Das Zimmer war genau wie beschrieben und mit Kochtop, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank brauchte nicht die ganze Zeit aus. Personal am Frontdesk war sehr hilfreich und nichts war zu viel Probleme für sie. Das Hotel ist vielleicht nicht das flashigste Hotel, aber es ist großartig für Geld und in einer tollen Lage mit einem Zugstopp direkt außerhalb der Vordertüren, empfehlen Sie dieses Hotel.

Ein Hotel mit herausragenden Vor- und Nachteilen. Es liegt in der Nähe des Kongress- und Ausstellungszentrums. Location: easy 3-6 min walk to Southern Cross station and the skybus station which made reaching the hotel from melbourne airport extremely convenient (~40 mins). It's close to many cozy and prolific cafés for breakfast/brunch, lunch. Ease of access to gift shops, electronics, and post boxes as well. Amenities: Gym is available. Laundry with washers and dryers are also available but prepare coins. Security: Staffed during the day, and the automatic doors in the main hotel entrance could only be opened with keycards at night. Good safety. Service: Hospitable staff. Had issues with my room and they were happy to assist. Room: I booked the single room. Quaint and tiny. Room's very dark and quiet at night. Great sleep. Bathroom is equipped with heat lamps and exhaust fans which made super comfortable for a winter stay. Didn't use the AC much but I tried it out just to see that it worked. Runs well even though it's a bit noisy if you're sleeping. Towels and sheets mostly clean. I noticed some stains on the bedding once but otherwise good.

Der Empfangsmann war nicht sehr freundlich. Einfach überprüfen. Viel Parkplatz. Zimmer war grundsätzlich, aber sauber. Isolierung des Zimmers war nicht gut. Es war kalt, da wir die kalte Luft aus dem Fenster und den Türkanten in das Zimmer fühlen können. Heater funktionierte nicht. Einfach auschecken. Lage ok. Nicht wert für den Preis, den wir gezahlt haben.

It included a very comfortable bed, a tidy en-suite bathroom, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi that worked flawlessly throughout my visit. Though some of the hallway decor feels slightly dated, it genuinely adds to the classic, old-world character of the property rather than detracting from the overall guest experience. One of the standout features of The Victoria Hotel is its excellent guest facilities. After a long day of exploring the city's sights, having access to an indoor heated rooftop pool, a spa, and a fitness center was an unexpected and delightful bonus for a budget-friendly hotel. Furthermore, the on-site restaurant and bar, Mister Munro, provides a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with a great selection of delicious food and beverages. The hotel staff also deserve a very special mention. From a smooth, welcoming check-in process to providing helpful local sightseeing tips, the customer service was consistently polite, efficient, and highly professional. Overall, The Victoria Hotel offers outstanding value for money. It provides a comfortable, safe, and incredibly convenient base for anyone wanting to experience the best of Melbourne without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this wonderful accommodation and would gladly stay here again

We had a pleasant stay at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it comfortable for a good night's rest. Heating is provided through the in-room air-conditioning system, although the bathroom itself is not heated. The location is convenient and easy to find, with on-site parking available. One unique feature is the charming old-school cargo-style lift, which makes it easy to transport luggage and travel companions to the second level. The front office staff were really friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel also offers a complimentary 24/7 on-demand airport shuttle service, which was extremely convenient. Being located very close to the airport makes it an excellent choice for transit travellers or those with early flights. There are also several dining options nearby, as well as both Aldi and Woolworths supermarkets within about a 10-minute walk. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay that we would recommend.

The unit was well-equipped with our necessity. The staff switched on the heater before we arrived. The travel information was very precise. Unexpectedly, there was a long queue of ants surrounding our food. It was indispensable to keep the food sealed and followed the host's reminders. It was a nice place and close to Port Campbell.

Sehr saubere, schöne renovierte Zimmer mit allen Einrichtungen einschließlich Mikrowelle. Sehr komfortabeles Bett und Kissen, viel Gepäckraum. Kaffee/Tee/Zucker und Kuchen. Jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen bezeichneten Parkplatz. Rezeption Frau war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde es sehr empfehlen und werde sicherlich bald wieder bleiben

Sehr cooles Hostel mit bester Lage in Melbourne. Es gibt diverse Gemeinschaftsräume, darunter auch ein Kino und ein Gym. Es waren genügend Bäder vorhanden. Wir hatten lediglich Probleme mit der Klimaanlage, weil diese zentral gesteuert werden und nicht vom Raum aus bedient werden kann. Mega geniale Aussicht von der Dachterrasse und auch die Gemeinschaftsküche ist richtig groß. Sonntags gibt es kostenlos Frühstück
