GGastnutzerCozy and very comfortable room with fantastic mountain view. It was so nice to have the pool right in front of our room. We could have a tea time with beautiful scenery at the terrace. Room was clean and equipped with necessities.
The restaurant was also cozy and clean and food was so good. The staff at the restaurant was especially kind and professional. We will definitely come to this hotel again when we revisit Kandy. So much satisfied.

GGastnutzerWe had a wonderful stay at Mirage, it was such a peaceful oasis outside the city, it was very relaxing to sit on the terrace and listen to the birdsong.
We ate at the hotel every evening of our stay, the meals were delicious with plenty of choice. Breakfast was equally as good.
The staff were kind and friendly.
The pool was magnificent, kept spotlessly clean and a pleasure to use.
Would highly recommend this hotel!

Das Essen war lecker mit einer breiten Auswahl, und während des gesamten Aufenthalts, der Service der Butters war perfekt. Wenn ich wieder in Kandy oder in der Umgebung bleiben würde, würde ich sicherlich wählen W15 Hanthana Estate.

GGastnutzerI absolutely loved this hotel! The location was great, and the views were nice. I only wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of the peaceful atmosphere.
My room was cozy and relaxing, and I especially loved the bathtub which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The infinity pool was another highlight with gorgeous ocean views, though it was a bit on the cool side. I do wish it had been heated, but it was still a beautiful spot to relax. Room service was great too! Good selection and reasonably priced for a hotel.
Cons:
On my last day, I treated myself to a 90-minute aromatherapy massage at the spa. Unfortunately, I’d rate the spa a 5/10. Living in Thailand has definitely spoiled me with incredible massages, so I admit my standards are high! Still, I think the spa could use a bit of a refresh. The rooms smelled a bit old and weren’t very visually appealing. It was also quite cold during the body scrub and massage, which made it hard to fully relax.
Breakfast was okay, but I wish there were more Western-style options available.
Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Everything about the hotel itself was lovely, I’d just skip the spa next time!

KKiana MendozaAbsolutely stunning, giant compound with an extensive history! They even offer a history walking tour but unfortunately there weren’t enough people signed up to make the tour happen. If you’re looking for a “colonial” stay, this is a great place. I recommend just walking around to see it for yourself. It’s also right on Kandy Lake, so it’s a nice walk (and not too far from the Kandyan Culture Center and the Sacred Tooth Temple
Meals were good, but service sometimes is a little messy. Buffet was missing things like tongs or a cloth over the tray handles (which were hot to touch), but there’s a lot of servers walking around so I’m sure they’ll be able to do double-checks on this

GGuest UserDieses Hotel ist am Bergoberkant, die Sicht ist sehr gut, die Umgebung ist auch sehr gut, die Gebäude sind sehr charakteristisch, einschließlich der Dekoration des Zimmers, aber das Schlimmste ist, dass die Gesundheit sehr besorgt ist, die Tür ist etwas alternd, der Kühlschrank ist schmutzig, unter dem Hemd ist ein Schal, das Bett hat Haare, das Bett ist zwei Betten gehäkelt, Schlafen ist nicht komfortabel, die Schleife ist ein Bettwäsche, und es ist zu druckend, kann nicht rausziehen, Schlaf ist sehr unbehaglich, so dass es eine Schale in der Schale gibt, die zu schließen ist. Bezüglich der Mahlzeit ist es nicht süß.
