"The room was quite spacious. It was clean and well maintained. The place is strategic with many restaurants open late till midnight along with other convenient stores. It was a late check in and the receptionist was very pleasant and gave clear instructions. The only downside is the curtain wasn't closing all the way of the windows so got lights peaking in . Overall, great hotel and hospitality."

"The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality.
We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)"

"Ein schöner Ort, um dem eintönigen Leben eine Abwechslung zu bieten. Das kühle Wetter ist ein Ort, an dem viel los ist. Trotz der Lage gibt es einige Mängel, die das Management prüfen sollte. Wir hatten eine Deluxe-Suite, die sehr geräumig war, aber es gibt einige Punkte, die ich erwähnen möchte: Es gab Blutflecken auf dem Bettlaken, die Toilettenspülung war laut, das Wasser lief die ganze Zeit, die Fensterschlösser waren nicht gut. Heutzutage ist eine Mikrowelle im Zimmer ganz normal, aber die fehlte. Meiner Meinung nach ist es gut, den alten Charme zu bewahren, aber man sollte den Renovierungsbedarf im Auge behalten.
Wie auch immer, uns hat der Aufenthalt dort gefallen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, es gab eine große Auswahl an Speisen.
Das Resort bietet seinen Gästen einen kostenlosen Shuttle zum Japanischen Garten.
Die abendlichen Musikshows und der Zumba-Tanz haben Spaß gemacht, und wir hatten sogar das Glück, einen Löwentanz zu sehen."

"Zimmer ist groß, aber nicht gepflegt. . Ziemlich viele Stecker funktionieren nicht. Der Kompressor von Air-Corn klingt sehr laut. Hoffe, dass dieses Problem behoben werden kann, dann ist es perfekt. Die Angestellten sind höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist auch gut. Wir mögen die Umgebung dort. Sehr entspannend."

"Das Zimmer ist sauber und die Dusche hat starken Druck und die Wassertemperatur ist warm genug. Das Personal ist freundlich und erklärt alles in detail. "We arrived earlier at the Resort around 1.30pm and the front office is already aware about us. They asked us to wait until 3pm. We patiently wait at the dining area. Around 3pm, we saw that the Resort’s staff was entertained other client whom came late than us. We are only able to take our key room at 3pm after many times asking for it.
While in the room, the cleanliness was not meet our expectations. The cleaner did not vacuum thus they just mop the floor which had left a smelly odour.
The toilet condition also was not in good condition whereby there were leaking and loose water tap.
The pillow case also had a stain (as per picture).
The cost of using bbq pit also was too expensive, RM100 for build in bbq pit and RM200 for portable bbq pit.
While the pool, quite okay for kids."

AAlly YongFrom start to finish, my stay at Resort World Genting- Crockfords was nothing short of outstanding. This is one of those rare hotels where every detail is thoughtfully curated to deliver a world-class experience.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and efficient check-in. The lobby itself was stunning — elegant, modern, and inviting. The service throughout my stay was impeccable — the staff were professional, attentive, and always one step ahead of my needs without being intrusive.
My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens luxurious, and the in-room amenities top-tier — from the high-end toiletries to the smart lighting and entertainment system. I also had a breathtaking view that made every morning and evening extra special.
Resort World Genting- Crockfords speaks of thoughtful planning and genuine care. The round-the-clock service ensured I was comfortable no matter the time of day. It’s a hotel that not only meets expectations but exceeds them — especially when it comes to looking after guests late into the night.
The only slight issue was the car park validation as we were checking out. The mgt took more than 40 minutes to validate the free parking. As we waited, I thought the staff could offer some drinks but they did not. Overall, still a very good experience staying at Crockfords.

MMarioDas Hotel war gut gelegen circa 10 Minuten zum Sky Casino. In 5 Minuten war man sofort bei allen Ess und Trink Lokalitäten. Parkhaus war direkt gegenüber inklusive einem kleinen Supermarkt einer Cafeteria und weiteren kleinen ständen.

AAnonymer BenutzerWe had a pleasant stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic, Bentong. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a stunning mountain view from the balcony that made the stay extra memorable. The bed was comfortable, and the simple yet elegant design created a cozy atmosphere.
The kitchenette and amenities provided were practical, making it convenient for short stays. The bathroom was well-maintained, with good shower pressure and clean facilities.
Location was good, slightly away from the hustle and bustle, which made it peaceful, but still accessible to Bentong town within a short drive. Service was friendly and helpful, though there is still room for improvement in attentiveness.
One downside is that the facilities and restaurant looked a bit rundown compared to the polished images shown under Wyndham branding. It would be great if improvements were made in these areas to match the overall hotel standard.
Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for couples looking for a short getaway with relaxing views and comfortable rooms. Definitely worth coming back once facilities are upgraded.

AAnonymer BenutzerA few suggestions for future guests: the bed is surrounded by mirrors, which might feel a bit unsettling at night, so it’s good to be mentally prepared. I’d recommend wearing slippers indoors, as walking barefoot isn’t very comfortable. The dining table had some leftover cleaning residue, so it’s worth wiping down again before use. The toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
Also, while I didn’t use the air conditioner, the room felt a bit stuffy — adding a fan would help improve ventilation.
After all it’s a comfortable and spacious place. With a few minor improvements, it could be an excellent stay.

GGastnutzerInsgesamt nicht empfohlen für eine impatiente Person, die Überprüfung im Prozess war miserabel (sie verzögerten uns für eine Stunde, dann müssen wir unsere Zimmerschlüssel von ihnen Haushalter von uns selbst?????(KUNST ALL)), Der Aufzug in der Windmühle auf dem Hügel war auch während der Auscheck-Stunden krank.
Zugangskaart für Aufzug kann nicht verwendet werden und Kundenservice forderte uns auf, mit dem Hotelsicherheitsschutz zu arbeiten (HELLO WIR KANN WE WE WE WE WE CAN WE WE WE WE WE WE WE WE GO GO TO GO AND MEET THE GUARD), danke Gott einige gute Leute haben uns bei der Auffahrt geholfen.
Nur das Zimmer war komfortabel, aber bei 1.30am riechen wir Zigaretten aus einem anderen Zimmer.

Ssxfea __Dies ist meine zweite Buchung in diesem Hotel. Meine erste Erfahrung war besser 🤣 Die neue Aufteilung des Hotels ist zunächst ziemlich verwirrend. Der Service war mittelmäßig. Die Lage war auf dem Gipfel der Genting Highlands. Ich wünschte jedoch, der Transport-/Shuttleservice könnte verbessert werden. Bei meinem ersten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel bin ich mit dem Auto angereist. Daher habe ich keine Probleme mit dem Transport. Bei meinem zweiten Besuch habe ich beschlossen, den Shuttleservice des Hotels zu nutzen. Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel für seine Lage und Sauberkeit mit 4/5 bewerten.

FflowmaniacEs ist ein absolutes Abenteuer hier zu übernachten. Allein schon die Anfahrt über die Seilbahn ist besonders. Das Hotel liegt zwischen mehreren Einkaufszentren, einem Indoor- und Outdoor-Freizeitpark in den Bergen. Der Check-In ist über Self-Check-In Terminals möglich, aber das hatte mit meinem Deutschen Pass nicht geklappt, weshalb ich an den Schalter musste. Early Check-In ist sogar ab 6:00 Uhr in der Früh möglich! Das Zimmer war klein, praktisch, aber nichts atemberaubendes. Für den Preis absolut angemessen!
