Ich drehte in Schweiß. Bitte verbessern Sie Ihre AC. AC im Zimmer auch fühlte sich wie 28C obwohl es 16C erklärte. Ich möchte auch kommentieren - warum müssen Sie nur für IDR 5K kosten Grab für IDR ☹️☹️ nur um in ihren Kunden aufzuholen/zu fallen? ☹️☹️ Die Treiber sagen, Dantob ist das EINZEILIGE Hotel in der Zeit, dass sie bezahlen.. sogar 5 Sterne Hotel wie Marriot oder Adimulia nicht bezahlen. Der Kunde ist derjenige, der die Gebühr zahlen muss. Vorstellen Sie, wenn meine Familie aus geht und in 3X einen Tag ... das wäre 6x5 = IDR 30k X 7 Tage = IDR 210K ...😖😖😖

The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

GGastnutzerWe stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in die nächsthöhere Kategorie, da das gebuchte Zimmer bereits belegt war. Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel hatten wir etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwartet, aber es war nicht offensichtlich schmutzig. Das Zimmer war schön und geräumig.

Despite 1 set of toiletries for 2 guest, seemed a little silly. The housekeeper are always very kind to provide more when requested. Excellent masseuse at the Spa on L2. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous though the 'top up' is slow after 9am. Centre point Centre shopping mall is just right behind the hotel.. with variety of f&b, shops & korean supermarket.

ZZhen Q Harman LinWe have glued to this hotel for the last 2 or 3 years😀, everything is good, nothing to complain about. From arrival to check out, all staffs are well trained and functioning well. In this 2026, we have done 2 trips to Medan and stayed here + got the same room as I requested. We are coming back on 20 May and hopefully will get the same room too😊😊
