Wunderschöne Zimmer, genau wie erwartet. Wir hatten ein Duplex Bungalow, hier hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einfach Luxus auf 2 Stockwerken. Mit einem Badezimmer und zusätzlicher Toilette. Eine Veranda auf der täglich die freundlichen Strandhunde zu Besuch kamen. Ein Wasserspender stand an der Rezeption kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Der Stand und das Meer, einfach traumhaft! Ruhig, Strandliegen gab es jede Menge die überwiegend leer waren.  Wir hatten Glück: unser Aufenthalt war im März und hier konnten wir die Freilassung der Baby Meeresschildkröten beobachten. Das Hotel hat hier eine Aufzuchtstation. Auf Wunsch wird mal benachrichtigt sobald die kleinen ins gelassen werden. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis!  Vielen Dank für alles, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Piece Lio war eine perfekte Wahl!!! Amazing area, exceptional service and the room was better than we expected. We were very pleasantly surprised. Before choosing this hotel I read some reviews about not the best food options. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob sie etwas geändert haben, aber für Lebensmitteloptionen wurden wir nur kontinental oder englisch Frühstück angeboten, das für uns frisch gekocht wurde und sehr gut war. Zu viel Nahrung, wenn Sie mich fragen. Wir haben es nie beendet. Der Strand ist buchstäblich 2 Gehminuten und es gibt viele Restaurants, die sich vom Strand entfernen können. Wir hatten die beste Zeit dort!

Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅

We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

Ich habe hier übernachtet, weil es bei der Buchung eines Hotels für Coron ehrlich gesagt an Optionen mangelte. Es stellt sich offensichtlich vor, ein schönes Resort zu sein, aber es ist etwas kitschig. Um es klar zu sagen: Das Personal ist sehr nett und das Einchecken verlief reibungslos. Der Poolbereich ähnelt dem eines etwas kitschigen europäischen Resorts und ist nicht so schick, wie er sein möchte. Das Frühstück war mangelhaft und ziemlich einfach. Das Zimmer ist schön und sauber. Das Resort liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt, aber das ist keine schlechte Sache. Ein Dreirad kostet 40 Pesos pro Person. Der Hoteltransfer vom Flughafen war teurer als Hotels, die näher an der Stadt und damit weiter vom Flughafen entfernt liegen! Alles in allem ist es in Ordnung, aber wir haben danach in einem anderen Hotel in Coron übernachtet und dieses vorgezogen. Ich würde wahrscheinlich nicht wieder hier übernachten. Es ist sicherlich nicht schlecht, aber für den Preis auch nicht überragend.

Zimmer: Jedes Zimmer verfügt über einen kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool und die Landschaft ist sehr schön. Umgebung: Man kann sagen, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr hoch ist. Es gibt einen Pier 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wo ich auch einen DJI mitgebracht habe, um ihn aufzunehmen atemberaubende Landschaft. Service: Die Servicemädchen sind sehr begeistert, insbesondere Frau Cystal, die Ihnen eine detaillierte Einführung in die Reiserouten gibt, die sie anbieten können, und es gibt auch private Reiserouten im Hotel. Sie können ein Boot chartern, um selbst aufs Meer hinauszufahren. Obwohl die Inselgebühr nicht inbegriffen ist, können Sie tun, was Sie wollen. Wenn Sie die Zutaten kaufen, kann Ihnen der kleine Bruder auf dem Boot beim Zubereiten des Mittagessens helfen.

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Huni Lio sehr genossen; das Personal ist stets hilfsbereit. Die Gegend um Lio ist wirklich perfekt für einen Aufenthalt, da sich das Hotelrestaurant direkt am Strand befindet. Es ist ruhiger und angenehmer als im Zentrum von El Nido. Man erreicht den Strand bequem mit dem Tricycle; für 300 PHP ist man in 10–15 Minuten da. Es gibt eine Fußgängerzone mit mehreren Restaurants, einem Supermarkt und einer Arztpraxis. Alles, was man für einen perfekten Aufenthalt braucht, ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Hotel ist immer makellos sauber. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut; es könnte vielleicht etwas mehr Fruchtsäfte, wie Apfel- oder Orangensaft, geben. Wir haben dort auch zweimal zu Abend gegessen, und es war sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Der Service ist großartig, jeder Mitarbeiter gibt einem das Gefühl, respektiert zu werden und er liebt seinen Job. Die Zimmerhygiene ist nicht schlecht, es gibt jedoch einige kleine Ungeziefer. Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut, nicht viel Auswahl, aber alles, was man haben sollte. Das Zimmer hat keinen Blick auf das Meer, die Bar auf dem Dach jedoch schon. Die Fahrt mit einem Tuk-Tuk in die Stadt kostet nur 30 Pesos pro Person, was wirklich günstig ist. Das einzig Schlimme ist, dass jede Nacht 1 bis 3 Mal der Strom ausfällt und ich aufstehen und die Klimaanlage wieder einschalten muss, was etwas mühsam ist. Ich liebe die hausgemachten Getränke, Kekse und Armbänder, die sie jeden Tag liefern.
