Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, der Westsee ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich 77 und Kerry Center. Auch zum Essen ist es bequem, und es gibt Roboter, die Essen zum Mitnehmen ausliefern. Aber um ein Taxi zu nehmen, müssen Sie es auf der anderen Straßenseite finden. Das Hotel war ziemlich voll und wir mussten eine Weile auf den Check-in warten. Die Hygiene ist eher durchschnittlich. Beim Anheben der Steppdecke treten unbekannte Partikel auf und im Bettlaken sind Löcher.

My brother had stayed at an atour in beijing before, that's why we decided on this chain. Unfortunately rooms don't look as displayed online - our first room was quite small, hence expensive for given price, we changed it as the room was quite loud facing the main street and realised there was some renovations going on in the building which we weren't informed about when given the room keys. Service was perfect, receptions and workers were attentive and trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We got a new room which was bigger and had a better cut, unfortunately the drainage smelled like pee and even pouring shampoo in and cleaning it with hot water didn't help. We didn't report it to the reception as we were too lazy and exhausted to change again or make a fuss. The amenities also look a bit on the lower end and don't fit to atour's reputation of being a premium brand. Though it offers nice breakfast and the location is just a 10mins walk away from hefang street and 10-15mins to west lake. Street itself where atour is located at offers a variety to eat and shop. Beside of the drainage and amenities, our experience was a bit dulled, given the price

Das Zimmer war hell, sauber und geräumig. Ich mochte das Tatami-Zimmer sehr, es war etwas Besonderes. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch. Der Westsee ist direkt gegenüber. Das Hubin Yintai Einkaufsviertel ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt, sehr praktisch. Das Zimmer liegt nahe am Aufzug und Restaurant, was für ältere Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität sehr angenehm ist. Am Wochenende waren die Parkplätze im Viertel zu weit von den Attraktionen entfernt, was für ältere Menschen nicht ideal war. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr herzlich und hat mir geduldig geholfen, die bequemsten Wege zu verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu finden. Meine Eltern mussten nicht viel laufen und hatten viel Spaß. Ich bin der Dame sehr dankbar, dass sie unsere Familienreise so reibungslos und angenehm gemacht hat.

They greeted me with genuine warmth and were very helpful in answering my questions about the local area. My room was a haven of comfort. It was impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The signature Vienna aesthetic, with its classic touches and soothing color palette, created a very relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water. While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible. What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive. In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. It offers exceptional value for money, combining top-notch comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and superb service. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant stay.

Miqiuye ist eine hervorragende Wahl für alle, die in Hangzhou Ruhe und Komfort suchen. Die Atmosphäre ist friedlich, der Check-in verlief unkompliziert, und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie das abendliche Dessert für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgten für eine angenehme Atmosphäre. An unserem letzten Tag nahmen wir an einem Longjing-Teekurs teil, erlebten eine Teezeremonie im Stil der Song-Dynastie und unterhielten uns angeregt mit Lehrerin Nuannuan. Sie war besonders kompetent und gab uns als ausländischen Reisenden hilfreiche Tipps, wie wir typische Fehler beim Kauf von Longjing-Tee vermeiden können. Die Lage ist zudem sehr praktisch – nur etwa 10–15 Minuten mit dem Taxi oder Didi vom Westsee entfernt. Insgesamt ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, den wir allen wärmstens empfehlen können, die es etwas ruhiger angehen lassen und dennoch die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe haben möchten.

Elf Menschen haben fünf Tage gehabt und das Gefühl ist insgesamt gut. Einrichtungen: Zimmer groß und komplette. Umgebung: Die Inselstraße ist ruhig und frisch. Außerhalb des Fensters ist der See und der Berg so gut wie die Augen. Gesundheit: Innen- und Außenumfeld sauber, Wohngegend und komfortabel. Dienst: Vielen Dank, Herr Direktor! Die Einstellung ist sehr harmonisch und der Service ist sehr aufmerksam. Ob Tag oder Nacht, bitten Sie uns, die Probleme rechtzeitig zu lösen, um uns fünf Tage im Mil Island Lake feindlich zu verbringen.

Das Zimmerboden fühlte sich klebt, aber glücklich waren Hotelzimmer Schlips. Das Zimmer war riesig mit einem riesigen Vanity-Area + Spiegel mit Licht. Super komfortable Bett und Duvet + Projektor, aber wir konnten nichts sehen dank Chinas Netzwerk Hahahah es wäre gewesen groß, wenn wir n**f*** und d**n**+ 😅 o zugreifen können

This is actually a great place to stay if you are transiting from one location to the next. I arrived early in the morning and needed to fly out at 7:30pm. The rooms are clean and quite and the staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. Oh...also the taxi driver dropped me at the wrong hotel when I arrived in the morning. Han Ting Premium Hotel sent their driver over to get me, I thought that was very nice, as the location where I was incorrectly dropped...well let's just say I might have been standing at the curb trying to hail a taxi for a long time and was in no mood for that after a long trip. A great value for the money. Great place to shower and shave, take a nap, or just rest up a bit-before you continue on your way.

The location of the hotel is great, near west lakes and shopping districts, however it’s located in one floor of a very old building, which is the reason i didn’t rate cleanliness 5/5. The lift has a kind of smell and the breakfast doesn’t have a lot of variety. Suggest u book without breadfast and decide for yourself when you visit. I didn’t enjoy discount for booking breadfast for 2 in advance. For delivery they have dedicated staff for delivering to doorstep to possibly limit number of delivery man to hotel which is a safe measure to me and is commendable. The hotel room is spacious, the room i booked have no windows. I suggest try to get windows room unless u stay for s short night only. Also the bed is not comfortable to me. I stayed at other hotels of similar 2-3 star, at least i never see bed as a issue for sleeping. I think this is the biggest improvement they should make. u

Ich übernachte hier zum x-ten Mal. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es liegt direkt gegenüber dem Ausgang der U-Bahn-Station Longxiang Bridge. Unten befindet sich der Lakeside Yintai. Wenn Sie nach draußen gehen, biegen Sie rechts ab und Sie sehen den Westsee. Man bekommt dort auch eine Eintrittskarte für den Botanischen Garten. Man kann am berühmten Großen Buddha-Kopf einchecken. Von hier aus kann man bequem Sehenswürdigkeiten besichtigen und einkaufen. Meine Freunde sind sehr zufrieden und werden beim nächsten Mal wieder hier übernachten.
