room too small for 2 twin beds. Wished for king bed not available. Bed was no and difficult to get up from. We almost fell on the edge of the bed getting out. Did not like soap, body shampoo,conditioner in fixed container. They didnt smell good. We would prefer separte face soap andeach shower body sop, shmpoo nd condition in separate containers. Slippers could be a better non slip quality on tiled room. Breakfast buffet can use a lot of improvement. It would help if you had some traditional meats like bacon and ham. Also at least two or three more cheese selections. Lobby room needs more cooling systems to mke it comfortable while we are waiting during checkin and checking out or waiting for tour guides and transport. Your shining asset was your courteous and approachable service and desk staff.

Really liked the rooftop with the infinity pool and bar, the staff were super smiling and pleasant to talk to, the staffs looked clean and well groomed, the restaurant was beautiful
The less positive is that the shower could have been cleaner , the food was ok , nothing really bad but just on a low standard which was still ok for the price we paid, plus I take it as normal in Philippine, I couldn’t really expect them to cook western food like Michelin star restaurant.
Overall a very nice stay and certainly a great value.

This hotel was quite acceptable for its price range. The shower in our room was quite difficult to switch from tap to shower head setting.
Husband accidentally cut his toe open on a loose tile in the swimming pool.
Buffet breakfast could have done with a few more options for us Aussie folks but the foods were good. Very friendly and helpful staff!
Room service every day with fresh towels.

We stayed for one night at the hue hotel, it is brand new and from what we saw is well appointed. The location is good, the staff are helpful and the Wi-Fi is good too.

The room is not as expected. We upgraded the room because they only have 2 single beds at the standard one. but the upgraded room with the king bed was smelly, no hairdryer, no slippers, the water pressure is a bit low, no iron, and the pick up van was late......
