5-Sterne-Hotels in Qark Tirana, Albanien

Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!

I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. Sehr elegantes Hotel im Zentrum und Ausgehviertel von Tirana. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet mit warmen und kalten Speisen. Zum Spa und dem beheizten Pool gehören auch eine Sauna und ein Whirlpool. alles im Zimmerpreis enthalten, ohne zeitliche Begrenzung. Geräumige Zimmer mit allem Komfort. Ich werde gerne bei meiner nächsten Reise nach Albanien wiederkommen

티라나 시내에서 조금 떨어진 외곽에 위치한 신축 호텔이라 방도 넓고 조명도 밝고 조식도 너무 좋았다.시내보다 가격면에서 저렴하고 너무 좋았다.다음에 알바니아 다시 온다면 다시 투숙하고 싶은 호텔이다. 리솁션 여직원은 아주 아름답고 상냥하며 친절하였습니다.적극적으로 추천 합니다.

Die Inneneinrichtung ist wirklich elegant und das Frühstück war köstlich. Für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel würde eine größere Auswahl beim Frühstück das Erlebnis noch weiter aufwerten. Ein Pool und eine stilvolle Bar für abendliche Drinks würden die Atmosphäre des Hotels perfekt ergänzen. Insgesamt ein stilvoller und angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Alles war schön von der Eincheckung bis zum Checkout. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer und Badezimmer waren spezial. Frühstück war gut. Die Parkaussicht vom Zimmerfenster war wirklich nett

Hatte einen wunderbaren Geburtstagsurlaub im Arka Hotel ♥️♥️♥️ schön und ästhetisch angenehm schönes Hotel, eines der besten in Albanien! Eine muss gehen! Großer Service xx

Great location and within reach of most things you’d be looking to see around the city. Staff were great and rooms modern and clean!

Très bon séjour en couple, tout était merveilleux. Tout le personnel est très sympathique (note spéciale pour Ami la réceptionniste qui était incroyablement au petits soins et attentionnée à tous les détails pendant tout le séjour)  Merci SKANDERBEG RESORT

Были здесь на одну ночь, перед вылетом. Отель для этих целей удобный: можно прогуляться в большой парк, и провести там несколько часов. А утром был фантастический завтрак. Единственное, что не понравилось - микроскопические номера. Как Radisson за эти деньги допустил такое, непонятно. Порой там в прямом смысле не развернуться.
