We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

Die Personal sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Der ganze Prozess zum Ein und aus checken war einwandfrei und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist top! Auto sowie Fahrrad Vermietung ist einfach nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Man hat alles was man braucht. Die Küche ist gut und bis auf 23 Uhr verfügbar und auch fürs Essen im Zimmer. Ich bin das erste Mal in Vancouver, dieses Hotel ist nur zu empfehlen.

Staff were very pleasant and kind, and overall it was a very clean hotel. The price for the location alone was completely worth it as the departures were literally just downstairs from the hotel check-in desk making it super convenient for early morning flights, and the Skytrain was just a short walk away making it very easy to get around to sightsee during our layover. Also loved the view from our room to see the airplanes taxiing and landing!

Firs of all, the receptionist was very friendly and had a big smile on her face during both check-in and check-out (it was the same lady), warm and nice lobby. Second, the room was smaller than I expected, smaller than what the website showed but it was clean. Third, when I arrived it was almost impossible to find a parking spot (see pic 4) because there were several hotels in the same area. I had to wait in my car for about 20 minutes until someone finally left so I could park and check in. Fourth, hotel parking is quite expensive $34 per night for self-parking and $39 for valet. The underground parking lot is right next to the garbage room (see pic 5) which was disgusting and horrible. I also saw two guys working in the parking area and they seemed really unfriendly. If they ever film another Conjuring series this could be a perfect location. To be fair, I did notice that several other 4 star hotels in Whistler have similar parking conditions: dark, old and dirty. Fifth, it was a bit cold at night and I tried to adjust the room temperature but it didn’t work. I mentioned this to the lady when I checked out. If you asked me if I would stay there again, probably NOT. The price is okay for the room and the location is very convenient there’s an Old Spaghetti Factory inside the hotel and several bars, restaurants and shops are just 5–10 minutes away on foot.

Nur 15 Minuten (mit dem Skytrain) vom Flughafen YVR entfernt. Die perfekte Wahl für alle, die am nächsten Tag einen Flug erreichen müssen. Eine Brücke verbindet die Skytrain-Station mit dem Hotel. Ideal für Stadterkundungen.

My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs. The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting. For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Neben einigen Buchungen mit Abschlägen begann das Hotel zu sagen, dass es keine Gelder erhalten hatte, und ich fand später, dass ich die Wasserlandschaft geordnet habe, aber die Bestellung des Hotels ist ein höheres Wasserfeld und es gibt ein Unterschiedsproblem. Später wurde es endlich gelöst, nachdem Sie sich aufhielten, fand ich tatsächlich, dass 58 eine gute Landschaft ist und das Meer ist nicht scharf. Die anderen Landschaften haben entweder eine Resine oder zu nahe dem Wasser sind sehr scharf. Die Wahl der Wasserlandschaft ist auch eine gute Wahl und der Preis ist auch praktisch. Kein Hotel in der Nähe, wählen Sie das Essen im Hotel und der Geschmack ist okay. Das Frühstück ist auch okay.

Wir wurden von der Person gegrüßt, als wir ankamen. Eincheckung dauerte nur wenige Minuten. Das Zimmer war großartig. Großes und geräumiges Zimmer. Wir hatten ein Königs- und Königinzimmer und beide haben eigenes WC und Bad. Ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit Feuerplatz und Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und den See. Die Küche hat alles, was Sie brauchen. Ich konnte nicht mehr fragen. Das Hotel ist fantastisch.

Als ich ankam, behauptete das Hotelpersonal, meine Buchung auf Trip.com nicht finden zu können. Ich wartete über 15 Minuten, konnte sie aber immer noch nicht finden. Ich hatte jedoch eindeutig die Buchungsbestätigung von Trip.com erhalten. Das Personal an der Rezeption war ungeduldig und unfreundlich. Schließlich ließen sie mich einchecken, aber ich verstehe nicht, warum das Personal so fleißig war. Die Hoteleinrichtungen sind neu und sauber. Man kann kochen, es ist sauber und hygienisch – ein Aufenthalt lohnt sich.

We stayed there for 3 nights, we got picked up from the airport for free, on level 3 departure. The shuttle runs approximately every half an hour. The room was on level 10. It's a modern and very clean room, that's what we like about. It's a little noisy sometimes from airplanes taking off, but it depends on the wind direction, sometimes we didn't get the noise. Capstan train station was the nearest to the hotel about 15 minutes walk. Price wise was reasonable for a Fourstar hotel, that's the reason why we liked this hotel.
