"Die Rezeptionistin Xiao Ren war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm. Ich übernachte hier immer ein paar Tage, wenn ich im Krankenhaus bin. Der Service ist hervorragend; ich werde stets rechtzeitig an die Stornierung erinnert, da sonst zusätzliche Gebühren anfallen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, und ich war schon oft hier – es ist immer komfortabel und ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Hangzhou reise. Es ist wirklich fantastisch!"

"Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm das Personal war auch super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch englisch ging oft fit es hat jedoch geholfen einen Freund dabei zu haben der chinesisch kann. Die Roboter waren auch sehr lustig und haben kleine Aufgaben übernommen und der Waschsalon hatte auch keine probleme gemacht und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und ich habe einige male zu lange geschlafen xD."

Ich konnte mich mit dem Personal, was für die Reinigung des Zimmers zuständig war, gut abstimmen. Da meine Aktivitäten meist um die Mittagszeit erst anfingen. Habe ich bisher nur selten gehabt. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. In den Fahrstühlen wird darauf hingewiesen, zu welcher Uhrzeit mit dem größten Andrang beim Frühstück zu rechnen ist (Verfügbarkeit der angebotenen Speisen). Ein- und Auschecken ging schnell."
