Great location, amazing staff. The size of the rooms are extremely large . Breakfast is amazing as well. Areas to improve : there is an ironing board, however none of the electrical plug points in the room support the plug of the iron box

Hotel and the rooms were slightly old. Service by check-in staff not so consistent - the lady who checked us in was less friendlier than the gentleman who attended to our late check-out requests at the later part of the day. Breakfast spread was wide and worth it!

Beautiful hotel with wonderful decor and rooms. Staff at admissions could be a bit friendlier. Advertises a shuttle to airport but actually need to pay 11,800 rupees for one way trip - we got an Uber.

Schöne Aufenthalt, schöner Pool, freundliches Personal, Frühstück war auch gut, und die Lage ist v nahe dem G***da Mall. Die einzige Beschränkung ist Raum, wahrscheinlich weil es im Stadtzentrum ist. Es gibt kaum einen Gartenbereich und die Größe des Pools ist klein, obwohl es ziemlich schön ist! Ich würde nächstes Jahr wieder bleiben! Guter Wert für Geld.

Das Hotel ist schön und sauber. Ich habe Zimmer mit einem racing view, das schön ist. Schwimmbad ist am oberen Rand des zweiten Gebäudes, das auch ein Hauptrestaurant, Spa und Fitness in diesem Gebäude hat. Hier ist der Spa und der Salon mit Outsource, die auch groß ist. R-Bar für Abendkoktail ist auch groß mit einer Vielzahl von Bier, Wein und Whisky.

Rooms are ok but old. Booked rooms with breakfast but was told at reception we don’t have breakfast included. Had to show her our bookings in the apps. This left a sour note to our stay. However the breakfast was really good South Indian food. Best breakfast we had throughout our 11 nites stay out in 5 hotels.
