Das Hotel bietet hervorragende Frühstückssorten, die auch Pullman Hotel nicht passen kann. Das Haus, das Frau Hu betreibt, überstieg unsere Erwartungen durch die Reinigung und Desinfektion unserer Gepäck, die nach 2 Wochen Reise in China sehr geschätzt wurde. Sie bieten auch kostenlose Selbstbedienung Waschdienste, wenn erforderlich auf Ebene 5. Der einzige Nebenteil, den wir gefunden haben, ist es nicht ein rauchfreies Hotel. Sie können den Rauch stinken, sobald Sie in die Lobby gehen. Dies gilt auch für das Zimmer. Es hängt wirklich von Ihrem Glück ab, wenn der Raucher auf dem gleichen Boden ist wie manchmal kann ich durch die Lüftung rauchen. Um die Internationale Norm zu erreichen, muss das Hotel ein rauchfreies Hotel sein, zum Wohle anderer Hotelgäste und der Gesundheit ihrer Mitarbeiter.

GGastnutzerAmazing service and warm welcome. Everything was provided with attention and customer attention. Meals offered were of great quality and variety. The district is also lovely with iconic places, great food and local stores very friendly or typical. The personel just did everything to make the stay perfect. I could not thank them enough for their hospitality. Package was exceptional as well and I was nicely surprised by the offered services. Warmly recommended and hope I will have the chance to come again. 2 things to note, the street has a lot of animation so can be noisy sometimes, and people are driving on motorbike in not a very safe way.

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children. Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards. The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions. Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

GGastnutzerGreat hotel, centrally located to everything! Easy access from the train station- it took less than 45 min to get from the train station to the hotel. About 1.5 blocks from the metro (about 8 min walk), this hotel was perfect for what we needed. It’s about 15 walk from the famous pedestrian street and other popular sights/ restaurants that you may want to visit as well. The room was extremely comfortable with everything you’d need. Our room faced the main road but the sound proofing was fantastic and you didn’t hear anything. While they offer laundry on-site, you actually just pass the laundry to them and they’ll return it you within 4 hours. Everything was very clean and the daily cleaning staff was great! The staff were fantastic, helpful in every way. When we arrived there was no record of our pre-paid reservation. They immediately called Trip to sort it out and checked us in quite quickly. I would stay at this hotel again the next time we come to Changsha!

大大美女GanWe picked out Changsha Pushe Minsu for our trip in Changsha due to the location and also the appealing photos. When we were there, the rooms and environment were true to the photos. Their service is excellent and the staff were very meticulous to details. Special thanks to 小罗, before we arrived, we called up the minsu to check on some stuff and she was extremely helpful and polite. 小罗 even told us to pack clothes for the cold weather as there was a temperature dip. The staff would check with us every night if we wanted a dessert and what time we would be back, when we are back late, they placed the dessert into the thermo for us which was very sweet. I thank them for their great service which added many brownie points to our Changsha trip!

熊熊吉同學Es war meine erste Reise nach Changsha und ich entschied mich für das Intercontinental Hotel in Changsha. Das kleine Mädchen, das mir beim Einchecken half, war nicht nur süß und charmant, sondern auch sanft und höflich. Als sie herausfand, dass ich zum ersten Mal in Changsha war Sie ergriff die Initiative und fragte mich, ob ich meine Check-out-Zeit verschieben müsse. Bis 16 Uhr kann ich noch vier Stunden damit verbringen, die verschiedenen Einrichtungen des Hotels zu erkunden. Außerdem habe ich eine kleine Elefantenpuppe und einen Kugelschreiber bekommen ein Geschenk. Diesmal habe ich ein Zimmer mit Balkon und Flussblick gebucht, egal morgens oder abends. Es ist zu jeder Zeit sehr schön und fühlt sich sehr gut an. Das Buffet im Hotel ist sehr reichhaltig und es lohnt sich, wieder zu essen und Wieder. Postkarten werden im Hotelzimmer bereitgestellt, was für mich das erste Mal ist, da ich nicht die Angewohnheit habe, Postkarten zu schreiben. Wenn ich nach Changsha reise, ist das InterContinental Hotel meine erste Wahl

Located just an 8-minute walk from IFS, it offers both convenience and peace. A huge thank you to Dong Cheng and Peng Peng for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable. We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning. A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart. We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Ausstattung war komplett, inklusive Föhn, Wasserkocher und Klimaanlage. Meine Eltern und ich haben hier übernachtet und waren sehr zufrieden.
