Sehr zufrieden, Zimmer 2811 (Zimmer 11/12 haben die beste Aussicht), großes Fenster und Bad direkt mit Blick auf den Palast der Kultur und Wissenschaft, kleines Fenster mit Blick auf das Grand Hotel. Der Pool und Fitnessraum im 43. Stock sind großartig, das Frühstücksbuffet im Erdgeschoss ist reichhaltig mit frisch gepresstem Saft. Sie senden auch ein Video über das römische Polen.

I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here. Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience. Main concerns: 1. Reception attitude The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer. Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no. 2. Operational atmosphere You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling. 3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this. • Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed. 4. Housekeeping behavior • Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond. • Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable. 5. Fitness facilities The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout. 6. Lobby There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. 7. Maintenance Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable Conclusion: The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing. I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

The entire hotel had a great vibe, and is currently being modernized. Service was immaculate. The sleeping balm at the night desk was a nice touch to make the stay even more pleasant.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Oldtown und ist schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und das Personal ist sehr professionell. Das einzige, was ist, ist die Zimmer sind groß, aber schrecklich gestaltet- Sie müssen zum Sofa gehen, um das TV zu sehen und das Gesamt-Layout des Zimmers ist kein konventionelles Hotel. Das Hotel hat außerdem einen alten Boutique-Charm.

Ich war jetzt zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und musste mir dieses Mal ein eigenes Zimmer buchen, da ich zusätzlich noch einen Kollegen dabei hatte. Ich weiß nicht, ob es daran liegt, dass mein Zimmer renoviert wurde oder das ganze Zimmer modernisiert wurde, aber das Badezimmer ist moderner geworden als in meinen 23 Jahren und auch die Toilette hat mehr Design bekommen. Insgesamt haben sich die Möbel und das Design jedoch nicht groß verändert und sind sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist eine Hassliebe. Es liegt in der Nähe von Touristenattraktionen und Fußgängerzonen, ist aber auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Im Sommer kann man mit Rollern gut fahren, im Winter, wenn es schneit, fehlt diese Möglichkeit.  Der größte Pluspunkt ist die Bequemlichkeit des Frühstücks, mit einer großen Auswahl an Aufschnitt, warmen Gerichten, Käse, Brot, Saft usw. Die Umgebung ist auch groß und komfortabel, aber ich habe bei meinem zweiten Besuch vergessen, Fotos zu machen. Insgesamt ist es ein sehr zufriedenstellendes Businesshotel. Im Zimmer gibt es auch Platz, um mit Kollegen zu arbeiten und sich auf Meetings vorzubereiten. Ich hoffe, dass ich die Gelegenheit bekomme, wieder hierher zu kommen!

Elegantes, klassisches Hotel in der Nähe des Łazienki-Parks. Leider finden nebenan Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr groß. Großes und sehr bequemes Bett. Riesiges Badezimmer mit separater Badewanne und Dusche. Leckeres Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Die Minuspunkte sind die Rezeption und die Warteschlange beim Check-in/Check-out sowie die Verfügbarkeit kostenloser Parkplätze.

komfortable Lage, aber es war schwierig, den Eingang zum Hotel zu finden, das Zimmer ist sauber, das Bett ist komfortabel, es gibt Kosmetik im Badezimmer

Sehr zufrieden, die Serviceeinrichtungen und das Ambiente sind erstklassig, die Executive Lounge ist auch praktisch für Tagungsgäste, das europäische Bier ist köstlich und unbegrenzt, ich werde das nächste Mal in Warschau wieder hier übernachten.

I really enjoyed my stay at Presidential Hotel. The location is a big plus — very convenient, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to shopping areas. It made getting around the city effortless, especially as a traveller. Comfortable stay and a great base for exploring the city. Would happily stay here again.

+ Amazing location Building with great history « grande dame » of the city My suite on the 7th floor was very spacious and cozy Concierge / reception / bar staff , everyone was trying their best ! For Marriott bonvoy members they were soo reactive on the app messaging - The carpeting of the suite needs to be refurbished “it’s the time” Hotel bar is constantly busy , they should keep 2 tables at least to hotel guests , suite guests. Late turn down doesn’t provide same quality as cleaning in the day. Solid hotel , I love it , just mentioning places where it could be improved.
