OK, es ist etwas laut, weil es im obersten Stockwerk einen KTV und einen Nachtclub gibt. Bevorzugen Sie ein Nichtraucherzimmer im Erdgeschoss, damit es nicht laut ist

Unser 6 Nites Aufenthalt war wegen der harten Arbeit sauberer wie Ibu Rosmalia komfortabel. Das Buffet Frühstück war genug, aber es gab keine AC im Frühstücksbereich. Ich drehte in Schweiß. Bitte verbessern Sie Ihre AC. AC im Zimmer auch fühlte sich wie 28C obwohl es 16C erklärte. Ich möchte auch kommentieren - warum müssen Sie nur für IDR 5K kosten Grab für IDR ☹️☹️ nur um in ihren Kunden aufzuholen/zu fallen? ☹️☹️ Die Treiber sagen, Dantob ist das EINZEILIGE Hotel in der Zeit, dass sie bezahlen.. sogar 5 Sterne Hotel wie Marriot oder Adimulia nicht bezahlen. Der Kunde ist derjenige, der die Gebühr zahlen muss. Vorstellen Sie, wenn meine Familie aus geht und in 3X einen Tag ... das wäre 6x5 = IDR 30k X 7 Tage = IDR 210K ...😖😖😖

We are happy!!!!! The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

Das ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Ich habe wieder gebucht, da meine vorherige Erfahrung gut war. Rezeption Mitarbeiter sind gut und kooperativ. Obwohl, ich musste ein paar Probleme, die gelöst waren, aber es war gut. Das Essen ist sehr geschmackvoll und kompatibel vernünftig. Ich würde lieber noch einmal buchen, wenn ich wieder nach Medan komme.

Das Geld ist es wert, da es im Herzen der Stadt liegt und einen schönen Pool und Balkon mit Aussicht bietet. Ein Muss für einen Besuch des Hotels in Medan. Aber die Ausstattung und die Möbel sind ziemlich alt

Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal im Hotel. Bei uns kam Wasser von der Decke und innerhalb von 15 Minuten kam jemand, um es zu reparieren. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in die nächsthöhere Kategorie, da das gebuchte Zimmer bereits belegt war. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hatten wir etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, aber es war nicht offensichtlich schmutzig. Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig.

This is my first time staying here, and I must say the room is incredibly cozy and pleasant. With 3 elevators available, it's super convenient and saves you from any long waits to move between floors. Plus, it's conveniently located near Starbucks, APJ, and Genk Steak. So convenient!

Sachen, die ich mag: Das Bett, Dusche und die Kühllichkeit des Zimmers. Wasserversorgung (Warmwasser) und Luftverschmutzung im Badezimmer - der Kleiderschrank hat keinen Geruch, sowie die Tatsache, dass sie einen kostenlosen Parkplatz für den Gast, der ein Auto bringt, bieten, Sachen, die ich liebe: Frühstücksmenü ...... mehr als genug Optionen, all diese Lebensmittel, die ich esse, sind lecker (Wenn nicht super lecker), Bereitstellung von Trinkwasser mit Wasserdispenser Neben der Gastfreundschaft des Personals - Top-Notch ... Sachen, die ich nicht wirklich mag: TV-Programm, nichts interessantes für mich und überhaupt nicht nützlich Zu wenig Stromaustritt und die Tatsache, dass es zu klein ist für die Kettle und Wasserflasche .....

The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?
