The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who were eager to assist with any questions. Their professionalism and warm demeanor made me feel comfortable right away. The lobby itself was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed, creating a great first impression. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable, allowing for a restful night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, as housekeeping clearly maintained high standards throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring modern fixtures and a good supply of toiletries. One of the highlights of Lavitor Hotel was its convenient location. It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. Tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war köstlich und abwechslungsreich (8:00–10:00 Uhr). Leider gab es weder Shampoo noch Spülung, Bademäntel oder einen Zimmersafe, wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch. Es liegt in der Nähe des Basars und nur wenige Gehminuten vom pulsierenden Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Betten sind komfortabel. In der Ferne bietet sich ein herrlicher Blick auf die Berge.

Vor einigen Monaten blieben wir im Urban Hotel Bishkek und hatten eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Das Hotel selbst war genau wie beschrieben, sauber, gemütlich, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Alles war von dem Moment an einfach und angenehm. Es fühlte sich wirklich so, als hätten wir mehr als das, was wir bezahlt haben. Was aber wirklich herauskam, war das Teams außergewöhnliche Engagement für den Kundendienst. Am Abreisetag mussten wir etwa eine Stunde vor dem Frühstücksdienst normalerweise beginnen. Wir fragten, ob es möglich sein könnte, etwas kleines zu nehmen, um mit uns zu nehmen. Anstatt einfach zuzustimmen, ging das Personal weit über unsere Erwartungen hinaus. Sie boten sich sehr nett an, den Koch zu bitten, früher für uns das Frühstück zu bereiten, damit wir uns vor dem Abreisen ein richtiges Frühstück genießen können. Es war so ein bedenkliches Geste und wir fühlten uns wirklich aufpassen. Vielen Dank an das Team im Urban Hotel Bishkek für ihre Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft. Es hat uns einen dauerhaften Eindruck hinterlassen und war eine wunderbare Reflexion über die Wärme, die wir in diesem wunderbaren Land erlebt haben.

I absolutely loved this hotel! I just wanted a clean, quiet place to stay that was convenient to various attractions. This place was very clean, the staff was great and I found the room cozy adn the bed comfortable. I work remotely and the wifi was great. For breakfast, you need to go to the first floor/reception to order it, and then go up to the third floor where it is served. I would have loved a buffet breakfast, but the breakfast was still appreciated. There are three breakfast sets to choose from. The room remains open after, so you can use the microwave and eat a meal. There are lots of bookshelves and seating places if you are feeling sociable. As an introvert, I liked that I wasn't bothered about room service and had my privacy. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. They also have a laundry service available, where they can wash and dry your clothes. The main sights of the town are maybe a 20 minute walk. I walked to Osh Bazaar on the other side of the city and it was about an hour walk. Overall, a wonderful hotel and one I would definitely return to.

Das Hotel ist nicht das erste Mal, das Management des Hotels Jugendservice und die Qualität des Hotels verbessern und machen unsere Ruhe angenehm) Sie sehen, dass das Hotel nicht auf dem Standort steht, sondern sich entwickeln. Die Zimmer sind sauber, Handtücher, Schleifen, Die Slips sind alle notwendig im Zimmer. Thermalquellen, Hamam, Sauna, russische Dampf auf Holz, kaltes Bad und großes Pool alle notwendig für eine ausgezeichnete Ruhe ist vorhanden. Die Kräfte haben jetzt eine Bar-Zone, die Sie bestellen können, ohne vom Pool zu gehen. Es gibt alles für eine komfortable Ruhe im Allgemeinen.

Ich bin jetzt zum dritten Mal hier. Das Zimmer ist sehr günstig, was in der Gegend selten ist. Es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums und ist sehr bequem mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Es gibt eine Wechselstube, wenn man ausgeht. Auch die Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und der Service ist jederzeit erreichbar. Das Haus ist groß und sehr günstig. Der Hof im Erdgeschoss ist auch sehr schön und es gibt auch einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Allerdings ist das WLAN des Hotels nicht sehr gut. Wenn Sie arbeiten müssen, müssen Sie in die Lobby gehen.

The location is a bit far from the city center, hotel is a bit old but room is okay and the staff, they are so good and friendly, service is good but the room is not sound proof, heard someone doing some silly things from the room next to mine.

Отель видимо новый. Находится на окраине города. Одни китайцы, очень много курят. Из-за этого в первый день мне не удалось нормально отдохнуть. Все время голова болела из-за запаха сигарет, для некурящего человека это пытка. Позже курить стали меньше, не знаю повлияли ли мои жалобы или сами перестали. Завтраки вкусные👍 тем, кому нравится китайская кухня, вам понравится. Повар очень хороший, добрый, большой респект ему😅.

Очень хороший отель. Бронировала на неделю. Большой номер, удобные кровати. Отличное расположение, недалеко остановка, прямо напротив очень хороший корейский ресторанчик. В пешей доступности Нават и Восточка 1. Завтраки очень вкусные, особенно понравилась выпечка, можно заказать омлет и глазунью. Единственное, у меня номер был рядом с комнатой для завтраков, поэтому я просыпалась с началом завтраков, довольно хорошая слышимость, но для меня это было не критично. И пару дней не производилась уборка. Обязательно остановлюсь здесь ещё раз, если опять поеду в Бишкек.

My three-night visit was absolutely delightful. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was consistently clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. I will definitely be returning.
