Clean. Nice selection of breakfast. The concierge was professional and helpful. The valet staff was very helpful with the taxis. The reception desk staff was not quite familiar with his work. 1. Couldn’t find my booking. 2. Miscalculated the number of nights to stay 3. Didn’t realize the room was prepaid and was going to charge again. But he acknowledged his mistakes.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The shuttle service was prompt and made the transfer seamless. - **Friendly Staff**: From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, offering recommendations for local attractions and dining options. - **Clean and Comfortable Rooms**: The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable. My room was spotless and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. - **Variety of Breakfast Options**: The breakfast spread was impressive, catering to various tastes. There were plenty of options, from fresh fruits and pastries to hearty hot meals. I appreciated the variety, which made each morning enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport. I will definitely return on my next trip!

We had a lovely short stay in Aarya. Starting off with convenience: by being transported by the vehicle arranged by the hotel from the Intl Airport at no extra cost. This was a lovely touch by the hotel as sometimes travellers may want to avoid the hassle of negotiating with taxi drivers and firms. Then being greeted by the wonderful staff at the reception with khada & a glass of refreshing drink. The check in was smooth and seamless. The hotel itself was remarkably decorated to a classic Nepali ‘Newari’ culture which was very impressive. Located in the heart of Thamel, but slightly away from the drawing music & hustle and bustle of the streets to provide a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that we certainly needed after a long flight. Our room was spacious and kitted out with all the amenities and not forgetting, wonderfully decorated again. The facilities provided in the Hotel, from the Gym to the swimming pool was again impressive considering we were in the heart of Thamel. I particularly enjoyed the view of Sundhara Dharahara and SkyWalk tower whilst running on Treadmill and going for a swim and also the view of Swayambhu whilst doing weights in the Gym. The Sora restaurant at the top floor provided us a majestic view of the city whilst dining both during dinner and breakfast. The glass floor at the dining area was also something unique at the hotel which we have not seen in Nepal. Food was of the highest quality, and we were thoroughly satisfied with dinner and particularly the wide range of options available on the breakfast buffet, from nepali classics such as Sel Roti and Puri to modern cuisine such as Masala Omelette and Sausage & Bacon. Truly a stay to remember and we have already recommended it to our friends and family and will definitely come back to stay here again!! Die Lage ist wunderschön, direkt in der Mitte von Kathmandu, zu Fuß entfernt von Thamel. Andere interessante Landmarken sind leicht zu erreichen mit den hilfsbereiten Taxifahrern (als immer außerhalb der Toren). Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett, ehrlich mit Gesprächen und hilfreich bei der Bereitstellung von Touristeninformationen. Zimmer sind teuer und warm dekoriert. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen Garten, der für einen entspannten Spaziergang geeignet ist. Der Schwimmbad ist schön und sehr sauber! Ich empfehle dieses Hotel über andere Hotels in Kathmandu. Hotel with nice lobby. The room is clean and all the necessary amenities are provided. There are few dining options for the guests to choose.

Thanks to the whole team who makes my stay so great: Airport pick up & drop off; the room, the pool, the food… The breakfast is AMAZING!!! Especially the little cake for my birthday impressed me much. Will definitely come and stay again

Das Hotel war sehr gut gepflegt, das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war nicht bequem und mit allen wesentlichen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich während meines Aufenthalts professionell und höflich gezeigt, um eine reibungslose und angenehme Erfahrung zu gewährleisten. Die Lage war bequem, bietet einfachen Zugang zu nahe gelegenen Mahlzeiten und Attraktionen. Die Frühstücksoptionen waren von guter Qualität, aber nicht die besten. Während es kleinen Raum für Verbesserungen in Bereichen wie Bett und Check-in-Effizienz gibt, war der allgemeine Standard der Service und Komfort lobenswert. Ich würde mich freuen, in Zukunft wieder hier zu bleiben.

There were 4 huge cockroaches in my room. I killed 2, the other 2 were running around. I did not know how many more cockroaches were hiding in the room. I called reception to request for a change of room. Staff came quite promptly and assisted with change of room, which thankfully was much cleaner and without cockroaches. Definitely not a good first impression for a first-timer staying in the hotel. Other than that, hotel lobby and cafe were decent looking and clean.

3 Zimmer gebucht, sehr schönes Hotel mit historischer Atmosphäre. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht allzu groß, dennoch kann man überall tolle Fotos machen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, sauber und ordentlich. Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt, sehr praktisch.
