The hotel is located on the edge of San Isidro district and a relatively convenient distance to major parts of Lima (e.g. Miraflores, historic centre, and Airport), taking roughly 30 minutes to 1 hour by Uber. It is in a safe and quiet area within close reach of greenery, restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes. Room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. However, for a business level hotel that is part of the Hilton brand, the lighting in the rooms are very poor with only bedside and tableside lights. Breakfast buffet was good with decent variety and continued supply of food. Gym was up on the top roof and gave a good view of the city, though it is small and machines are basic. Housekeeping staff were generally very helpful and polite. Receptionists at my check-in / check-out seemed to be grossly unfamiliar with the process and took a long time to get things done, sometimes asking repeated questions. Some of the breakfast staff was also a little less than polite. Overall a fine experience, but a bit less than the standard expected of a business-level hotel such as this.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt hervorragend. Das Reinigungspersonal des Hotels verdient ein großes Lob; es war sichtlich engagiert! Auch die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren durchweg höflich und begrüßten jeden Gast mit einem Lächeln. Ein besonderes Lob gilt Frau Samantha, die sich unglaublich aufmerksam um meine Anfragen kümmerte! Und natürlich auch Miltou in der Lobby; er begrüßte mich stets herzlich bei meiner Ankunft und Abreise! Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten, sollte ich Lima jemals wieder besuchen!

Das Hotel ist neu, schön. Es ist günstig gelegen, direkt am Bahnhof, bis zu 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Flughafen. Aber bedenken Sie, dass dies die 2. Linie und die Meerblicke werden nicht sein, der TC ist direkt vor dem Hotel ein nahe gelegener Interkontinental. Die Hotels sind durch den gemeinsamen Garten vernetzt, morgen finden sie im Interkontinental und im Pool dort statt. Frühstück sind gut, aber der Kaffee am ersten Tag wartete nicht, obwohl sie 3 oder 4 beantragt haben. Der Pool ist klein, aber es waren wenige Leute da, so ziemlich komfortabel. Das Dusche war selbst Kran - und das ist im neuen Hotel. Es ist immer noch sehr seltsam, Lichtschalter zu haben. Und als wir ins Zimmer kamen und es war eine Nacht, war das Zimmer bei maximal 18 Grad Klimaanlage, es war unglaublich kalt! Und die Fenster sind nicht geöffnet! Wir konnten nicht aufheizen, Bettwäsche war kalt, unbehaglich. Sonst ist es ok.

This location will definitely be my go to when or if I go back to the city I probably try another city only because I like to travel but it was amazing and they had a pool and jacuzzi. With the gym on the roof. The restaurant did different meals for breakfast and when you needed eating utensils they smiled and got what you needed. Also if you asked for ketchup they would make sure you got enough. I’m the pretty sure when the breakfast was done the restaurant became a restaurant with turning on the lights and changing the calm music to more a relaxing soft music. I enjoyed the entire experience. It’s definitely I’m looking forward to in the future!!!

Das Hotel liegt an einer sicheren und guten zentralen Lage. Das Frühstück ist nett und gut serviert. Das Personal ist professionell und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig. Wir hatten einen sehr komfortabelen Aufenthalt ohne Beschwerden überhaupt.

Great location to explore Miraflores, Baranco, Larcomar, Lovers park etc. The historical centro is also not far away. The hotel met all of our expectations. Best and safe place to stay in Lima. Highly recommended.

The hotel staff was very helpful and nice (a lady who is at noon time and in the afternoon). We had a late flight so she facilitate us a late check-in.

這是第二次來利馬住這家酒店了，看重的就是酒店的位置比較不錯加上這個區域稍微安全些，但是下次應該不會住這家了，房間裏的味道太重了。樓層低的話對面就是建築，不太敢開窗簾，比較難受😣

Wir wurden von Aloft Hotel gepflastert! Carlos vom Front Desk sicherte, dass wir eine tolle Zeit haben, um unsere Geburtstagsfeier in Peru zu feiern! Wir wurden auch ein Eckeszimmer mit großartigen Aussichten und einer besonderen Behandlung angeboten! Das Lobby ist im Niveau L. Das Frühstück war gesund und super mit vielen tollen Optionen! Das Zimmer war riesig! Plus Punkte auf die Dusche, die Spa-Vibes, große Auswahl an Fliesen und Dusche Kopf gibt! Wird definitiv an Familie und Freunde empfehlen! Danke, Carlos, für das Gefühl, dass wir uns besonders fühlen!
