Gut - Front Desk war freundlich und hilfreich und half uns auf Tee und Toilettenrollen zurückzubekommen Durchschnittlich - Zimmer war ok, sauber, aber ein näherer Blick die Matratzen und andere Punkte waren sehr unrein. Außenfenster wurden auch nicht in einer Weile gereinigt. Bad - Das Zimmerdesign hatte ein seltsames AI-Pic als Wandpapier. Kein Plug in Bad so Dusche war nur Option. Das Bett sollte König sein, aber es war 2 kleine Matratzen auf einer King-Size-Basis. Sehr unkomfortable versucht zu schlafen, wenn sie weiter verschieben. Das Zimmer, das wir in (109) war direkt über einem Pub und es gibt keine Klangbelege, Sie können Cheryls schlechte Karaoke Version von Gimme einen Mann bei 2am hören, wie Sie im Zimmer mit ihr sind. Insgesamt - Wir bezahlten nicht viel so zu düster, aber das Personal war groß, aber das Unternehmen muss sauber, reparieren und große Verbesserungen an den Zimmern wie die richtige Größe Matratzen wäre ein Start.

Großer Aufenthalt im Knowsley. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und es gibt Parkplätze, die einen Bonus ist. Die Zimmer waren im Allgemeinen sauber, aber das Essensbereich hätte sauberer sein können - ein paar Kleider brauchte Reinigung. Das Feueralarm ging Mitte der Nacht aus, wurde aber schnell behandelt. Das Frühstück war OK - eine gute Auswahl an Lebensmitteln, aber die Zutaten waren von geringer Qualität und ziemlich fett. Ich würde hier aber nochmal bleiben, aber ich würde andernorts zum Frühstück gehen.

I recently stayed at The Adelphi and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Its proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient for getting around. The convenience of having bar on-site was a definite plus. However, one significant drawback was the absence of refrigerators in the rooms. This was quite inconvenient, as it meant I couldn't store any perishable items or keep drinks cold for later, even with the bar downstairs. In today's world, having a fridge in a hotel room is almost an expectation, and its absence was definitely felt. Despite this, I would still recommend The Adelphi for its other positive aspects, convenient amenities, and easy access to transportation. I hope the management considers adding refrigerators to their rooms in the future, as it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Pleasantly surprised. Felt a little dated walking the corridors to my room. Once inside the room felt great, secure, ac, comfy bed, excellent location and I mean exceptional. It’s not the best hotel out there, but wins hands down for price, location, lovely staff. It’s really good ! I’d stay here again. Loved it !

The hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk. The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased. Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient. We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

Perfect location. Walking distance to main locations and city centre. We had a private room with bathroom, so can’t really say how was it in share rooms. We had big windows in our room but not really nice view. However, we didn’t went there to look outsid the window. Very clean place overall, looks like newly refurbished. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We stayed here the night before creamfeilds I will start with the good points .. Staff 10/10 so helpful and very good customer services skills.. cleanliness was top notch, the breakfast was plentiful, the mattress in the bed room was actually one of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I have stayed on and I was thinking we would get a lovely nights rest before our festival but on to the bad points. we had the worst nights sleep of our lives our room was facing the road. Now this road is busy throughout the whole of the night. It is non stop, you can hear every car, every lorry, every motor bike, every horn every engine zooming past all throughout the whole night ! We barely slept a wink !! We was shattered the next day. We told the staff the manager said to go through the app we booked on and we can get 20% back as they would of gave us a free breakfast for our trouble but we had already bought one . The manager and receptionist were so lovely. They do know this is an issue and have been trying to get something implemented from the company to resolve this issue as it’s not just us who have complained about this .. and unfortunately I would not stay here again until the issue is resolved and they got the triple glazing windows to reduce noise otherwise I would much rather book another hotel without the noise issues so I could get a good nights rest ..

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

The apartment is very close to the train station about 4 mins walk. Inside is bright, clean and comfortable very suitable for family and friend gathering. Highly recommended!!
