The Oberoi Bangalore, in my opinion, is a hotel that does not go beyond a four-star level. The property feels very old, and the furniture in the rooms is outdated and no longer very functional.
The staff is wonderful and truly outstanding — from the reception to the overall service, everyone is extremely professional and kind.
The breakfast is good, but the rooms urgently need renovation. Unfortunately, you can clearly feel the weight of the years

Das Shangri-La Hotel blickt zwar auf eine lange Geschichte zurück, verströmt aber dennoch einen eleganten Charme. Die Lobby ist würdevoll und prachtvoll, die Gästezimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und die älteren Gebäude sind außergewöhnlich gut erhalten. Der Service ist nach wie vor aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, und das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und wohltuend. Als ich das Hotel betrat, wurde ich vom freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal herzlich begrüßt. Durch ihre aufrichtige Gastfreundschaft fühlte ich mich von Anfang an wie ein geschätzter Gast. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief reibungslos und ich wurde schnell in mein makelloses Zimmer begleitet.

In my opinion, the Oberoi Bangalore is a four-star hotel, no more than that.
It is a very, very old hotel, and in my view the furniture in the rooms is also unpleasant and inefficient. It serves no real purpose and only takes up a lot of space, making the room so small that there is not even enough space to put the suitcases. In my opinion, an urgent renovation is needed

We had an amazing time at this hotel. Despite the renovation of the lobby, it was not noisy or dusty. Service was impressive especially at the breakfast buffet. Chef came to our table every morning for special requests! We had an extra bed in our room and it was spacious to accommodate us! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Would stay again. Highly recommended! 👍😉🤩💕

Viele Freunde rund um Mysore müssen in Mysore leben, und es ist auch die erste Wahl. Ich habe dieses auch für Selbstfahrertouren gewählt. Die Epidemie hat den Genuss des indischen Volkes nicht beeinträchtigt. Der Service, das Essen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sind alle sehr gut. Eine kleine Episode, zuerst sah ich nachts Staub und Plastikflaschen unter dem Bett. Nach der Reklamation wurde es gut bearbeitet. Den nächsten Reinigungsarbeiten wurde mehr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Nachdem ich drei Tage gelebt hatte, hatte ich ursprünglich vor, in ein anderes Haus zu wechseln. Ich bin dort hingegangen. Das Zimmer war klein. Dann gleicht die Lobby eher einem schnellen Hotel, und schließlich bin ich wieder ins Raddisson zurückgekehrt. Die Gesamterfahrung ist immer noch sehr gut. Auch das Restaurant ist lecker. Singapur Garnelen empfohlen. Wenn Sie nicht auswärts essen, kann das Hotel das Problem lösen. Es gibt auch Tomaten-Rindfleisch-Pasta, die Kinder lieben. Während des Aufenthalts sind so viele Leute da😭

GGastnutzerWe had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.

AAnonymer Benutzer酒店在咖啡、胡椒種植園，環境非常安靜優美，圍繞中心湖建立了一些的別墅樓。酒店有3個餐廳，2個是露天的，四面通風，晚上有點涼。晚餐20:00開始。每天17:30種植園有免費導園參觀，學習了很多。衹可惜16:00以後有蚊子比較多，而17:30的遊園讓蚊子有了一頓美餐，如果遊園早上或者下午早一點就可以避免蚊子的問題了。房間硬件還可以，但是浴室、廁所設計非常不合理，進入廁所必須通過淋浴室，洗澡後，廁所地上都是漏進的水，非常滑，如果將淋浴室與廁所的門並排分開，就會解決問題。衞生還可以，枕頭太空棉比較廉價，與酒店價格檔次不符。

MMarti_13ITC Windsor offers a refined and comfortable stay, with excellent service and a touch of colonial charm. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the city center, making airport access easy, though reaching central Bengaluru takes a bit longer.
The service and cleanliness standards are impressive, and the heritage-style architecture adds a unique character to the hotel. However, the bedrooms are not very spacious and lack natural light, which might be a downside for some guests.
The breakfast area is bright and inviting, offering a diverse selection of continental, Indian, and Asian options, all of good quality. On the other hand, the gym is quite small, and using it can be a bit uncomfortable due to limited space when shared with other guests.
I also had the chance to try The Royal Afghan, one of the hotel's restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was rich and flavorful—authentic North Indian cuisine with high-quality ingredients. While the dishes were on the heavier side, the taste and quality made it absolutely worth it.
Overall, ITC Windsor stands out for its hospitality, comfort, and convenient airport access, complemented by a delightful dining experience at The Royal Afghan.

GGastnutzerDie Einrichtungen sind zufriedenstellend . Lage ist durchschnittlich. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zufriedenstellend . Spa-Service ist zufriedenstellend. Empfangsservice ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Unbehaglicher Kundenservice beim Auschecken auf 8/11/25 um 9 Uhr. Ich stand in der Warteschlange, aber das Personal ( kann nicht wirklich seinen Namen denken, es ist Sairik ) hat mich einfach ignoriert und an einem anderen Gast teilgenommen, der später kam.

GGastnutzerIch buchte das für einen Freund, der mit uns reiste. Er war sehr glücklich mit dem Zimmer und den Serviceeinrichtungen. Schöne Ein- und Auscheckung. Sumptuöses Frühstück verbreitet. Guter Wert für Geld. Keine Beschwerden, egal. Ich würde nicht zögern zu empfehlen.

GGastnutzerThe view from the lobby and the indoor pool are what makes this property special. Nothing like it have I ever seen. This is enough to make u fall in love at first sight when u arrive. The rooms are nice but a bit outdated but generally everything was great and lots to do and explore on site as it is large. The service and staff are impeccable and very friendly and kind. Breakfast could be improved and given that most goods needs to be ordered this could be better communicated to guests. Some more activities should be complimentary as cost of room is quite high so by including activities this will make guests more involved and entertained. The outdoor pool could not use as it was cold. But the indoor one is one of a kind worldwide. Awesome fireplace in the room too. We upgraded to the premium villa which was way better than the cottage we originally booked. Space wise all rooms can accommodate 3 easily. They have electric cars to take u around which are unique too. Very environment friendly property
