Ein erstaunlicher Villa und sehr Gastgeber. Sehr sauber, komfortabel und schön, der Gastgeber half beim Bestellen von Essen während des Regens und war interessiert, wie unser Geschäft nach der Abreise war. Kommen Sie morgens und kochen Sie ein schönes Frühstück während wir schlafen. Es gab das Gefühl, dass wir in den Sri Lpn Freunde waren :) In dem Haus sind alles notwendig, wir möchten hier länger bleiben!

Das Hotel ist eigentlich ein Familienhotel, nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber am Berg. Das Hotelzimmer ist groß und sauber, mit großem Balkon, das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Badezimmer ist sehr gut. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es keine Trocken- und Nasstrennung gibt. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist recht zufriedenstellend, mit Obst, Brot, Marmelade und Butter. Zum Abendessen gibt es eine große Auswahl und auch der Geschmack ist gut. Das Bemerkenswerteste ist der Service. Sowohl der Chef als auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr enthusiastisch und lächeln immer.

I cannot love this hotel more! Sweet and personal service, best demonstrating South Asian hospitality! The room was spacious, clean and well maintained! The crew was very professional and helped me with transportation and communication! They were so happy seeing me back every night, which made me feel so welcomed! The catering there is really good and I recommend the Sri Lankan breakfast - I cannot find rotti tastier than there’s! I’ve been to so many hotels, and none has offered me such good hospitality before - the professionalism + the human touch! I really love them!

Wenn Sie für ein wenig rustikaler Charme bereit sind und den Mangel an AC und Privatsphäre beheben können, kann der warme Service und großes Essen für die Nebenwirkungen kompensieren.

設備とフロント対応に少し課題が残る滞在でした 【良かった点】 水回りの快適さ: お湯の出や温度設定が良好で快適に利用できた点 【悪い点・改善点】エアコンが動作せず新しいリモコンに交換してもらう事態となりましたが、その際のフロントやスタッフの不手際・対応の遅さに課題がありました。 またドライヤーが設置されていなかった点は何度もフロントへ電話でお願いしたにもかかわらず一向に届かず、翌朝のチェックアウト時にその旨を指摘したところ、「何度か届けたが返事がなかったため渡せなかった」とスタッフ間の確認のみでした。 連絡を受けたのであればドアノブにかけるかインターホンを鳴らすなどの対応もできたはずですし、届いていない客へのフォローもなく言い訳に終始されたのは非常に残念です。設備の整備だけでなく、接客・連携体制の改善を強く望みます。

This is a wonderful place. Service is excellent by Mr. Perera, always making sure you are comfortable. Breakfast included is a plus and it is delicious! Drinking water always available. The location is up in the mountain, as many places in Kandy, super quiet, peaceful and amazing views. Just a 5min tuk tuk drive from main downtown. You might even see some wildlife. Wi fi is fast and stable for work. Laundry service for a fee. Rooms are spacious with great ventilation. Common Areas are very nice. There is some parking space. I would definitely stay here again.

В номере есть все,что нужно-чайник, телевизор, фен, горячая вода в душе. Очень понравилось наше пребывание в этом отеле!!!

A Hidden Gem – Perfect Honeymoon or Quiet Getaway This place is truly a hidden gem. It was the perfect spot for a honeymoon couple or anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet getaway. Travel tip: From Colombo, you can catch a direct bus to Nuwalapitiya. We didn’t know this and went via Kandy, which made the journey longer than necessary. If we had known, we would have taken the direct bus—it’s much easier. Ps:The bus ride is phenomenal—very beautiful views along the way and very cheap. The property is located on a hill and is naturally beautiful, surrounded by trees and birds whose songs make the atmosphere even more serene. It does get a bit cold at night, but it was the perfect kind of chilly—cozy and refreshing. Our room had an amazing view, making it even more special. The stay itself was perfect for our honeymoon: very cozy, comfortable, and clean. The staff were amazing, especially one gentleman at the restaurant (I didn’t catch his name, but I want to mention him). He went above and beyond to help us and was incredibly sweet and warm-hearted—it really made our stay special. A small note: we noticed the pool looked a bit dirty, which some other reviews also mentioned. However, it was clarified in the pool area that they use natural spring water without chemicals, so this is expected and actually a great eco-friendly approach. But This hotel needs some love because this is a very nice place. Another small note: there were some insects, like cockroaches, but that’s expected when staying on a hill in the middle of nature surrounded by trees. Overall, this was a truly wonderful experience and a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy nature. Highly recommended!!

had pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The team was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and suggesting places to visit. They recommended we attend the Tooth Relic Procession and suggested us to visit a waterfall, which turned out to be the most breathtaking waterfall I've ever seen. Their local knowledge truly enhanced our experience. When our cab dropped us off in the mid , the hotel staff immediately came to pick us up in tuk-tuk. The staff was consistently polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about making your stay special. Thank you for the experience!

The room is large and clean with the strong air con. The staff are helpful and friendly. For the location, there are many restaurant nearby and there are many options that we can choose or ordering the food through Pickme.
