Hotels in Hangzhou mit Parkplatz

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und gehoben. Das gesamte Design war schlicht und komfortabel, mit einem freistehenden Marmorwaschtisch und einer intelligenten Toilette. Der gesamte Waschbereich war sehr geräumig, und die Beleuchtung des Spiegels im Zimmer war perfekt für Fotos. Der Kühlschrank war gut gefüllt mit Getränken, die kostenlos nachgefüllt wurden. Wir waren zu dritt in diesem Zimmer und es war überhaupt nicht eng, sondern sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl an chinesischen und westlichen Speisen. Es gab Milch, Joghurt, verschiedene Säfte, Brot und viele Obstsorten. Die Nudeln und Wontons im Bestellbereich waren auch sehr lecker. Kurz gesagt, die Auswahl an Gerichten war groß, vielfältig und frisch. Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der U-Bahn-Station Jianguo North Road, was für diese Lage ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis darstellt.

Ich war seit über fünf Jahren nicht mehr in Hangzhou. Da meine Hochschule auch in der Nähe der Zhejiang-Universität liegt und ich die Hefang-Straße häufig besuchte, war dieses Hotel meine erste Wahl. Das Check-in-Erlebnis ist großartig! Zunächst einmal ist die Inneneinrichtung des Zimmers einfach, aber sehr sauber und geschmackvoll; Der Raum ist mit Tmall Genie ausgestattet, mit dem sich Lichter, Vorhänge und Fernseher durch einfache Befehle ein- und ausschalten lassen; Die Toilette ist vollautomatisch und kann sogar gereinigt werden. Außerdem gibt es eine Fernbedienung, mit der Sie mit nur einem Tastendruck spülen und die Sitztemperatur einstellen können. Der Duschraum ist eine separate Kabine, die ziemlich groß ist; Besonders schön finde ich das Waschbecken und den Duschkopf im Badezimmer, der Retro-Stil wird bestimmt sehr fotogen sein. In der Hotellobby stehen Powerbanks zum Ausleihen bereit und auch die Sofas zum Ausruhen und Warten sind groß und schön; Besonders lobenswert ist der Service des Hotelbutlers, der rund um die Uhr schnell reagierte. Ob es darum ging, uns bei der Suche nach einer Waschküche oder einem Fußbad- und Massagesalon zu helfen, sie konnten uns eine detaillierte Preisliste geben und uns sogar dabei helfen, in den Laden zu gehen, um uns die Umgebung persönlich anzusehen. Es war so aufmerksam! Komme das nächste Mal wieder! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Our party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024.  We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting.  We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in.  I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops.  Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us.  Not a soul was in sight.  Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed.  From there on, however, things only got better and better.  So, yes, this was a quiet property.  There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about.  But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected.  And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient.  During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out.  The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand.  Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance.  The layout was a bit of a labyrinth.  There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display.  Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake.  The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space.  Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards.  Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?).  They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night.  There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater.  Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds.  Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace.  Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel.  Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular.  We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip).  We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality.  Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable.  In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area.  In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort.  We were very comfortable during our short stay.  We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff.  We would love to return.  It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions.  Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

Das Zimmer mit Seeblick hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Jeden Morgen durften wir die atemberaubende Berg- und Seenlandschaft genießen – die Aussicht war einfach malerisch. Das InterContinental zeichnet sich durch seine erstklassige Lage aus. **Umgebung:** Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, die Aussicht erstklassig; man fühlt sich hier wirklich inmitten der Natur. **Service:** Alle Mitarbeiter, denen wir im Hotel begegneten, waren stets höflich und äußerst zuvorkommend, was einen hervorragenden Eindruck hinterlassen hat. **Ausstattung:** Die Ausstattung war sehr umfassend und durchdacht, was unseren Aufenthalt überaus angenehm und komfortabel gemacht hat. **Hygiene:** Der Hygienestatus war sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Reinigungspersonal war äußerst fleißig, reagierte schnell auf Anfragen und bot einen ausgezeichneten Service. Vielen Dank dafür. **Besonderer Dank an den Reisefotografen:** Ein besonderer Dank geht an den Reisefotografen. Obwohl es zum vereinbarten Termin stark regnete und wir die geplanten externen Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht besuchen konnten, war der Fotograf technisch sehr versiert und zeigte ein großes Engagement. Die entstandenen Aufnahmen sind äußerst zufriedenstellend. Herzlichen Dank!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, der Westsee ist zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nähe befinden sich 77 und Kerry Center. Auch zum Essen ist es bequem, und es gibt Roboter, die Essen zum Mitnehmen ausliefern. Aber um ein Taxi zu nehmen, müssen Sie es auf der anderen Straßenseite finden. Das Hotel war ziemlich voll und wir mussten eine Weile auf den Check-in warten. Die Hygiene ist eher durchschnittlich. Beim Anheben der Steppdecke treten unbekannte Partikel auf und im Bettlaken sind Löcher.

Das Hotel verfügt über Aromatherapie-Funktionen und ist sehr leicht zu finden. Es gibt eine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe des Hotels und die Transportmöglichkeiten sind sehr praktisch, was meine Erfahrung sehr bereichert. Die Serviceeinstellung des Personals ist sehr gut (es gibt kostenloses Frühstück). ), die geografische Umgebung ist sehr gut und die Inneneinrichtung des Hotels ist sehr praktisch. Es hat mir endlose Überraschungen beschert und ich habe den Komfort und die Wärme eines Zuhauses erlebt. Es wurde ausreichend an der Bettwäsche und der Schalldämmung gearbeitet Guter Eindruck. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komplett und der Preis ist absolut preiswert. Das braucht man nicht Bringen Sie auf Reisen so viele Flaschen und Dosen mit. Die Lage ist direkt im Zentrum von Hangzhou, mit dem Stil einer kleinen Brücke und der Wasserstadt Jiangnan, es lohnt sich, dort zu bleiben.

Service standards need to improve. If I pay more than 2500rmb for a night, it better be the cleanliness and experience of a 2500rmb room and nothing short. The whole idea of Rushi Forest is about peace and relaxation and that's what I'm exactly paying for right? 1) When I first stepped in, your guy starts rattling off 101 things. He doesn't offer solution when he told us a session starts at 4pm and it is already 3.45pm now and expects me to give an immediate answer if we'll be attending. He just wants an answer. I don't feel relaxed, having to make a sudden decision after a long journey. The other lady stepped in to save the day to offer solution that we can join the next day too, if it is too rush. 2) Day 2 Morning, breakfast time at the dining hall, no Air-conditioned?!? How relaxing can it be? I paid 2500rmb to eat in a stuffy and uncomfortable environment the moment I wake up?? Are you saving electricity or what? If it's not comfort and relaxation at your hotel, what am I paying for ? 3) Breakfast time, instead of serving 1 course at a time, in a relaxed healing manner like what your brand stands for, you suddenly come with all the plates filling up the table. What's the rush?!? 4) Immediately after serving all the food on the table, your guy asked ”Can we clean your room now?” WHAT'S THE HURRY?!?! Can you not disturb my morning breakfast and let me eat in peace? I am here to have a private moment with my partner having our breakfast why must you ask me about cleaning the room at this point of time?!? How relaxing and calm can my morning get? Isn't the purpose of the Wechat group is to communicate? Why can't you do it later in the group? WHY MUST IT BE WHEN I AM HAVING BREAKFAST AT THE TABLE? WHAT IS YOUR HURRY?!? 5) I told him politely I will let him know later when I'm ready for room cleaning. 6) Right after finishing my breakfast before living the dining hall, he asked me again can my room be cleaned?!?! STOP ASKING!!!! I TOLD YOU I WILL LET YOU KNOW LATER! WHAT IS THE HURRY?!?! 7) I went back to my room to get my bag and my car came in 5mins. Just before I left, he ASKED AGAIN at the entrance! Asking 3 TIMES IN 30 MINUTES?!? THIS IS NOT RELAXING AT ALL! CAN'T YOU WAIT FOR MY INSTRUCTIONS IN THE WECHAT GROUP?!? MY GOSH! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! 8) Learn to know WHEN to communicate! 9) I killed a big spider on the floor, after room cleaning and returning back, the dead spider is still on the floor. So much for rushing me to give you the green light to clean the room 🙄 10) Your wooden holder for the controllers are filled with dust inside. Disgusting. 11) Your handsoap bottle, the sticker is peeling off, faded and damp. Disgusting. 12) The grey cloth originally on the bed, why is it put ON THE FLOOR after room cleaning?!?! Your cleaner forgotten to put it back on my bed and so you guys actually put things meant for the bed on the dirty floor and then back on the bed after tidying up?!?! Other details about peeling paint on the walls and bad touch-ups I shall not go further into details. It is not what I am expecting a 2500rmb room to be like. 500rmb Atour Hotel is even cleaner. Design of hotel and environment is on point. Let down by service and attention to details in cleanliness.

Dies war mein dritter Aufenthalt im Xinqiao Hotel in Hangzhou. Das Xinqiao Hotel hat eine lange Geschichte und eine ausgezeichnete Lage, direkt an der Kreuzung der Yan'an Road und Jiefang Road, nur einen Katzensprung von den Uferpromenaden des Westsees entfernt. **Umgebung:** Nach dem Check-in war es ideal, um die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um den Westsee zu erkunden. **Hygiene:** Der Hygienestatus war sehr gut, sauber und angenehm. **Service:** Alle Mitarbeiter zeigten eine begeisterte und positive Arbeitseinstellung. Das Personal an der Rezeption war gründlich und sorgfältig beim Check-in. Das Zimmerreinigungspersonal war sehr effizient, löste zeitnah auftretende Probleme der Gäste und war stets höflich und lächelnd. Auch die Qualität des Frühstücks im Buffetrestaurant war ziemlich gut und beruhigend. **Ausstattung:** Das Xinqiao Hotel ist historisch, und obwohl einige Einrichtungen alt sind, werden sie immer noch gut instand gehalten.

Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. Ein Hotel, das ich sehr schätze. Es ist ein alteingesessenes Fünf-Sterne-Hotel, und obwohl es nach vielen Jahren nicht mehr so makellos neu glänzt wie einst, ist die Lage unschlagbar praktisch. Die Zimmer sind riesig und komplett ausgestattet. Nur einen Katzensprung über die Straße liegt der Westsee, und in der Umgebung gibt es viele gute Restaurants. Der Nachtmarkt ist farbenfroh und überwältigend. Das Essen zum Mitnehmen wird von einem Roboter aufs Zimmer gebracht, sehr aufmerksam! Zwei Punkte, die meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden könnten: 1. Ich hatte ein Nichtraucherzimmer gebucht, aber beim Betreten konnte ich immer noch Rauch riechen. Vielleicht haben sich die Gerüche früherer Gäste im Teppich oder an den Wänden festgesetzt. Als Fünf-Sterne-Hotel könnte man doch von den Gästen verlangen, während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht zu rauchen? Das würde die Sauberkeit und Hygiene der Zimmer besser erhalten und auch Sicherheitsrisiken vermeiden. 2. Könnte ein Selbstbedienungs-Wäscheservice angeboten werden? Die meisten Hotels in China bieten diesen Service inzwischen an. Man könnte ihn kostenpflichtig nutzen. Jedes Kleidungsstück zum Waschen wegzugeben, ist wirklich unpraktisch, zumal bei der Online-Buchung angegeben war, dass es einen Selbstbedienungs-Wäscheservice gibt, was sich bei der Ankunft als falsch herausstellte. Zum Glück haben die netten jungen Damen und Herren an der Rezeption meine missliche Lage erkannt und mir geholfen, das Problem zu lösen. Dennoch überwiegen die Vorteile die Nachteile. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!
