This is my second stay at this hotel. I am a professional dancer and every year there is a major competition held in Bournemouth, and to be honest, Hilton is one of the most closest hotels to the place of competition, which was the main reason to stay there. But, as last year, as this year, the stay didn’t leave a good impression. Last year my Gucci T-shirt was stolen by the housekeepers (it was lying in my suitcase) and the hotel didn’t compensate it in any way. This year, while doing the check-out, the lady at the reception wanted to charge extra money from me. I had breakfasts included, but she told me the opposite was showing in her screen. When I asked her to show her screen, she refused, saying that “oh it’s a mistake, sorry”. Then she said that I have other things to pay and I couldn’t understand what, as we never ate at the hotel during the day, didn’t use mini bar (which wasn’t even filled up), didn’t use spa, basically nothing. She was trying to find out what shall I pay for about 10 minutes. When I told her I’m late to the airport, she said everything is fine and I can go.  These situations with payments and money completely ruined everything and my opinion about the hotel. I won’t come back for sure. About the food: there is basically nothing to eat. Sausages, bacon, eggs, harshbrowns, beans and some vegetables which look green.  Service: cleaning may be way better. We had plenty of trash in our room such as bottles, cans, empty bags which have been with us for the whole week of our stay and were never thrown away. The first few days the towels were changed, while after that they weren’t even lifted up from the floor. I was staying with my friend and we occasionally ordered food. I have asked at the reception for two forks four times, but I was totally ignored. On the 5th time, when I was screaming, they finally brought the forks. Same with glasses: I’ve asked for 4 glasses, but have never seen them)) The overall feeling of the stay is absolutely negative, as it’s basically just a place for sleep without any good services. For the money it costs it’s absolutely not worth it.

Es gibt einen großen Parkplatz 5 Minuten von Walk entfernt. ( Zentralpark) 7 £ täglich Großes Restaurant, Bar und Lounge. Große Sitzungsräume Buffet Frühstück 12,5 pp Mittagessen oder Abendessen 25 £ pp. Vollrempfehlung

We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

Overall very good, and the sea view rooms are worth the extra cost. Food excellent, and although a little pricey no more expensive than other good restaurants nearby. One oddity is that the pool bar (the pool is slightly detached from the hotel) has no coffee facility, although the main bar in the hotel serves very good coffee and cake.

We love our stay here. Just 10 mins to the beach. Hotel is clean and equipped with all you needs. We love the shampoo it smells so good! Definitely will stay again .

Spent a lovely 2 night break away with friend’s , we stayed in the lodge . I had a Single room which had a double bed so that made my day and it had a walk in shower. Breakfast was good with a great choice and we used the Swimming pool and jacuzzi which was wonderful . We will definitely be back , good location a short walk into Bournemouth , hilly on return but we got a taxi for £5 . Bus stop at the end of the road if needed overall a very relaxing break

Always a lovely experience, great location, fantastic food and superb friendly staff.

Check in was very quick. We had a family room with a double and a single basement room. Was get nice, clean and spacious. Plenty of parking, 10 my ns walk to the beach and 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants.

Sehr schönes Hotel für seinen Preis. Schneller Zugang zum Strand. Hat keine AC, aber hat Fans in jedem Zimmer, die den Job tun. Personal sind ausgezeichnet, großartig Service durch das Team. Haben uns alles, was wir brauchen. Kosten, um im Hotel zu parken. Billiger auf der Hauptstraße zu parken, die zwischen 5pm und 9pm frei ist und am Wochenende frei. Sehr nahe Bournemouth Pier und Boscombe Pier. Hat alles, was Sie sonst brauchen. Aufzug ist ein wenig klein, aber funktioniert gut. Nahe zu allem. Kann sich nicht beschweren.

Wir reservierten dieses Hotel speziell für unser Geburtstag und sie dekorierten das Bett mit Petals, was ein schöner Kontakt war. Das Hotel selbst war sehr schön, aber die Zimmer waren ein bisschen veraltet und das Toilette war schmutzig. Es gab einige wenige Nebenwirkungen, die unseren kurzen Aufenthalt zerstört haben. Wir reservierten dieses Hotel speziell für die Spa-Einrichtungen vor allem den Jacuzzi-Pool, aber das war aus der Reihenfolge, bevor wir dort waren und wir wurden nicht darüber informiert, sonst hätten wir andernorts reserviert und es war nicht für unseren gesamten Aufenthalt geregelt. Der Schwimmbad war angemessen, aber nicht die sauberste, wie ich auf dem Poolboden schmutzig fühlte. Am letzten Abend liefen wir aus Wasser und meine Frau ist schwanger, so ging ich zum Nachtportier und bat um eine Flasche Wasser, die sie täglich zu erlauben, aber er sagte, er könne mir nicht einen geben und er könnte einen von der Bar verkaufen, die ich Das Zimmer hatte keinen Kühlschrank, so dass wir kein Wasser kaufen konnten und es kühl halten konnten. Parkplatz war 10 £ pro Tag, was ich glaube sollte in den Aufenthalt enthalten sein. Das Hotelpersonal war freundlich, aber ich würde wahrscheinlich nächstes Mal anders aussehen.
