If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and despite the minor cleanliness concerns, we would happily rebook this accommodation on our next trip to Changsha. _______ 地点（Location）： 我们在翡翠房（Jade Room）住了 6 晚，地点真的非常棒。酒店距离黄兴步行街只有大约 3 分钟的步行路程，藏在主街旁的一条小巷里。虽然出租车不能直接把你送到酒店门口，但小巷平坦好走，拖着行李也完全没有问题。周边环境晚上很安静，但仍然非常安全。附近还有一家包裹代收的小店，可以领取淘宝包裹，非常便利，前台也会指导你如何前往。 服务（Service）： 酒店的服务真的非常贴心，让人有一种“家外之家”的感觉。沟通顺畅、友善且回应快速。我们通过微信确认了预订，酒店很快给了回复，并附上了详细的路线说明和清晰的地图。 我们是在深夜抵达的，但他们一路保持联络，告诉我们随时可以联系工作人员。到达后，一位年轻的小哥满脸笑容地迎接我们，带我们到房间，并马上发送了 Wi-Fi 和门禁的密码（酒店前台与客房通道晚上 10 点后会上锁）。 大多数晚上，他们都会发消息告诉我们当天有自制甜点，数量有限、先到先得——非常温馨的小惊喜。当我需要用**点餐时，他们也非常乐于协助，因为我没有中国手机号，他们让我直接填写前台号码作为联系号码。另外，我也收了不少淘宝包裹，前台都会帮忙整理好，让取件变得更方便。整体服务相当贴心、周到。 房间与清洁（Room & Cleanliness）： 房间提供基本的设施与盥洗用品，住起来还是舒适的。不过，我们没有找到保险箱或小冰箱——不是硬性需求，但如果你特别需要这类设备，建议提前确认。 清洁人员每天都会礼貌询问我们是否需要打扫房间，毛巾和瓶装水也都有每天补充，这点非常不错。然而，整体清洁度可以再更细致一些。我们发现地板上有一些面包屑和头发，似乎没有彻底打扫；浴室地面上也有鞋印。虽然不是严重的问题，但仍值得一提。 整体评价： 整体入住体验非常愉快，即便有些许清洁的小问题，我们仍然非常愿意在下次来长沙时再次入住这里。

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut zu finden, da es gerade auf der Hauptstraße ist. Das Hotelzimmer ist sauber und perfekt für kurze Ferien. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

A Wonderful Family Stay at Jato Hotel in Changsha! My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

Von dem Moment an, als ich ankam, stand der architektonische Charme heraus: elegante, moderne weiße Gebäude, die gegen einen scharfen Waldboden gebohrt wurden, mit rustikalen Steinwänden, die einen warmen, bodenreichen Kontrast hinzufügen. Die Innenräume sind genauso gedacht gedesigntcozy Lounge-Gebiete mit einem krachenden Holz-Verbrennungsbohrer, der Sie dazu auffordert, zurück zu schlagen und zu entspannen (Ich verbrachte Stunden mit meinen Füßen durch das Feuer, schütteln Tee, und vergessen die Außenwelt). Die Freiräume sind ebenso wunderschön: Sonnengehäuse mit weicher Böden, wo mein Spaniel durch (eine süße, unerwartete Berührung!) und Grabpfade, die zu schwebenden Blicken auf die Holzberge führen. Jede Ecke fühlt sich vorsätzlich und ausgewogen mit der Rohschönheit der umliegenden Natur minimalistisches Design. Was wirklich diesen Ort besonders macht ist die Ruhe. Es ist ruhig genug, um die Ruhe der Blätter und Vogelsong zu hören, aber die Einrichtungen sind komfortabel und gut ausgestattetno ruining es hier. Das Personal (wenn auch ich nicht viel interagierte, dank der Absperrung) schien aufmerksam zu sein, und die kleinen Touchs (wie das Feuerholz, das durch den Stuhl geschmeckt) machten den Aufenthalt persönlich und sorgfältig. Wenn ich mich nötig fühle, ist es, dass die entfernte Lage bedeutet, dass Sie ein Auto brauchen, um in der Nähe Spots zu erkunden, aber das ist Teil der Anregung für eine wahre Flucht. Bewertung: 5/5 Dieses Hotel ist nicht nur ein Schlafplatz, es ist eine Chance, in der Natur Schönheit zu verlangsamen, atmen und zu schwammen. Ich werde sicher zurückkommen.

Diese Reise fand Anfang Januar statt, und das Hotel wurde im Erdgeschoss ohne Vorwarnung renoviert. Wir bemerkten dies erst bei unserer Ankunft. Das Zimmer war zunächst sauber, und der Service war zufriedenstellend. Allerdings herrschte von der Nacht bis 2 Uhr morgens extremer Baulärm im Erdgeschoss, der uns den Schlaf raubte. Ein Anruf beim Kundenservice ergab, dass selbst ein Zimmerwechsel den Lärm nicht beseitigte. Wir gingen selbst nach unten, um mit den Arbeitern zu sprechen, und zwei andere Gäste unterstützten meine Entscheidung, den Vorfall den zuständigen Behörden zu melden. Die Arbeiter gaben an, für das Nanmu-Hall-Projekt zu arbeiten, doch das Hotelpersonal sagte, es kenne sie nicht und sei nicht über die Renovierungsarbeiten im Nachbargebäude informiert worden. Wir hatten geplant, zwei Nächte zu bleiben und reisten eine Nacht früher ab, aber das Hotelpersonal wich unseren Fragen aus und konnte die Lärmbelästigung nicht erklären. Wir haben den Lärm aufgenommen und unsere Gespräche mit den Bauarbeitern protokolliert. Um anderen diese Erfahrung zu ersparen, haben wir uns entschlossen, den Vorfall zu dokumentieren und zu veröffentlichen. Es ist ratsam, während Renovierungsarbeiten nicht im Hotel zu übernachten. Das einzig Positive war, dass wir unser Handy in der Pension verloren hatten und das Hotelpersonal es uns zurückgab.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the room is clean. Very near to mrt station directly go down from lift though we prefer getting around with Didi, pretty short distance too to streets. Snacks and amenities is provided. Just one thing to be improve, get a new hook for people to hang our clothes after shower. The initial one was too close and inside shower, not convenient. Other than that is a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

The majority of Changsha's attractions are located near Wuyi Square. It is prudent to book a hotel near this focus area. I booked this motel as it is a reputable hotel chain. It is located right beside Taiping Street, an old shopping alley since ancient times. The chain motel is now named Magnolio Hotel (Wuyi Square Branch). Changsha was my last destination of my 10-day Hunan trip. I did not follow any travel agency and explore based on my research. When we arrived at Changsha from Fenghuang Ancient Town, I was shocked by the hot weather of 38 degrees. We were drenched with sweat and felt much better when in the cold air-conditioned lobby of the hotel. The fusion tea drinks at the lobby quenched much of our thirst. The location of this hotel is superb. It is only 150 m from Exit 1 of Wuyi Square metro station. Seniors above 65 years old, including foreigners, enjoy free metro travel in Changsha. We just showed our passports and there is no second question asked, and the staff will open the gate for you to access the station. Thus, travelling to the airport via metro is also free. Wuyi Square is Line 2 station. From Wuyi Square, you can change to Line 6 at Yinbing Station and take the Line 6 train directly to Terminal 1 & 2 of Huanghua International Airport and free. The metro station also provided shelter from the heat, and I explored Huangxin Pedestrian Street and IFC mall via the metro exits. The hotel receptionist informed me that they had upgraded my room to a bigger one for free. The toilet facilities and room are well renovated and clean though the room is still quite small. I stayed for 2 nights over here, and both me and my wife had wonderful sleep. There were also plenty of eateries and restaurants at the vicinity. Walmart is just 400 m away. For travel to attractions, Orange Island is only just two stations away at 橘子洲 station along Line 2, and for Mount Yuelu, it is only one station away at 溁 湾 镇 站 from 橘子洲 station For location, cleanliness, and staff responsiveness, I will give this hotel 10 points upon 10. Would like to thank Ms. Song for her hospitality and helpfulness.

Die Lage ist gut.. u kann entweder 10Min oder nehmen Metro(nur 1 am oben) von Wuyi Sq.. Sauberkeit ist auch gut.. das Hotel ist ziemlich neu, aber andere als das ist unter dem Durchschnitt.. Service auf dem Vordertisch braucht mehr Verbesserung.. Die jungen Leute, die dort arbeiten, kümmern sich wirklich um Service überhaupt.. Sie haben auch kostenlose Waschservice, aber meine Kleidung kam wieder gefärbt anstatt sauber zu sein..

Tingjian Suyu Hotel（Chang Sha） This is truly my favorite hotel throughout this Changsha trip, and a place that made me feel completely at ease ❤️ First, the environment. The hotel is exceptionally clean, peaceful, and comfortable. Despite being located in the city center, the sleep quality was excellent. I especially loved their custom-made pillows, which significantly improved our rest and made every night deeply relaxing. Second, the thoughtful details. From the unforgettable Changsha rice noodles at breakfast to the complimentary afternoon tea during the cold winter, every detail felt warm and well-considered ☕️. Third—and the main reason I would return—is the service. Every staff member was genuinely kind, attentive, and responsive. No matter what we needed, they were always there, making us feel safe and cared for—almost like having a personal butler at home. Lastly, a very special highlight: Since we were traveling in winter with lots of luggage, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel offers free luggage delivery to the airport ✈️. Thanks to this, we could fully enjoy our last day in Changsha without worrying about our suitcases at all—such a thoughtful service! If you ask whether I would come back? Yes, 100%. Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Ausgang (5 & 9 ) von Chaoyangmetro Station ist direkt neben der Hauptlobby des Hotels. Sehr bequem für die Reisenden, die gerne mit der U-Bahn reisen Das Zimmer ist sauber. Ich empfehle es.
