First room – Deluxe Room: Unfortunately, the room was quite disappointing. It was dusty and dirty, with hair, a fake eyelash, lots of dust, and quite a lot of gecko droppings. 😅 Not sure if it’s because the hotel is quite far into the countryside or the room wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in. After a few hours, we requested to change rooms to the Presidential Suite and honestly, what a big difference! The Presidential Suite was superb, spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended, especially for Malaysians who need a comfy place to rest after an 8-hour journey from Banda Aceh. 🥹❤️ The view is absolutely amazing! Pagi-pagi, suasana sangat tenang dan sunyi, with the beautiful sound of the azan and zikir in the background. Truly peaceful and calming. 🌿 A few things could still be improved, especially basic facilities like providing an iron in the room. But overall, the Presidential Suite was superb and highly recommended for this area! The view and peaceful atmosphere are definitely worth it. Thank you, Takenyong, for the wonderful experience for me and my family. ❤️

Wir waren 2 Nächte im Hotel Ayani und waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war ok, nicht so groß, aber sauber. Es gab eine Klimaanlage und einen Wasserkocher und es funktionierte. Das Badezimmer war ok mit viel heißem Wasser und einer wirklich guten Dusche. Die Bettwäsche war sauber und das Bett gut. Es gab WLAN und es funktionierte perfekt. Das Frühstück war ein Buffet und bestand hauptsächlich aus lokalen Gerichten. Leider waren die warmen Gerichte kalt. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Stadt. Das Hotel selbst ist ordentlich und sauber und wir können einen Aufenthalt hier definitiv empfehlen.

The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

Letzte Minute buchen dieses Hotel nach Ankunft in Banda Aceh am 22 Nov 2023. Preis vernünftig. Wir erhielten Zimmernummer 333 und leider war die WiFi-Verbindung zu schlecht. Keine Verbindung in dem Zimmer und wir müssen in die Lobby gehen, nur in der Lage, angeschlossen zu werden. Informieren Sie die Empfangs- und Empfangsbeantwortung kann nichts getan werden. Nach dem Abendessen habe ich mich wieder an ein anderes Rezeptionspersonal beschweren und er reagierte sehr gut, indem er uns hilfreich war, ein anderes Zimmer zu 355 zu wechseln, das ist Verbindung Wifi war extrem gut. Auch hilf uns, unser Gepäck zu tragen. Er war so hilfsbereit und sehr gut Mitarbeiter. Die allgemeinen Einrichtungen waren ok. Sehr empfohlen für Muslim Gäste.

Everything was good eventho after flood in Aceh. I stayed during the flood season. The area wasn’t flooded, but there were power issues and unstable internet, so the hotel operated on a generator. Very friendly and polite staff. Room also clean. But the bathroom was not safe. The shower head fell and hit my shoulder while I was showering. Breakfast was good. I really liked the bihun goreng. The nasi goreng was a little bland, but it wasn’t a big issue. Ouh yaa, hotel near to Sate Matang stalls and souvenir shop. Can shopping at night because souvenir shop closed on 11pm.

Great hotel, room is big. Friendly staffs. Location is good but parking in not easy. Not suitable for wheelchair. Delicious breakfast and cheap if need to add more pax.

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und ist sehr bequem. Das Personal im Hotel Frühstücksrestaurant war sehr hilfreich und willkommen. Es gibt einige Mängel, die Verbesserungen erfordern: Die Gästezimmerböden wurden nicht richtig gereinigt, es gab Staub auf dem Betttisch, die Handtücher riechen schlecht, und das heiße Wasser für Dusche am Morgen war nicht heiß genug.

I like the surrounding of the hotel full of nearby food stalls. One of the best option in Aceh. Good value for money even though the rooms are a bit old fashioned. Close to the port for trip to Sabang.

Sarapan pagi gk recomen dgn harga kamar yg mahal hanya d sajikan nasi grg dan ayam grg .... roti tdk ada selai sm sekali byk tamu dan saya jg mengeluh minta utk tbh lg di blg sdh hbs dan d gantikan dgn telur mata sapi .... posisi ms stgh 9 pagi tp makanan hbs ... Saya pesan di hari sabtu 1 kamar dan di hari minggu 2 kamar dgn tipe superir dan deluxe Otomatis di pikiran saya ttp stay d kamar yg sama Tp bgt selesai sarapan dgn enakny d blg kamar wajib d pdhkn ke atas dgn alasan sdh ada yg booking Pdhl wkt saya cek in td ada info sblmny .... Ket. Hari pertama kamar no 103 Hari kedua 205 & 206
