Die Lage ist sehr gut, gegenüber dem Museum und dem Meer sowie der Beatles-Statue, was zum Einchecken sehr praktisch ist. Nebenan befindet sich das größte Einkaufszentrum in Liverpool, das First Department Store, wo Sie essen, einkaufen, Wasser kaufen und spazieren gehen können! Es hat plötzlich geregnet und das Hotel kann per Selbstscan einen Regenschirm für ☂️2 Euro für 48 Stunden mieten. Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, das Wäschewaschen ist bequem und das Waschbecken ist groß und bietet reichlich Wasser. Am nächsten Tag war alles erledigt. Das Frühstück gibt es im ersten Stock, es gab keine Bananen. Auf Nachfrage hat der Koch sie extra an unseren Esstisch gebracht. Auch Haferflocken gibt es hier.

Das Frühstück ist großartig, die Rezeption ist effizient und der Service ist gut. Die Zimmereinrichtungen sind modern und komfortabel zum Leben😌 Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar, und die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer ist wunderschön.

Perfekt, hatte hier einen schönen Aufenthalt. Große Lage für wo ich war, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich.Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, ohne Spott sauber. Es gab Zimmerservice, wenn nötig. Das Restaurant war eine tolle Auswahl an Getränken in der Bar und ein schöner Hof, um sich zu sitzen. Es empfiehlt sich sehr, hier zu bleiben.

I personally found the hotel exactly as described on it's website! I shared one of their deluxe twin rooms with a friend and it was way bigger and more comfortable than most I've stayed in! No complaints whatsover! All the Beatles pics and memorabilia was exactly as stated and was a great supplement to a great hotel in my opinion as a big Beatles fan! The fact that it's so close to the Cavern Club, and therfore is situated right at the heart of Liverpools ”Musical” centre, and ”elelectic” atmospheric nightlife, was exactly what I was looking for! But round the corner, back into the hotel and it was back to a quiet, chilled atmosphere! Best of both worlds! Live music in a cool bar at weekend nights, delicious buffet breakfast, pretty much with everything you would want! Can't complain one single bit! That was my experience honestly! Quick, simple checking and check out! Cannot understand the negative reviews I read before I booked, which admittedly nearly put me off booking! All I can say say is, either those negative reviews were unusual or by very fussy people, or exceptional in the extreme! 10 out of 10! Keep it up all you staff in the hotel! Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern. Ich war auf der Vorderseite und die Musik \ Menschen, die eine Nacht in den nahe gelegenen Bars genießen, waren laut in der Nacht bis 4\5am... Glück kann ich durch sie schlafen, aber es wäre nicht gut für einen leichten Schlafer gewesen.

Staff where very friendly and helpful, breakfast here was continental breakfast and had a nice choice so I enjoyed my breakfast, other foods in local are has a really good variety and hotel was in a good place for site seeing and walks around Southport

Die sanitären Einrichtungen sind sehr gut, der Service ist auch sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und schön, aber das Hotel liegt im Geschäftsviertel in der Nähe des Hotels und es gibt nur wenige Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr schön. Es gibt jeden Tag viele Leute, die Aktivitäten unternehmen.

The hotel location is very convenient. The facility is ok and the hygiene is good. But cannot feel any warm welcome from the service staff. Just finish the check in and check out process without any smile.

Staff friendly and efficient. Room was clean and tidy. Great view out to Main Street and Christmas Market. Excellent location right next to Liverpool Lime St station. Had a late lunch at their restaurant after 2 pm as room was not ready till 3 pm. We were told lunch menu no longer available and had to order from the dinner menu which actually says “from 5 pm”. Food quality and service were both good but choices even for the dinner menu are very limited.

The location is very good and easy to locate. And they offer a discount for parking as well. We reserved two rooms which are connected, very convenient and keep the privacy. Their rooms are so spacious, highly recommend.
