First the good: great location close to the island and with a direct view to the lake, friendly staff, nice swimming pool, good breakfast. What can be improved: 1. Sound insulation - you can easily hear guests in the neighbouring rooms talking or snoring during the night, making it sometimes difficult to sleep properly; 2. Rooms are built in such a way that hardly any direct sun comes in, meaning you've got to turn on the lights practically the whole day of you want to see properly; 3. The floor surrounding the swimming pool is very slippery, not appropriate at all for the location; 4. Speaking of pool, it gets very little sun throughout the day so you'd better be tactical if you want to sunbathe; 5. Fixtures are quite dated and rooms could use some refurbishment

Nice hotel close to Flores island. Real patio with fountain make this cosy and comfortable. Swimming pool is also available. The room is equipped with all necessary things for short-term staying. Cooler with fresh and hot water available (thanks for this!). Really enjoyed staying there!

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Dienstleistungen und Sonnenunterkünfte aus diesem wunderschönen Hotel. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie bereiten einen Picknick-Beutel vor, wenn Sie die Tikal Sonnenaufgang Tour ab 2.45 am machen, sie arrangieren einen Shuttle zum Flughafen und waren sehr nett, die Medikamente für Verdauungsstörungen bereitstellen. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit einer Terrasse und Klimaanlage ist ein Muss. Das Frühstück hatte mehrere Optionen auf der Terrasse über den See. Wird definitiv empfehlen.

We knew we were booked into a shared bath arrangement, but still was disappointed about the room itself, very small, damp with smoky smell, very bad motel experience. Hotel complex itself is much nicer, proximity to Tikal allow you to tour the ruins at sun break; I would have picked another facility if I had choice, though there's very limited availability closer to the park.

Good choice. Firstly, I thought it’s overpriced hotel, but airport transfer is included (taxi will charge 10 usd), breakfast was included and pick up/drop off place for all transfers and tours 2 min walking. Nice, clean hotel with good view. I’ve heard many people complain about their hotels, so I believe it was good choice for us.

Das einzige Hotel im Tical Sights ist diese Position zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer hat kein Wi-Fi und die Whirlpools können in den Hallen verwendet werden. Wir sind sehr spät angekommen, fast nur einen Aufenthalt, um 4 Uhr morgens gingen wir zur Sonnenaufganggruppe des Hotels. Nach dem Ende können wir wieder zum Frühstück im Hotel zurückkehren und dann auch in die Landschaft gehen.

New hotel with nice rooms but no hot water in the shower and no window. They serve good food, water is overpriced. Very friendly and helpful staff.

1. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist normal; aber nach diesem Preis kann man nicht zu viel verlangen; 2. Die Aussicht ist gut, direkt am See, das entspricht dem Seelandschaftsraum. Aber vielleicht auch der Grund, warum das See ist, das Zimmer ist sehr nass und es ist nicht gut erlebt.

Hilfepersonal. Schöne und große Zimmer. Schöne Bar - kostenlose Transfer zum Flughafen. Pickup für Touren. Nur absolut empfohlen.

A clean and nice hotel. You need to be explicit if making requests and make sure they understand what you want.
