During our four-night stay at this hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The accommodations were exceptional, particularly the comfortable bed and pillows, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. While the location is somewhat distant from downtown Orlando, we did not find this inconvenience to be significant. We had breakfast daily for four consecutive days, and the menu remained consistent throughout our stay. While we would appreciate the opportunity for a slight variation, such as scrambled eggs prepared with a sunny-side-up option, we did not encounter any major issues with the breakfast service. Apart from these minor observations, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Orlando, Florida.

We had a great Stay. Everything is so beautiful and nicely renovated. The service was above and beyond! This new and improved longstanding resort is a must stay! For Cassidy at the pool bar to the towel and float attendant to the gentleman bartender at Dante’s everyone was well trained and friendly!

Second time staying at the Naples Bay Resort but this was the first time in one of the cottages. Great location and only a 1 min walk to the main pool complex. We had a couple of issues with the cottage when we first got there but the resort had them all resolved within hours. The whole resort is beautiful and a short walk to 5th Avenue and Tin city. The pools and amenities are great, it was a self maintained cottage so no daily housekeeping as you would get with the hotel, if staying longer I’d like to have had housekeeping come at least once tho. The cottage was clean although attention to detail wasn’t there e.g. dust on top of pictures, bed frame etc… but generally was clean. It had everything we needed, they supply towels and toilet paper (a few) and a few other things like detergent. Kitchen was well stocked and had more utensils than we would ever use. Overall a great stay and we will be back.

I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was absolutely fantastic! the room was very clean and beautifully decorated, making it feel both comfortable and cozy.

Das Frühstück war großartig, geräumige Zimmer, Kaffee und Cookies auf dem Vordertafel für meine Tochter und wir verwendeten Uber für Disneyworld, die bessere Option scheint, flexibel zu sein. Wir konnten auf unserem Aufenthalt keine Shuttlebussen benutzen, da wir nicht glauben, dass es wieder in der Zeit kommt. Die Lage ist ideal und nahe Disney Spring und Vineland Outlet Mall nach dem Disney-Fun haben einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ruhe. Ich bin dem Manager Mihaela so dankbar, der durch die Erhöhung unseres Zimmers einen Super-Spezial-Besuch gemacht hat und die zu spät auschecken angeboten hat, wie meine Tochter gern ausruhen wollte. Ich würde Precious schätzen, der sehr weich und freundlich ist, all unsere Sorgen während unseres Aufenthalts zu lösen. Wir werden sicherlich nochmal bleiben und die Parkmöglichkeit nutzen.

We had called ahead to our family who were also staying on site and they let the front desk know our flights were delayed and we would be checking in late. They said no problem, they have until 2 am. We arrived just before midnight and they told us they were overbooked and had no rooms left except for one with no AC. . I guess having a confirmation booking does not matter any more. Very upset after a long day of traveling and booking a couple months in advance!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist recht gut. Nah am Strand. Gehen Sie zum Spiel und gehen Sie direkt zum Boot. Es handelt sich um eine Hin- und Rückfahrkarte. Das Frühstück ist lecker und nicht teuer. Asiaten sollten es mögen. Abgesehen vom Parken ist es etwas schwierig. Andere Einrichtungen sind nicht schlecht.
