Although this hostel is clean, there's many issue although it is the price you pay for it. 1. Yes it was listed to have KTV nearby, but wasn't expect to hear it very loud like it was next door, yet it was down one level. Walls are super thin, so you can hear from the common room if people are singing. There was a group of aunties and uncles singing between 8-10pm. If planning to sleep before 10pm, make sure to wear earplugs otherwise wait till 10pm. 2. Key card having so much issues and it wasn't just me, but my roommates as well. Opening locker was a pain in the ass, literally tapping non stop yet had to get it reactivated, and going back to receptionist many times, only to be told: once u tap the keycard, push in then pull it opened, and it did. 3. Lack of aircon in room to adjust, it is fixed, so if it's too hot, will need to bear with it. Temperature is alright the longer you are in the room. 4. The mattress js as if it's like sleeping on those Chinese wood bed without the mattress. I love my bed firm, but mine felt like it had a plank than the mattress underneath it. Bed is super creaky so every single move made a sound, felt like it was just mine. The mattress is sitting on top of a wood plank on top of the bunk bed, which is interesting. At least it straightened my posture. 5. The toilets are like public toilets where you must remember to carry toilet paper with you otherwise there's none awaiting you in there. Lots of squats so really good for many people living. 6. For the shower rooms, make sure to close the curtain properly otherwise privacy is gone, door is just a curtain 3/4 full. Water pressure is great, lots of space to move around, both dry and wet area, lots of space to store stuff too. 7. Location is great, like really nice. Getting to the metro felt sketchy at first but it is close by 7min walk. Surrounded by Chinese sports brands, you have milk tea stores near by as well as food. Can see the Yellow Cane tower as well. Luckin coffee is opposite of the building. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again, but the price is actually good for what you get, just not the best but it does have everything you need that are basic level.

Wish to receive better service next time since it’s not nice to be pushed to check out at the exact time. There should be some flexibility.

Ruhe und klare, Parken ist auch sehr bequem, es fühlt sich im Allgemeinen sehr komfortabel, wie zu Hause.

Schlechter Service – Buchung für meinen Chef und peinliche Situation Ich buchte über Trip.com zwei Zimmer für meinen Chef während seiner langen Geschäftsreise durch mehrere chinesische Städte – ein Einzel- und ein Dreibettzimmer. Zwei Tage vor der Anreise kontaktierte mich das Hotel über die App und bat um eine Verbindung über WeChat. Ich stimmte zu, da ich dachte, es diene lediglich der einfacheren Kommunikation. Über WeChat forderte mich der Hotelmitarbeiter plötzlich auf, die Buchung aufgrund eines „dringenden Wartungsproblems“ zu stornieren. Ich überprüfte jedoch auf Trip.com, dass das Hotel für denselben Zeitraum noch Buchungen annahm. Eine Stornierung in letzter Minute (kurz vor dem Wochenende) hätte deutlich höhere Preise für alternative Hotels bedeutet. Nach einigem Hin und Her sagte der Mitarbeiter, er würde sich am nächsten Tag melden, und bestätigte später, dass die Anreise doch möglich sei. Als mein Chef im Hotel ankam, fanden keinerlei Wartungsarbeiten statt. Die ganze Situation wirkte dadurch unehrlich und verwirrend. Schlimmer noch: Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war bei der Ankunft meines Chefs gar nicht bereit – eine Reinigungskraft musste ihn rufen. Er kam sehr müde und gähnte laut, was mein Chef als äußerst unhöflich und unprofessionell empfand. Mein Chef kam vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit an und gab sein Gepäck an der Rezeption ab. Wenige Stunden später rief derselbe Mitarbeiter ununterbrochen an und schrieb Nachrichten, drängte meinen Chef zur Rückkehr und fragte sogar, ob er das Gepäck ohne Erlaubnis ins Zimmer bringen dürfe. Mein Chef hat schon in vielen Hotels übernachtet, aber einen so aufdringlichen und seltsamen Service noch nie erlebt. Als die Person, die die Buchung für meinen Chef vorgenommen hatte, war mir das sehr peinlich. Das Verhalten und die Vorgehensweise hier sind völlig inakzeptabel. Ich würde dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen, insbesondere nicht Geschäftsreisenden.

Es war tatsächlich ein Zimmer mit einer schönen Aussicht, der Check-in verlief sehr gut und die Dame hinter der Theke war freundlich. Sie war wirklich süß, obwohl ich die Sprache nicht sprach. Am Ende blieb ich eine Nacht länger als geplant, da die Lage und die Umgebung interessant waren. Der Besitzer antwortet schnell und freundlich, vielen Dank dafür.

Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden! Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Ausstattung gut gepflegt und die Betten weich und bequem. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren freundlich und zuvorkommend, und der Check-in und Check-out verliefen effizient und zügig; alle meine Anliegen wurden umgehend bearbeitet. Die Lage ist günstig, sodass man die Umgebung und Restaurants bequem erreichen kann. Dank der guten Schalldämmung war es ruhig und ich konnte mich wunderbar erholen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend, und ich würde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in der Gegend definitiv wieder buchen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Der Service ist ausgezeichnet! Die Lage ist fantastisch, direkt an der U-Bahn und in der Nähe der wichtigsten Einkaufszentren, was die Erkundung von Sehenswürdigkeiten super einfach macht. Die Hygiene lässt keine Wünsche offen, das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, und auch die öffentlichen Bereiche sind bestens gepflegt. Die Bettwäsche ist bequem und sauber. Die Übernachtung war großartig, das Bett war bequem, Klimaanlage, Warmwasser und WLAN funktionierten einwandfrei und störten die Erholung überhaupt nicht. Das Personal war herzlich und aufmerksam, der Service war detailliert und fürsorglich, man fühlte sich wirklich willkommen. Die Atmosphäre im Hostel ist entspannt und freundlich, die öffentlichen Bereiche sind gemütlich gestaltet und eignen sich hervorragend zum Socializen für junge Leute. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und Erlebnis sind top! Es gibt einen Beamer im Gemeinschaftsbereich, abends haben wir zusammen Filme geschaut, genau wie zu Hause!
