Very nice stay. The room had an unusual configuration more in tune for couples rather than a family. The bedroom is up some stairs and there is a bathtub in front of the bed that is open to below which has a pullout bed and TV. The service was great, the pullout bed was pre-made for our son who was traveling with us and the room was cleaned, tidied with the bed made every night. We paid extra for the morning breakfast which was great and it had a lot of food options beyond the usual continental breakfast offerings. It also had a very nice terrace which we visited in the evening. We were also there during a heat wave and the room was nice and cool with the air conditioning. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice, modern hotel situated a few minutes walk to the sanctuary. The rooms are spacious and of modern design. The room and the bathroom were spotless clean. Wifi is working flawless in the entire hotel. The staff is courteous and eager to assist when needed. The breakfast is richly garnished with a good selection of fruits. Free parking is offered in der underground garage. The entrance is tricky to manoeuvre. We tried once the hotel food in the evening but preferred to dine outside, as we were not impressed with it.

We are happy to have chosen this hotel to stay for 3 nights.  1. Fairly new and trendy design and facilities. Large size rooms that are clean and well equipped.  2. Excellent location to Fatima sanctuary.  3. Staff are courteous and helpful. Special mention to Ms Komal who welcomed and checked us in. She made a good impression and represented Mercure very well.  The hotel must keep good staff like her and trained all to that standard.  4. Very good breakfast selection and warm dishes like eggs cooked to your order.  Highly recommended!

Die Servicepersonal im Vorhof sind sehr freundlich, die Anlage hat Supermärkte und Restaurants, die Busstation ist auch sehr nah und sehr bequem, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, kostengünstig, empfehlenswert

Room was upgraded to superior. Water available at check in and coffee offered. Dinner was excellent, service very good from all staff. Lemonade made in house was very good. Complimentary drinks in fridge in room, also coffee machine with pods and a range of different tea bags. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good with freshly cooked scrambled eggs and bacon. Spa facilities open till 9p.m. ideal location in the centre of town.

The hotel lies just outside of the sanctuary. The hotel undergoes some renovations. The rooms are of good size, are comfortably furnished and are spotless clean. The hotel is popular with pilgrimage groups. Some free parking is available. The internet connection is reliable. The breakfast is dull and could be more elaborate, missing some variety of fresh fruits and quality cold cuts. .

Die Lage ist ideal für einen Besuch Fátima - es ist nur über die Straße und etwa 5 Minuten Fahrt / 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Busbahnhof entfernt Das Hotelpersonal war wunderschön und hat sogar mein Zimmer aufgebaut, was eine wunderschöne Überraschung war. Sie waren auch auf meinem etwas späteren checkout, den ich wirklich geschätzt habe! Danke Jorge und das Team in Estrela für einen erinnerelichen Aufenthalt!

Estadia digna de cavaleiros! Fomos recebidos com grande cortesia, mesmo chegando já ao cair da noite. O Hotel dos Templários honra o nome que carrega: serviço nobre, atencioso e eficiente. Pontos altos: - Quartos: Espaçosos, limpos e muito confortáveis. Cama excelente, sono de rei após um dia a explorar Tomar. - Pequeno-almoço: Farto e variado, com pão quente, frutas e doçaria típica. Alento certo para visitar o Convento de Cristo. - Localização: Perfeita para conhecer o centro histórico e sentir a alma templária da cidade. - Equipe: Simpatia e presteza do início ao fim. Fazem-nos sentir como fidalgos em seu paço. Por minha fé, que estadia abençoada foi esta! Agradeço a toda a casa por guardar tão bem a hospitalidade que fez grande a terra de Tomar. Voltaremos sem tardança, se Deus quiser. Bem hajam!

Die Lage war super nahe dem Sanctuario und dem Busterminal. Sehr gemütlich und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Frühstück bietet eine Auswahl an Brot, Getreide, Obst und Getränke. Ich werde es sicher meinen Freunden empfehlen.
