Saubere und einfache Unterkunft. Ich hatte kein Fenster, daher fühlte es sich etwas klaustrophobisch an. Mein Zimmer wurde erst am dritten Tag gereinigt, nachdem ich darum gebeten hatte. Die Reinigungskraft kam erst in mein Zimmer, als sie bemerkte, dass ich nach einem langen Tag gegen 16:30 Uhr zurückgekommen war. Das warme Wasser war auch nicht sehr heiß und hielt nicht lange an (vielleicht habe ich es nicht richtig benutzt...). Wenn Sie an westliche Hotels gewöhnt sind, würde ich Ihnen auf jeden Fall DRINGEND empfehlen, einfach etwas mehr für eines der besseren auszugeben. Sie werden es nicht bereuen.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the room had an excellent ambience clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The washroom and bathroom were spotless and well-maintained. The service was top-notch with the staff being polite and attentive. The highlight was definitely the breakfast it was absolutely the best with a great variety and delicious options. I highly recommend this place

Radha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India. For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information: - The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking. - It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk. - It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter. - Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2. - Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

Das im Preis inbegriffene Frühstück übertraf unsere Erwartungen und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nachmittags gab es auch Snacks, was eine nette Geste war, da das Essen sehr gut war. Die Lage des Hotels war gut für den Süden von Mumbai und nur 35 Autominuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Wenn Sie viel im Norden unternehmen, würde ich Ihnen von diesem Hotel eher abraten, da Sie viel reisen müssen. Das Türpersonal und die Pagen waren ebenfalls sehr höflich und haben sich sehr bemüht, Dinge für Sie zu erledigen. Das Schlimmste an unserer Erfahrung war leider das Rezeptionspersonal, das einem das Gefühl gab, eine Last zu sein. Viele Bitten und Fragen wurden nur kurz und mit wenig Lächeln beantwortet. Und schließlich war die Aufteilung unseres Zimmers seltsam: Das Bett stand mitten im Zimmer und neben dem Telefon an der Wand, das *** aus der Hörer stoßen konnte, wenn *** sich nachts bewegte. Außerdem sah das Zimmer anders aus als auf den Bildern auf der Website.

Rooms are very clean and hygienic. Very supportive staff and service. I stayed with my family,very safe for ladies and girls.quick response from reception as well. I always recommend to stay at city Guest House. Food you can order in your room or you can take a food at Sai Sagar restaurant opposite city guest house. Very valuable and testy food.

Ich bin spät gekommen, aber das Personal ist sehr kooperativ und sie warten auf mich.

Ich war hier 3 Nächte. Dies ist ein ziemlich niedriger Preis für das, was Sie bekommen. Es gibt auch viele andere Schlafzimmer rund um. Klimaanlage Zimmer mit kostenlosem WLAN und Fan in jeder Kapsel. Es waren Kameras im Zimmer, sowie ein Locker für Ihre Sachen. Rein Linen. Wenn Sie größer als 180 cm sind, werden Sie hier nicht ganz liegen können. Es gibt keinen Shampoo, Duschegel oder Toilettenpapier im Badezimmer. 5 Minuten von den U-Bahnstationen Sakinaka und Asalpha entfernt. Sehr schönes Personal von die Art. Als ich schlief, zerfallen 1.000 Rupies aus meiner Tasche auf den Boden, aber das Personal gab es mir zurück, für die ich ihnen danke. Das ist ein ausgezeichneter Wert für Geld.

Liked… 1. Proximity to Kalyan Junction Station (few minutes walk) 2. Once inside (lift to 3rd floor) the reception area etc was fine. Didn’t like: 1. Access is shocking - ***** a rough road and down a less than salubrious side street. See photos. 2. Would have been nice to be provided with some drinking water 3. Shower area not spotlessly clean. Hair and scum on the grill over the drain 4. Only a blanket was provided on the bed (aside of bottom sheet and pillows). Can’t imagine this is washed between guests. Asked for a top sheet (so had a “barrier” between body and blanket) but nothing forthcoming. 5. For the quality of accommodation it felt overpriced.

Lage ist gut, leicht zu gehen ***y Attraktionen Platz in Mumbai, aber schwer zu finden zum ersten Mal konnte es nicht in Google Karte gefunden Das Zimmer ist sehr klein und hat nicht viele Einrichtungen nur A/C, Dusche, Aufzug und TV, die Ausländer nicht verstehen. Das Personal war gut.

All the staff were humble and they provide good privacy and least interruption. Location is awesome. Some electrical fittings and bathroom tap leak is there but it hardly bothers your stay. Good for family and breakfast is also nice.
