stores nearby. Drawback was a few cancelled trips from Grab, who were not willing to go up Genting, but nevertheless we still managed to get a ride.

Ich wollte nur sagen, dass, obwohl das Zeichen ”NICHT ZUR VERWAHREN” auf war, mein Freund sah das Personal und der Manager öffnen ihr Türzimmer. Nichts fehlte. Der Klimaanlage konnte auch nicht eingestellt werden, aber alles andere war in Ordnung.

View memang cantik, sejuk dan tenang. Room besar, bersih dan selesa especially untuk family trip. Swimming pool pun best, sesuai untuk budak-budak dan dewasa. Breakfast variety okay dan sedap. Staff friendly & check-in process agak smooth.
Location pun strategic sebab dekat dengan GPO dan Genting area.

VVivienleeys96I stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is quite convenient—about 7 minutes from Awana Resort and around 20 minutes to SkyAvenue. There are also plenty of shops nearby where you can dine or pick up daily essentials, which made things very convenient.
The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the lifts were fast, so getting to the unit was easy. The unit itself is very spacious, especially for a couple, which made the stay comfortable.
That said, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. It would be great if the unit provided a kettle or a water filter for added convenience. Also, the water heater took quite a long time to warm up, and the water pressure in the shower was rather weak.
Overall, aside from these minor issues, everything else was very good and I would say it’s definitely worth the price.

RRozzana BoniarI recently stayed at 1001 Nights Hotel and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, and attractions around Genting Highlands.
The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and basic amenities were provided. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay.
One of the best things about this hotel is its affordable price compared to many other hotels in the Genting area. The cool mountain weather also made the stay enjoyable.
The only downside was that parking can be limited during busy periods, and the room size may feel a bit small for larger families.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a clean, budget-friendly place to stay near Genting Highlands.

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel despite it being new. From the moment we arrived, there was a strong drainage smell in the lobby, which was already off-putting.
Check-in was extremely slow and disorganized. Even though we were the only guests checking in at the time, it took more than 30 minutes just to receive our room key. When we finally entered the room, we were surprised to find that it was not the room type we had booked.
We had to call reservations ourselves to seek clarification, but no proper follow-up was given. When we returned to the reception, the staff seemed unaware of the issue. After further checking, we were informed that the room we had booked was no longer available. This was very disappointing, especially since we had already paid in advance. It is unacceptable that a confirmed booking was not honored, and even more concerning that staff were instructed not to disclose the real reason.
Eventually, they offered us a different themed room, but by then we were already exhausted from waiting and dealing with the situation. We accepted it just to move on, but the experience completely ruined what was meant to be a birthday surprise for our daughter, for which we had specifically paid extra.
To make matters worse, the bathroom had a strong drainage smell that was very difficult to tolerate. Although the room itself was clean, the odor made the stay uncomfortable, and we were simply waiting to check out.
Facilities were generally okay, and the buffet breakfast had a good variety. However, the food was quite tasteless.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay,

LLC666Das Hotel war grundlegend und ziemlich datiert. Es gab kein Klimaanlage und Sie können den Lärm vom Freizeitpark und Restaurants den ganzen Tag hören. Lage ist prima, wenn Sie im Arena of Stars zum Konzert zu beobachten verbleiben. Aber ernsthaft mangelnde Service, weil es Sie mindestens 45 Minuten dauern würde, um sich anzumelden, wenn Sie nicht diese Selbstkontrollmaschine verwenden. Keine Einrichtungen und Sie müssen zu einem anderen Hotel zum Frühstück gehen. Keine Signatur oder was auch immer und es ist ziemlich einfach zu verlieren.

Ssxfea __Dies ist meine zweite Buchung in diesem Hotel. Meine erste Erfahrung war besser 🤣 Die neue Aufteilung des Hotels ist zunächst ziemlich verwirrend. Der Service war mittelmäßig. Die Lage war auf dem Gipfel der Genting Highlands. Ich wünschte jedoch, der Transport-/Shuttleservice könnte verbessert werden. Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel bin ich mit dem Auto angereist. Daher habe ich keine Probleme mit dem Transport. Bei meinem zweiten Besuch habe ich beschlossen, den Shuttleservice des Hotels zu nutzen. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel für seine Lage und Sauberkeit mit 4/5 bewerten.
