GGastnutzerI booked a Family Suite through Trip.com, and the booking was processed via *******. I specifically selected and paid extra (around ₹6,000 / $85) for a package that included breakfast. However, upon arrival at Ramee Guestline Hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not included in my booking. The hotel staff clarified that they received the reservation from ******* without breakfast, meaning the issue lies with ******* as the intermediary. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable from Expedia’s side. Due to this miscommunication, I had to pay an additional ₹1,200 for breakfast at the hotel. Ramee Guestline Hotel handled the situation professionally, but Expedia’s lack of accuracy and coordination caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra cost. I strongly urge Trip.com and especially ******* to ensure that booking details are clearly and correctly communicated. Customers should not have to suffer or pay extra due to backend errors between platforms.

GGastnutzerRamcharan hotel is good in terms of room space. It is near to Tirumala entrance car check point compared to other hotels which are in the city. The air quality level is good. Breakfast is fresh and tasty 😋. I recommend using it. In a room you will get 2 queen size beds which are good for four people. Parking is there, you will get space, however it is limited. Overall good experience 😃

GGastnutzerHallo, Ich besuche Tirupati jedes Jahr seit den letzten 4 Jahren. und jedes Mal mache ich es immer einen Punkt zu bleiben in dem besten westlichen Hotel. das Personal, die Menschen auf der Rezeption sind wunderbar. das Zimmer ist gerade richtig. kleine Renovierung hier und dort erforderlich, aber noch immer Der Preis und der Komfort des Hotels ist einfach fabulös. Ich empfehle Menschen, die Tirupati für einen Tag oder 2 für Darshan besten Westen besuchen, den richtigen Ort für Sie zu bleiben.

GGastnutzerWe had a great time at Ekante Bliss. Outstanding facilities, clean and spotless rooms with prompt service. We reached early and they accommodated us which was very helpful. The staff are amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant has a huge selection of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ambience was good and the staff did provide the best service. I would always return to this hotel when visiting Tirupati!!! Thanks for making our stay memorable and enjoyable.

GGastnutzerService was average, food was average, and rooms are below average as all rooms were without windows. If guest prefer rooms with windows, avoid this hotel. If guests do not need windows, consider this hotel and overall hotel is average for Tirupati. Service is low due to the negligent attitude of pilgrimage location. TV was not working and it took a longtime to even turn on and show channels.
