Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, sehr sauber, es gibt eine Kühlschrankwaschmaschine, geeignet für Freunde, die im Sommer zwei Tage in Changshado spielen, Changsha ist zu viel zu essen und kann nicht fertig zum Kühlschrank geladen werden.

This was an excellent place to stay in Changsha, better than we could have expected. We visited in December and the heating from the air conditioner was enough to keep the room warm. The bathroom is modern, and even has heating above the shower. Both the room itself and the bathroom were very clean. We were on the third floor so we did not get bothered by any sound from the street. I am a very light sleeper but I did not wake up from anything. There are a few open air lounges around the building, most with a roof to protect from the rain, which were nice to sit and eat breakfast. The best thing about the room however is the bed. It is spacious (I think a king size) and so, so comfortable. There is a laundry facility but we didn't use this on our trip. They don't have a dryer machine but they do have a clothes line to dry clothes on. The owner spoke with us through WeChat and gave us recommendations on places to eat (a huge list, maybe 40 different places!) and checked if we needed room cleaning every day, and provided extra water bottles. The aunties at the hotel are all friendly. The location is really good, 5-7 mins walk from Peyuanqiao subway, and just one stop from Wuyi Square on line 1. It is also about 40mins on the subway or 30mins taxi to ChangshaNan Station (high-speed rail) and about 45mins subway from the airport. The hotel is on a quiet side street, the main street is very much a local, non-touristy street, which was nice, with a friendly uncle selling breakfast in the morning and many stalls and restaurants nearby. By the station you also have bigger chain shops and restaurants if this is what you prefer. The only thing to improve for me is that a coat hanger would be useful so we can hang up our coat somewhere. I love Changsha, my favourite city in China, and I think this hotel will become my go-to the next time I am back to visit!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Clean, comfortable accomodation and very spacious. A great view of the river. Housekeeping kept everything replenished, and the front desk was very helpful. No complaints, I recommend it to everyone. It’s worth mentioning that the location is great, right next to nightlife and plenty of food.

The girl with the glasses who runs the front desk should rule the world. She works very hard, is very kind, and very attentive. This is our second stay at this hotel and both times she even did our laundry for us. Please give her a raise! We were amazed we could get this done for free and the hotel itself is very nice, clean, and convenient. The location is fantastic, the price is cheap for how nice the place is, and as I mentioned, the service is incredible. I would definitely stay here again.

The tenant is very friendly. She connected with me through Wechat on how to check in. The living room is spacious, with a sofa and dining table. The venue also has a washing machine for us to wash our clothes and provides us with hangers to hang our washed clothes. The two rooms are conducive, with a king-size bed in each room. It is within walking distance to Wuyi train station. Highly recommended.

Das Bett war komfortabel, aber wir hatten Probleme mit der Eincheckung und Klimaanlage. Wir haben zunächst um Mittag unsere Taschen ausgelassen - und es wurde gesagt, dass unser Zimmer noch nicht bereit war, da die Eincheckung nicht bis 2.00 Uhr ist - was völlig fair genug war. Wir kamen jedoch um 2 Uhr zurück und erzählten, dass das Zimmer noch nicht sauber war - und wir mussten 20 Minuten in der (sehr kleinen) Hotellobby warten, während sie es aussortierten. Als wir endlich in unser Zimmer kamen, war es sehr heiß und wir fanden, dass es keine Fernsehgeräte für die Klimaanlage gab - wir fragten an der Rezeption und die Dame sagte uns, dass sie uns später eine Fernsehgeräte für sie finden würden. Wenn wir am Abend zurückkommen, gibt es noch keine Fernsehkamera und wir werden gebeten, eine App auf unserem Telefon zu verwenden, um den Aircon zu steuern - das funktioniert nicht. Das Zimmer hatte nur ein Fenster, das in die Halle geöffnet wurde, so dass wir keine frische Luft zu kühlen konnten und so war es sehr warm. Das Fenster in den Hallenweg bedeutete auch, dass wir alles hören konnten, was außerhalb der Schlafstrecke erschwert. Die Dame am Frontbüro war freundlich, aber sie schien überarbeitet und nicht in der Lage, alle Gäste zu betreuen - vielleicht ist das Hotel unterbesetzt? Das Bett war ziemlich komfortabel, aber wir würden nicht wieder hier bleiben. Das Zimmer fehlte auch eine Kessel und ein Fernseher - und wir buchten auch ein Zimmer mit einem Waschmaschine/Trockner, das nicht im Zimmer war.

We got transferred to another hotel next door so we cannot not provide a review for Welcome Hotel itself but we stayed in adjacent Green Tree Inn hotel. The hotel we stayed in was very clean and tools extremely spacious. No smoke smell and good noise cancellation. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here

Dieses Hotel ist wirklich das beste Volk, das in der Nähe der Hochbahnstation gelebt hat. Das Zimmer ist komplett komfortabel, großzügig und hell, das Design des neuen Schmuck ist sehr nahe der Changshannan-Station. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat Kühlschrank und das Badezimmer ist warm. Der Boss ist sehr gut. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Changsha bis Xuyang-Gebäude ist unerlässlich, stark empfohlen 👍

I got Ctrip.com service centre at Changsha Huanghua Airport to advise me how to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel to pick me up and I managed to contact Sycamore Tree Hotel Uncle Liu to pick me up at column C6. The exit is next to the Ctrip.com service centre of the airport and there are long queues of cars awaiting to pick up guests at the airport. Sycamore Tree Hotel is an hourly-rated hotel that allows guests to stay up to seven hours a day or to the next day. It has a three-hours room stay package for guests who are transitting to another city on the same day but since Trip.com is selling the room based on per day basis, I paid less than $30 to stay until 8 pm on the same day. To kill time, under my request, Uncle Liu chaufferred me to two plane-spotting sites around the Changsha airport for plane photography at a return fee of 150 RMB from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm, including Gao'an Village Committee Building and the premises around Hunan General Aviation Building. This fee includes the driver's waiting time. Uncle Liu has very good knowledge on plane-spotting and I recommend plane-spotters to stay in this hotel if their purpose of visiting Changsha is plane-spotting. Uncle Liu quipped that he also can bring guests to Zhangjiajie in Hunan. While the staff of Sycamore Tree Hotel is friendly, I would like to comment that the room allocated to me has no window, no regular-size table for me to write on paper and no chair. It takes a long time for the room to turn cool after switching on the air-conditioner. The toilet-cum-bathroom only has the small bath towel for body wiping purpose. Overall, the room is worse than the single room of Toyoko Inn. Despite the insufficiencies in the room, I recommend this hotel for staff friendliness, airport pick-up/drop-off services and local transport service. For breakfast and other meals, there is the bun shop next door and the noodles restaurant of one minute walk away from the hotel. For recreation, there is the games machine outside the hotel. I will stay at Sycamore Tree Hotel again if there were another opportunity of an onward flight at night from Changsha to another city airport.
