Service at front desk was good,lift to the third floor run smoothly, our room was situated next to a corridor door, which when someone passed through and left to swing shut,made our room door rattle. Room was dark due to scaffolding above windows, only two plug sockets,one for the mounted tv. Bathroom shower not very powerful, entertainment in the evening was good, good service at the bar and not overpriced, only stayed one night.

On this occasion the cold water tap on the sink was low pressure which is not acceptable otherwise it would be a great experience

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, aber es war sehr gut. Das Hotel ist müde und wird reparieren, aber das Schlafzimmer wurde gut ausgestattet mit einer guten Qualität Hypnos Matrix und frischem Fluffy Handtücher. Die Lage ist angebracht. Es war ein guter Aufenthalt für zwei Nächte, um das lokale Gebiet zu erkunden.

Das Hotel war leicht zu finden und wir hatten das Glück, einen Parkplatz in der Nähe des Hotels zu finden. Das Einchecken war schnell und einfach. Das Zimmer war sauber und neu eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Es gab einen Ventilator und ein großes Fenster, das zu einer Außentreppe führte. Der Blick war auf den Parkplatz und die Gebäude. Das Hotel hatte auch eine schöne Bar. Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ich würde mich nur über das fehlende WLAN im Zimmer beschweren.

To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming. Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite. All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area. Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up. I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

Everything except for the mattress is fine, the mattress is too soft to sleep

Soon has we walked into the Premier inn, Llandudno, We were welcomed by a pleasant, polite ,friendly young man, Booked in, in seconds,he told us our options for meals, The room was nice and tidy and very quiet. The staff working on the bar were polite also. The young lady on reception in the morning ( has we were leaving)was pleasant and polite too. Overall a great stay.

Nice and cosy place. With big spacious family room and nice amenities. The breakfast was good with a scenic view of the river nearby. Really recommend booking this plac

Die Zimmertemperatur kann nicht angepasst werden. Das größte Problem ist, dass die Wassertemperatur zu scharf ist. Zuerst dachte ich, es sei kein warmes Wasser gebrochen. Nachdem die Hintertür wieder aufgetaucht ist, kann die Wassertemperatur nicht mehr verwendet werden. schließlich habe ich mich aufgegeben. Ich habe nur eine Nacht gehabt.
