Die Lage war sehr günstig, da Sie in der Nähe Lebensmittelgeschäfte und viele Restaurants wie Pondok Ikan Bakar Khatib finden (ich kann ihr Ikan Bakar wirklich empfehlen, der Preis ist angemessen und es schmeckt so gut!) und das Restaurant Sate Minang (ebenfalls empfehlenswert!). Sie können auch Masjid Raya finden, das etwa 1 km vom Hotel entfernt ist. Die Fahrt mit dem Grab ist kostenlos, aber ich würde lieber zu Fuß zur Masjid gehen, was nur etwa 15-20 Minuten dauert. Oh, 3 Sterne für die Sauberkeit, weil die Toilette ziemlich schmutzig war.

Everything ok except for the receptionist/staff. Not friendly, need to call many times to request for iron. Managed to get but iron functioning not good😅1st day check-in, request extra bed/towel but nothing left at all, need to wait for the next day. Santika Padang much better as compared to BktTinggi.

Empfohlener Aufenthaltsort. Dieser Kurzaufenthalt ist mein kurzer Aufenthalt, da ich frühe Flüge nach meinem Land zurück zu bekommen. Es dauert 40 Minuten von diesem Hotel bis zum Flughafen.

The location is excellent very close to the beach, just right in front of the hotel. The room truly matches the price of a 4-star hotel..What I loved most was the pillow..it was very comfortable and softer compared to other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed at.. Just one criticism Trip.com should double-check with the hotel in the future about the actual check-in time at Ocean Beach Hotel Padang. That said, the Trip.com staff were very helpful in handling the confusion

RRannieSI was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

BBell_Padi Eco Lodge - A Mixed Experience The lodge has friendly staff and clean rooms, which made our stay comfortable. However, walking to the property from the parking area is quite far, and the path is dark at night. Adding street lights would improve safety and convenience. The café opens at 8 am, which is late for guests with early schedules. An earlier opening time, like 7 am, would be more practical. The bathroom amenities were minimal—only body wash was provided, with no shampoo available. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but there’s room for improvement in convenience and amenities.

NNIKOLAIIt’s just interesting to stay in the old Dutch building, which is a historical building in the centre of the town. If you’re interested in the topic of UNESCO, that’s a must place to visit around Padang area. The hotel itself is just fine. It has nice cafeteria outside where they serve breakfast and you can eat at other times. The biggest issue that I had was sounds coming from outside, the road, and then early morning siren calling for pray. But that’s part of the experience and I was during Ramadan.
