Firstly, the problem is that this hostel actually doesn't accept booking from Trip.com as they only cooperate with other booking services. I paid here non-refundable booking which has been declined by hostel staff so I had to pay again in place. My complaint to customer support here is still not replied. Second, information about this property here is not quite correct. For example, the hostel doesn't provide free breakfast included and no any breakfast at all, there is no any option. I don't know how this property was listed here even with option of booking instant confirmation. I never had problem with Trip.com before but this time it's just terrible case. Much disappointed ☹️

Eine der besten Dormetrie in Goregao östlich. Es ist 1.5 km vom Bahnhof entfernt. Es hat saubere, hygienische Badezimmer und Toiletten. Eine negative Stelle ist A.C. ist nicht 24 Stunden.

”Bhai, ihr Zimmer zu shuru heiß se khatam ho gaya” dieser genaue Dialog erinnerte ich mich, als ich ins Zimmer ging. Die Zimmerbreite war nur für das Queensize-Bett geeignet. Die Länge des Zimmers war ok. Lage : Meer Gesicht. wunderschöner Blick, wenn Sie Meer Gesichtsraum nehmen. Parkplatz : Ich konnte kein Auto oder Parkplatz sehen. Nur eine Wasserflasche angeboten. Frühstück: Geschmack war ok

Great place, lovely hotel, but the location, is very very far away from mumbai city, 1.30hrs at least.

Room is good..linens are not so clean..toilet sheet not working properly no lift so you have to climb in narrow staircase..we stayed in 4th floor..not suitable for elderly people and people who have ache problems.. if you have train from CST then its a accommodation for you.only 1 km from the hotel.. Taxi charges 50 to 100 rupees..five minutes by taxi 15 minutes by walk.
