Radha's Cottage is a lovely retreat, very well located at the end of the road in Matheran. It's a simple place, furnished largely with period furniture. The food is outstanding - the best I've had in 6 weeks of traveling in India. For those who are unfamiliar with Matheran as I was, a couple pieces of information: - The ”toy train” runs very infrequently. Be sure to get a schedule if you plan to take it from the parking. - It's a 4.5km walk from the train station near the parking to Radha's. Don't believe the stationmaster if he tells you it's a 20 minute walk, it's an hour's walk. - It's still another 1.5km from the train station in the village to Radha's. If you've got a bag it's probably a good idea to get some help from a porter. - Sometimes the electricity goes out. When we stayed, these outages were brief, just a minute or 2. - Sometimes the water in the bathroom is dark brown. This surprised us one morning. It's dirt, and cleared during the course of the day.

This hotel does something so cool and different from other hotels I’ve been to in India, they offer complimentary snacks in the evening from 5:30-6:30pm which offers you an opportunity to try local food. They also put a few snacks in your room which was a really nice touch. They also offer a complimentary foot massage each morning which is a really nice to have. The staff are incredibly nice. The best part of my room was the little balcony. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable though! It’s a well located hotel and about 5km from most tourist attractions and taxis are easy to come by.

Ich habe während meines Besuchs in Mumbai im Stadthotel geblieben. Bei nur 500 m vom Bahnhof cs t entfernt bietet es separate Zimmer für 3000 Rupie pro Tag oder gemeinsame Badezimmer Einrichtungen für 1500 Rupie. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt. Umgeben von ikonischen Gebäuden, nimmt das Gebiet den Charme des Aufenthalts hinzu. Insgesamt bietet das Stadthotel eine angenehme Erfahrung für Reisende, die Komfort und Komfort in der Nähe der CS t Station in Mumbai suchen. Zimmer - 5 Service - 4 Ort - 5

Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied. Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option. I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

Ich war hier 3 Nächte. Dies ist ein ziemlich niedriger Preis für das, was Sie bekommen. Es gibt auch viele andere Schlafzimmer rund um. Klimaanlage Zimmer mit kostenlosem WLAN und Fan in jeder Kapsel. Es waren Kameras im Zimmer, sowie ein Locker für Ihre Sachen. Rein Linen. Wenn Sie größer als 180 cm sind, werden Sie hier nicht ganz liegen können. Es gibt keinen Shampoo, Duschegel oder Toilettenpapier im Badezimmer. 5 Minuten von den U-Bahnstationen Sakinaka und Asalpha entfernt. Sehr schönes Personal von die Art. Als ich schlief, zerfallen 1.000 Rupies aus meiner Tasche auf den Boden, aber das Personal gab es mir zurück, für die ich ihnen danke. Das ist ein ausgezeichneter Wert für Geld.

I had get this through google search….so the experience here was good,even the staff were good but the conditions and ambiences around there and in the residency were not at all good….it is looking very clean less inside the rooms and even the area where this has been located is also not good.

This is in a great location. The price reflects the hotel. We wanted a cheap hotel in juhu to just sleep in. That is exactly what we got. In terms of the rooms I’d say they need some updating. Bathroom was outdated and as clean as you can get to just not being horribly dirty. One of the switches on the wall always gave me a little shock when I pressed it. These are just things I would tend to. This is what I expected for the place. Staff was nice and helpful though, and they never sent in house keeping without asking me as I walked past the lobby area.

The hotel is on prime location. that's the only upside of this hotel. Rooms are too small and full of foul smell, also people smoke there in the lobby, making the room more suffocating. Also the parking is not available on premise. one has to park in paid parking in an open space. around 500/- per day😞

Ich denke, dass ich weniger als zehn Minuten von der Wange laufen kann. Das Wangebad ist sehr schlau, aber ich denke, es ist vernünftig, weil es sehr billig ist. Das Bett ist sehr klein, es gibt drei Schritte, aber es gibt Fenster, so dass Sie sich entspannen können. Es tut mir leid, um 7 Uhr morgens anzukommen und aufzuwachen, wenn ich aufwachte, auf der Rezeption auf dem Sofa, aber ich bin sehr dankbar, dass das Bett leer ist, so dass ich mich sehr dankbar leitete. Es gibt keinen Sinn für Klarheit, aber ich habe keine Würmer gesehen.
