3-Sterne-Hotels in Präfektur Ehime, Japan

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich. Es regnete. Für den Fall, dass ich nass werde, sagte er mir, ich solle in ihrem Flur parken und mein Gepäck hineinbringen. Ich kann den Autoschlüssel entweder an der Rezeption abgeben oder das Auto auf dem Parkplatz abstellen. Das ist so nett vom Personal. Ich bin bisher von ihrem Service begeistert. Später, als ich ins Zimmer kam, stellte ich fest, dass ich ein Raucherzimmer gebucht hatte, die falsche Zimmerkategorie für das, was ich brauchte. Ich reagiere allergisch auf Raucherzimmer. Ich bat das Personal um Hilfe. Er ging zum Manager und mein Zimmer wurde in „301“ geändert. So toll!! Ich bekam ein Upgrade auf ein riesiges Familienzimmer mit 2 großen Betten und einem großen langen Sofa. Ich glaube, das war ihr letztes Nichtraucherzimmer, da es Samstagnacht war. Vielen, vielen Dank. Das weiß ich wirklich zu schätzen. Das Hotel liegt gegenüber der JP-Station. Es ist so praktisch, fast alles zu bekommen. Was für eine wunderbare Erfahrung, im Uwajima Terminal Hotel zu übernachten!! Tausend Dank!!

オーナーの奥さんと女性の従業員の方が、すごく丁寧に説明してもらいました。設備もすごく清潔でした。駐輪場も専用の小屋が有り安心出来ました、 宿の方が良い方などで、ゆっくりと泊まることが出来ました。

It's a little far from the main street, but it was nice. The staff was good at English and it was convenient, and when I asked them not to clean the room, they hung towels at the door. Thank you

Very impressive arranegment and hospitality. I had a cycling accident in Seto inland sea and requested a delay checkin. The hotel texted me to offer assistance. Upon knowing my injury, the hotel upgraded me to a big private room for which i did not have to walk upstairs to my room and there was a private bath room inside. When i arrived at late night, all food were well prepared on table whilst fresh sushi were stored in the fridge. The hotel is a traditional Japanese hostel with warm hospitality and nice massage facilities. Surely will pick it when travel there again.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, nicht weit von Takashimaya (mit Riesenrad), etwa 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Hotelparkplatz liegt in der Hinterstraße. Sie müssen in die Lobby gehen, um nach dem Standort zu fragen, Ihr Auto parken und durch die Hintertür eintreten, was recht praktisch ist. Mit einem Rabattcoupon erhalten Sie einen Rabatt auf das Parken.  Das Hotelfrühstück ist sehr gut. Ich habe schon in mehreren komfortablen Hotels übernachtet. Die Frühstücke sind alle ähnlich und reichhaltig. Ich kann definitiv genug essen, um satt zu werden. Es gibt frisches Obst und Gemüse und Mixgetränke, was großartig ist. Das Hotel bietet Tee und Kaffee an, die Sie jederzeit im Restaurant genießen können. 

Sehr sauberes Zimmer, super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, mit Waschmaschine! Toilette und Bad sind getrennt, sehr praktisch! In der Nähe gibt es einen günstigen Supermarkt! Ich bin begeistert und kann es jedem empfehlen.

Sauber und gute Lage. Ich glaube nicht, dass es in Imabari eine bessere Option gibt. Da der Parkplatz klein war, wurde uns empfohlen, auf einem nahegelegenen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz zu parken.

Hotel has some distance from the main Dogo mall but it has shuttle bus running every 10 mins from 3-10. Hotel itself is very clean and most of the staff were so friendly and carried traditional Japanese good manner. My room is Japanese style and I love it. The breakfast was ok but the dinner was abundant, delicious and presented nicely. The staff named Itsuki Deguchi who took care my check in and dining service did a good job worthy to receive compliments. Onsen was clean and very nice. Will stay again next time

My stay there with my dog was rather pleasant. There was a beach in front of it, not so wide but still you could walk down and play with your pet no problem. Staffs were very kind and helped with all the inquiries. Just hope they have their own playground for pet with a fence somewhere in the hotel property. That would make this hotel top notch. Also there were no shuttles to Dogo onsen or Gongen onsen. That issue should be handled and resolved. I has stayed there for 10 days and wow! It was great!

I was very impressed with this hotel as I had read some reviews that mentioned it is a little older than the average property but it was sparkling clean with lovely facilities and guest rooms. The location is perfect for visiting the three famous onsen hot springs facilities and the hotel actually provide special clothing to make visiting the onsens easier and more authentic. Parking is available for a fee and there is a small restaurant/bar onsite. This is a ripper of a hotel.
