Cleanliness – 4/5 The room itself was very clean and well maintained. However, if you choose to have breakfast outdoors, there are quite a lot of mosquitoes and flies. Overall, the room cleanliness is good, just be prepared for insects in the outdoor dining area. Location – 4/5 The hotel is located slightly behind the main area, so it’s farther from popular spots and restaurants. But the upside is that it’s much quieter and more peaceful, which we appreciated. Service – 1/5 Initially, we felt the service deserved 5 stars because the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with a new kitchen staff member that changed our overall impression. When ordering breakfast, his attitude was already unfriendly. Later, while waiting for breakfast to be served, we moved outside to enjoy the sea view. He loudly shouted at us saying we could not sit side-by-side and had to sit facing each other. His tone was unnecessarily rude. There were many empty tables and we would have cooperated if he had simply explained politely — and in fact, we still complied. Because of the mosquitoes and flies outdoors, we decided to move back inside before the food arrived. He then shouted again, complaining that we kept changing seats, even though the restaurant only had two tables occupied （included us）and breakfast had not even been prepared yet. The most uncomfortable moment was when he came to ask if we were checking out that day and strongly insisted that we check out 15 minutes earlier than the 12pm-official time. We explained that we would check out on time as agreed during check-in, but he kept insisting that 15 minutes earlier “makes no difference.” When I asked if we could then check out 15 minutes later (since late check-out costs USD10 per hour), he could not answer but continued pressuring us to leave early. When we raised this to the reception (senior staff), he repeatedly came over and loudly denied everything and continued insisting it was “only 15 minutes.” This was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Amenities – 3/5 Nothing particularly special, but acceptable for a budget hotel. Overall A clean and peaceful budget hotel, but the experience was unfortunately affected by one staff member’s rude behavior.

The hotel is nice. In a great location, by the ocean, not super luxury like I think all other hotels there as well just regular island hotel! The stuff was nice and helpful, they were eager to let me check in as soon as possible as I arrived early in the morning. The next morning they also provided early breakfast for me as I was leaving early again, the stuff person named KK was taking care of me in the morning, serving my early breakfast and gave me a ride to the port! I recommend this hotel. Totally value the money.

大家都閉眼入吧，新開不久的酒店，裝修設計都很新，除了房間面積不算大，但是很乾凈，應有盡有，出門就是海，早餐也不錯，這個島人不多，可以很悠閑的玩，買東西 出海那些都很方便，服務也是超級好，曬傷了沒買到蘆薈膠，酒店工作人員直接把栽的蘆薈掰了一片給我😂【酒店旁邊的餐廳蛋炒飯真的很好吃，每天都吃他們家】

Премьер Бич находится у самого синего моря с выходом на бикини пляж, где за Вами на весь период пребывания будет закреплён лежак. Персонал встретил прямо на пристани и проводил в отель. Администратор принёс приветственный кокосовый сок. Быстро заполнили документы и заселились в номер. Отличный номер, в котором есть всё для комфортного отдыха. Питание в отеле мне понравилось, особенно суп из тунца и пицца. На пляже есть волейбольная площадка, можно взять в аренду скутер. Хочу выразить благодарность непальскому персоналу отеля Премьер Бич. Рекомендую данный отель для посещения!

Сначала дали номер с плесенью, фото приложу. Но на следующий день поменяли на нормальный номер. Есть чайник. Завтрак можно выбрать локальный и континентальный . Всегда могут согреть свою еду.

Es ist ein schöner Ort, wie wir erwartet hatten. Wir haben eine schöne Erfahrung. Das Zimmer ist schön und sauber. Wir würden bald wieder besuchen.
